HiI have been trying to migrate an Analytics installation from DTM to Launch. I am having one problem currently in that an scAdd event is triggered but it is NOT binding the product variable in the beacon request from some reason. It DOES work with prodView events but not with scAdd. I know that the custom code (where s.products is written) is firing since I am logging data to the console to check.  It is literally a problem with the compiling of the beacon request.Any help much appreciated - suspect it might actually be a bugThank you

Hi guys, I am running a project on AEM 6.3. I've encountered this strange situation where my publish instance has different tags compared to the author instance.What may be the cause of this? If I publish a new tag I am creating is working as expected. I'm looking for a reason why I have different tags on the publish instance. From what I know on publish it should only appear tags I publish.

Have anyone had this issue before? I'm wondering if because I'm using IE9 instead of IE 11. Thanks

【英語/English】It is GE.We are considering scoring at Marketo.Previously, when I introduced scoring at a certain place I saw the above screen,I have heard that tokens and scores have already been prepared as templates.Is there a program template like the following?

I have 5 data standards based on the population of 14 fields. I need 5 Smart Lists and these all to be mutually exclusive.Level 5 = All 14 fields are populatedLevel 4 = Only 12 specific fields are populatedLevel 3 = Only 8 specific fields are populatedLevel 2 = Only 5 specific field are populatedLevel 1 = Any of level 2 are not populatedI have two thoughts for the Smart Lists... 1)Level 5 SL has all 14 fields are not empty and not a member of Level 4Level 4 has 11 fields not empty and not a member of level 3... etc.2)Not use cascading Smart ListsLevel 5 = All 14 fields are populatedLevel 4 = 12 specific fields are populated, the other 2 are emptyLevel 3 = 8 specific fields are populated, the other 6 are empty.. etc.Are either of these the best way to get there? Or, has anyone got a better idea?Thanks

Hi - the GUI for launch is a bit limiting when it comes to searching for items, or listing out large numbers of items. This is particularly bad when trying to search through the audit logs.As such, I figured I'd use the API to get the full list of audit logs - this one: Launch Documentation I've set up the IO integration, and generated all the necessary tokens.I've filled out all the fields in the example request:curl https://mc-api-activation-reactor-integration.adobe.io/audit_events \  -H "Accept: application/vnd.api+json;revision=1" \  -H "Content-Type: application/vnd.api+json" \  -H "Authorization: Bearer [TOKEN]" \  -H "X-Api-Key: [KEY]" \  -X GETHowever, when I send the request I get the following:{    "errors": [        {            "status": "403",            "code": "oauth-token-required",            "title": "Oauth token is missing",            "meta": {                "request_id": "**********n4MYwbXONMB2**********"            }        }    ]}I'm not very experienced with A

Hello,We use utms on our form landing pages to track where the lead is coming from, but I'm having trouble pulling that info into a report. I'm trying to get a monthly subscription report that will tell me how many people filled out a form and what page they were on with all the utm info, but I can't seem to find anything in settings or filters that would allow me to view that info. Has anyone here set up something similar and know how to report on it?Thanks!

Hi everyone,I'm trying to figure out how to sort custom objects on multiple levels and need some assistance. So I'd sort by date/time with most recent at the top and then sort by boolean field with "true" values at the top. The result would be the most recent record with "true" value at the top. The below is kind of what I'm trying to achieve but, of course, this gives me an error. Any help is appreciated!#set( $codeByMostRecent = $sorter.sort($List_cList,"availabilityUpdated:desc") && $sorter.sort($List_cList,"Availability:desc") ) #set( $latest_code = $codeByMostRecent[0] )## Output${latest_code.code}

