Anyone have any tips on how to view leads by a transaction ID dimension (similar to how GA does it). I feel like this should be a relatively simple way to do this that I'm just missing. In a similar vein, we're tracking display and search (Adword) performance through the Creative Elements dimension and the tracking code dimension. Do you have any advice on the most effective way to track URLs in general? Our marketing agency recently changed its microsite to the Drupal framework and we instantly saw a massive drop (3k-4k views with 100-200 leads dropped to 100 views, 0 leads). They are still receiving the leads in their CRM but Adobe is not attributing any views or leads to the old creative element/tracking code. They're pretty sure it has something to do with our analytics, but we can't seem to find any issues on our end? We're just hoping that there might be better practices for tracking URLs/UTMs (and transaction IDs so we can match back the leads in AA to our database). Thanks for

Hello everyone! Hoping to ask for some help with something we are experiencing. We started noticing that a high percentage of our emails are being delivered as text. Currently, in the "delivery" section of properties we have "use recipient preferences" selected. It seems unusual that a high number of people would suddenly have changed their mail setting to "text only". Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, any ideas on how we might resolve this? Thanks in advance for your help. Best,Joy

Hi All,The next question for you all is: I am creating a landing page as a clone from LP template. Can I know how to edit the HTML coding? I don't see it anywhere. And also how can I bring these images closer?

I have a form with multiple panels and various other things going on. I have it set up to save to a database for drafts and submissions. Due to the nature of the form, we need to keep it as a draft to maintain editability for the nature of this project. We're looking to add a way to generate an email of the form data when a particular button is pushed. I've got it set up to transmit the form data as JSON to a custom servlet to be iterated over. Unfortunately, generating the JSON data for the form without knowing all of the form field names is causing some issues. In other forms, I just reference the fieldName.value to pass the value through as a set parameter name. This time, though, the form could be modified at any point with new options added or removed. I need to be able to pass everything through to the servlet regardless of changes. My only real problem here is that when I change the values of the form fields, the name of the field goes from referencing the field name I defined to

Hi there,We want to send out email survey.Inside the email, there is a 5 star rating.Recipient can click any of the star, and they are taken to Survey landing page. The landing page also has the same 5 star rating, which correspond to whatever rating they choose previously.Question:How to pre-populate the form with choice selected from email? The simplest way to do achieve this is by linking each star to different landing page. Each landing page will have Hidden Field for chosen Survey Score field. But this will quickly become cumbersome to create and maintain; I have to create 15 landing pages, and much more as the scale increases.

Hi,We are migrating from AEM 6.2 to 6.4. In 6.2, we are able to access  any node under /etc or /content using sling-scripting bundle. but the same is not working  in aem 6.4.Steps to Reproduce the issue:1. Get the ResourceResolverFactory from "getSling().getService(ResourceResolverFactory.class)" 2. Get the resource resolver and system user from the above factory.3. Get the resource using "resourceResolver.getResource("/etc/cloudServices") ".and I have created the system user and gave the access to /etc.

Hi Team,There are many area of libs in AEM 6.4 which has been greyed out or depricated. As per the the document suggested by Adobe Adobe Experience Manager Help | Sustainable Upgrades , there will be no further enhancement for these areas and  greyed out area which has mixinType granite:internal and granite:final cant't be overlaid or not suggested to overlay. In AEM 6.3 , i have done overlay and then customization from these area because there was nothing like greyed out or depricated functionality which has been introcued in AEM 6.4. So in the process of migration from AEM 6.3 to AEM 6.4 what should be the propsed solution so that overlayed content should not break even further.Observation:If ill go for creating another structure in AEM 6.4 like AEM 6.3 libs and overlay content from that area or if ill think to move complete AEM 6.3 libs content to project or overlaid location then it is taking a lot of time and not sure if this will work out in future as well. This is a migration scen

Hello Marketo Community,We have an issue with one of our clients that do not give internet access to their employees, due to security reasons. We`re sending a weekly newsletter to their employees and would need to know what we need to requestor to give our client (ip address, ports that need to be open on their side) so that we would receive the reports on the emails. The client is willing to help us give some permissions in their network but not a full internet access. Also the reporting for these newsletters is very important.I already know that only by clicking Download Images the action for Open Email comes in Marketo, but I would need some adviceon where to request our client to permit access.Any other advice is well received Thank you and have a great day!
