Hi Friends! In a project level report, we are trying to create a custom column that portrays the difference between 2 custom fields. The below are the custom fields (their names in bold, sentence below is how the custom fields are calculated): PIM | Task Cycle Time to In Market Date  - Work Min DiffROUND(WORKMINUTESDIFF({project}.{program}.{DE:PIM | Program In Market Date},{handoffDate})/480) PIM | Program SLA SumSUM({DE:RED | T-Shirt SLA},{DE:PIM | T-Shirt Deployment},{DE:PIM | Engagement SLA},{DE:PIM | Creative Brief SLA},{DE:PIM | Strategy SLA}) Below was our proposed difference column between these two fields:displayname=Cycle Time Variance from SLAvalueexpression=SUB({DE:project:program:PIM | Program SLA Sum},{DE:PIM | Task Cycle Time to In Market Date - Work Min Diff})valueformat=HTML When this runs, it only recognizes the value that is in the "DE:PIM | Task Cycle Time to In Market Date - Work Min Diff" field. So it feels like something is off with t

Microsoft SharePoint has a very limited functionalities and data points available for its embedded analytics. Hence, I am exploring the possiblility of integrating Adobe Customer Journey Analytics into Microsoft SharePoint websites to gather more relevant data. Is it feasible? If yes, how can it be integrated? Will the existing analytics script interfere with the Adobe CJA when pulling site metrics?

Hi all, We have a simple calculated field that shows us the date the first update is left on a request. I'd like to modify it to add the time and filter out updates sent from one particular account (we have a 'fusion' wf account that'll sometimes help us with more generic updates.) any recommendations on how best I should modify this to reflect that? IF(ISBLANK({DE:First Update Timestamp}), $$NOW, {DE:First Update Timestamp})

I've managed to get it to search for the task name but I can't get the planned completion date part to work. This is the ugly code I was trying but it gives and error for planned completion dateAny help is welcome. EXISTS:A:$$EXISTSMOD=CIContainsEXISTS:A:$$OBJCODE=TASKEXISTS:A:name=Send campaign for GLB approvalEXISTS:A:projectID=FIELD:IDEXISTS:B:$$OBJCODE=TASKEXISTS:B:task:plannedCompletionDate=$$TODAYb-1wEXISTS:B:task:plannedCompletionDate_Mod=betweenEXISTS:B:task:actualCompletionDate_Range=$$TODAYe-1w

I am trying to fetch the Program associated to a Project. The Project is selected using a typeahead and the name of the Project is used in the URL to fetch the associated Program. The issue is that the External Lookup field is not returning any value when the Project name has special characters. This is what I could deduce from what I could see. Any suggestions or leads are appreciated. Project Name: Supplier for SAV+ OTV Thanks in advance.

We are considering using Fusion in the near future.  Would anyone be willing to share their experience?  What kind of training did you need?  How fast did you dully adopt and get comfortable with it?  How much time do you spend in monitoring, maintaining, and updating Fusion?  Any draw backs, or lesson learned?

Hello.Adding a custom event for page view is suggested so it can be used with eVars as I understand.Does that cause an issue when firing alongside purchase on purchase page? should it be omitted in certain steps or all events can fire anywhere?The main issue we have is that a numeric event is not being sent in all purchases where it should.Also is not an event that fires in the data layer, instead a data layer property that later is setup as an event.Thanks!R

I have a question regarding the Segment Builder canvas within AEP. I am talking about the Build Rule option, not the Audience Composition canvas.What does the 'Add to form a group' do? In other words, how different is it from using a 'and' condition? Couldn't not find an answer for this in the user guide.

If someone were to land on my site, scroll through and read all the content on it--all without clicking on anything--then leave, would that be counted as a bounce? If a bounce in Adobe Analytics is defined as a session made up of a single hit, or server call, from the website to Adobe Analytics--what constitutes as a server call?

I have created a content fragment that contains multiple fields, and I am trying to retrieve all of them using GraphQL.  I want to like to avoid listing each field individually. For example if my content fragment has 20 fields, I want to extract and view all field values without specifying them one by one. Is there a way to achieve this? I attempted using an asterisk (*), but it did not work. I also tried GraphQL introspection, but that did not yield any results. Any suggestions?  { testFragmentByPath(_path:"/content/dam/projects/en-us/1",variation:"master") { item{ h1text h2text buttonText } } }

I have created multiple user groups on admin console like pre-production-publishers and pre-production-developers and provided them access to different products (dev, tst publish). How long would it take for these groups to be available on authoring environments? I see difference in terms of number of members appearing under admin console and dev environment user groups. thanks,Sailesh

Hello All, We have a requirement where we want to expose AEM servlet urls to third party application using Azure Ad Oauth authentication. We are using AEM 6.5 with 6.5.21 service pack (AEM standalone on azure VM and not AEM as cloud) We can author environment only and all servlets are secured authentication by default (Basic Auth). Instead od basic authentication, we want to use Azure Entra Oauth where third party application will get access token from Azure and pass as Bearer {access_token} in Authorization Header to AEM servlet. We want it to be server to server authentication, i.e. 2-legged authentication using client_credentials grant type. Third party will call azure, get access token, and pass it to AEM servlet. It should authenticate and servlet should be triggered. Is it possible from AEM side?  As AEM supports only 3-legged authentication not 2-legged I am not able get any firm documentation for it or any working code. If it is possible, can

Hi All, We are currently in the process of migrating to AEM as a Cloud Service. At present, our AEM 6.5 websites are hosted in China using AWS and Akamai. Since AEM as a Cloud Service is not available within China, I would like to understand how website hosting is typically managed for AEM as Cloud customers in China. Although Akamai is exiting China by June 2026, they are assisting us in transitioning to either Tencent or Wangsu, which addresses that aspect. The primary concern, however, is AEM as a Cloud Service itself. Based on the information I have gathered, AEM as a Cloud Service is not officially supported in China. I have reviewed the limited documentation and blogs available on this topic, but I would like to clarify whether not hosting the content within China would put our ICP licenses at risk of cancellation. Has anyone worked with AEM as a Cloud Service for websites in China? What would be the best approach to migrate and host content while ensuring compliance with Chinese

Hi there,I'm Jiwon I'm wondering how to prevent already deleted leads from being re-created with Salesforce sync, as it is with the title.According to the privacy policy, marketo leads are deleted when customer reaches the destruction date. At this time, we do not delete sync leads within Salesforce.Once again, if there is a lead in Salesforce that is synced with a lead that has been deleted from Marketo, the lead remains in Salesforce. The problem is that if the lead records remaining in Salesforce are modified, the lead will be created in Marketo again.Deleted marketo reads are filled with [destruction date] and [destruction reason] fields.I want to prevent these two fields filled marketo leads from being generated again with Salesforce sync. I'd really appreciate it if you could tell me how. Thanks,Jiwon

Hi everyone, The subject line pretty much explains it. Is there a way to show the latest updated task, in a project level report? Thanks.

When converting an issue into a project with a specified template, I've noticed that certain settings aren't being pulled in. Template didn't use the correct Schedule Mode typeProgram didn't assign even though it's listed on templateJust wondering if anyone else has experienced this before?  I have created a module to update the project after the fact but I would rather not have to do this every time something doesn't pull over.

Need to know how to add an instruction/tooltip for the subject field in a request queue. Mainly to instruct the user to follow a specific nomenclature for the Subject.