Have a question on dispatcher statfileslevelI am configuring dispatcher and doing some tests. I have set the statfileslevel as 7.When I activate /content/we-retail/language-masters/en/products/women/shorts/candide-trail-short.html, the dispatcher touches all the stat files in content, we-retail, language-masters, en, products, women, shortsThen I have accessed /content/we-retail/language-masters/en/products/men.html and men.html file in docroot was invalidated and pulled from publish serverWhen I accessed /content/we-retail/language-masters/en/products/men/coats/slopeside-coat.html, the cache is not invalidated and served from cache due to the fact that stat level is 7 and the statfile in /content/we-retail/language-masters/en/products/men/coats is not touched due to activation of /content/we-retail/language-masters/en/products/women/shorts/candide-trail-shortMy question is why men.html is invalidated though it is not related to any content on /content/we-retail/language-masters/en/pro

Hello all, does anyone from Adobe know when JWT auth will be working with the Analytics API? Currently the only official written times I can find are in the Github api docs:'Note: JWT Authentication is coming soon.'GitHub - AdobeDocs/analytics-2.0-apis: Documentation for the Adobe Analytics 2.0 APIs Any more accurate time than that would be massively helpful!Thanks,

Our application is on AEM and we have to display data from microservices rest calls on our pages.Can I directly the services from browser(java script) or do I need to call AEM servlet and let AEM servlet make a http call to microservice.What is the best practice and what is advantage we get with each of this approach?

In process of upgrading to 6.4.3, we noticed that multifield is stored in form of Node format instead of JSON. Is there anyway to make it store in JSON format. We are using coral(granite/coral3) resource types. This is the resource type - granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/multifield. Just to add we have installed acs common 3.19 on AEM 6.4.3

Due to our business model my company is considering implementing Salesforce shared contacts, which allows one Contact record to be linked to multiple Account records.  Has anyone worked with Salesforce shared contacts?  How does it impact the Lead records in Marketo when the two platforms are integrated?

Hello,Over the past week we were discussing on a call every single step we have to take in order to be able to include the new IAB TCF plugin. Following the prerequisites mentioned in the documentation:     1. Update to the latest version of the Experience Cloud ID Service (ECID)          Since we were using a custom Visitor ID library implementation (inserted in the library management of Adobe Analytics within a custom code), we had to locate           that code in the ECID tool. We are going to test if everything works as expected also in Samsung Tizen devices.     2. Update to the latest version of the Appmeasurement library (2.11.0 currently in beta)          This was one of the points that raised more concern over the past calls. Please, could you provide which would be the potential risks of updating to this beta           version? On the call the following topics were mentioned:                    - Will we have an increase or decrease on our current number of unique visitors (w

I'm trying to filter on Event Date in the Recipient Delivery Log.My filter says: Include Event Dates that are equal to today.When I do this, I get no records.  I have confirmed that there are records with an Event date of today in the table; so I've discounted that as an issue.  I'm also using DateOnly as Event date is stored as Date / Time in that table.  That hasn't helped either.Is there something I've forgotten here?ThanksTom

Hello Adobe Community !I ve been called upon a problem with the last touch attribution for the paid campaigns. It seems that Adobe numbers do not match our media partners (SEM).We did some Datafeed analysis to see what was going on inside Adobe Analytics, since our Marketing Processing rules do work fine for other countries.We found out something really odd. Sometimes, whenever a visit come from a Paid Search Campaign ( we filtered this using the "campaign" column and doing a grouping on the MCIDs and visit number) , the "va_closer_id" is correctly given the Paid Search ID, but later during the visit, we noticed that the value changed to Direct.Has someone have hade this kind of problems ? Should'nt the "va_closer_id" and other values regarding the traffic source (as "ref_type", that also seldom changed from the paid source to None) not change during the visit ?Cheers !

Hi,I built custom data schema in order to collect and export selected records from nms:trackingLogRcp and nms:broadLogRcp. One of the column is DateAndTime. It contains eventDate (if record comes from broadLogRcp) or logDate (if record comes from trackingLogRcp). Before export this data I would like to change time zone of DateAndTime field and save it in DateAndTime2. I can do it by using loop in JavaScript activity and formatDate method and xtk.session.Write(). Unfortunately this solution is very time consuming. Processing of 1000 records takes around 5 minutes.Do you know more efficient approach? Maybe some SQL script will help or some batch process?Thank you,Marcin
