I'm attempting to create a link on an issue form that takes users directly to the project overview section.  I'm able to generate the link with a fusion flow that adds the project ID to the following formula using and open text field: https://experience.adobe.com/#/@f####/so:###Production/workfront/project/{{2.ID}}/overview I use fusion to plug-in the project ID and it works to provide a link on the issue.  However, I can't figure out how to get the link to display as clickable text.  Ideally I would want the text to display as "Click here to review project details."

Hi,Hoping someone can tell me if I'm totally mis-remembering. We, like many customers, use request queues and convert those requests (Issues) to Projects, often using Status Keys to tie requests to their respective Projects. I am 90% sure that I used to be able to clear out the Default Duration in the Queue Details area so that Issues submitted to that queue do not automatically get a Planned Completion Date (thereby eliminating unwanted late reminders for those Issues that are open pending their Project's completion). It seems that with recent UI updates, it's now not possible to hit backspace in that field to clear it out, as saving it just puts the default of 1 Day back into the field. Now users are getting email reminders about late Issues that ideally wouldn't have a Planned Completion Date. Can anyone confirm whether I'm remembering this correctly? I did open a Support ticket but they weren't sure that it used to operate this way, and said I'd have to submit an Ide

Hello, I would like to know if it's possible when working with an accordion to simply copy the previous item and component type. For some context I have multiple FAQ sections with numerous items in each accordion. For example. I need to have 20 items. Each item is a text component. I'm currently having to add each item one by one. This is very time consuming. Is this possible? I've added an attachment of what I'm thinking.  Thank you!

Hi, I am facing an issue while trying to bind reference using AF core component (Adaptive Form text Input). While using the legacy component (Text Box) in Adaptive form, this is the bind refence property. On clicking on bind reference, I could see navigate through XDP structure and associate the correct field. In case of core component, I am not able to navigate and select the right XDP field to associate with text box. Why is the difference and how do we bind the fields form xdp to AF to generate PDF with data from Adaptive form?

Hi! I use a customized date range for my panel (start > when the site was officially launched | end > rolling day - 1 day). There are some tables on which I have to apply a shorter date range (let's say, from October 30 until yesterday), so I created another date rage with these requirements (start > Oct 30 | end > rolling day - 1 day). When I apply this new range to a metric, it seems to work for the total number, BUT if I breakdown by days, they don't make sense, because days outside this shorter date range get the credit. What AA is doing is that, if my shorter range has, for instance, 17 days, it allocates the values in the first 17 days of the panel date range:In the following screenshot: Panel range > Nov. 29, 2023 until today (Nov 13). Shorter date range > Oct. 30 until yesterday (Nov 12), which is 13 days in total. As you can see, the first 13 days of the panel range get the values, though they are not in the segment applied. Any ideas?  &nb

I have a User who would like to share a calendar to their team that has several groupings. They would like to have the calendar open by default withonly one grouping selected and visible. The other groupings are for "further reference" if the users are curious but the idea is that they would be "unselectected". If the calendar creator unselects 4 groupings and leaves 1 grouping selected and shares that calendar out, is that how it will open for the other users (until they starting clicking!). I believe we have seen mixed resuylts on this.

Hi, Can we use AF core components to create AF using XDP templates. While creating AF using foundation components, I can see Form template option (to select XDP template) and then create AF where I can see the data source as well. On using AF core template and creating the AF, I don't see Form template option to associate XDP template. Is this option removed from AF core components? Thank you.

Hi all, I am confused on how profile data is behaving within CJA....Whenever I bring in a trait from a profile dataset in CJA, it appears that the number of People who have a value for the attribute (e.g. Y/N for visits branch) does not change regardless of date range (7 vs. 14 vs. 60 vs. 180 days). Please see image attached. The count of People in "No value" does increase as we change the date ranges, but the actual number of people who receive a value for the attribute does not change. I expect that the longer the date range, the more people should be captured under the attribute values but this is not the case. Logically, longer windows = more events = more People captured with this attribute, as we see an increase in No value. I understand that Profile data joins to events available but this phenomenon suggests this may not be the case? This makes me believe that...it may be counting People within the profile data itself? Which overwrites everyday so would be a static num

I'm trying to have a column at my Program level and Project level to show me what task we are on, who it's assigned to and the due date. Hi, I have a question about how identity fields behave in AEP. If multiple schemas use the same field group that contains an ecid field, and I mark ecid as an identity in Schema A, will Schema B automatically treat ecid as an identity as well? I couldn’t find explicit documentation confirming this, so any clarification would be appreciated. Thank you very much

Hi we are working on AEM 6.5.22the call happened only on Author instance every load and editing. We would like to understand the purpose of it how to handler and if is possible to disabled it since we received also 404 error in access.log related to this. seems related topic of /mnt/override/libs/cq/activitymap/content/settings.json and Active Mapplease if there is any documentation I can refer to would be great.

Hi everyone, I'm working on creating various target dimensions to use in my Orchestrated Campaigns. During this process, I noticed there is an OOTB 'Recipient' schema, but it isn't available as an option when setting up a profile target dimension. Since this schema is relational and linked to profiles, shouldn't it be possible to create a target dimension based on it? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks,Sumanth

Workfront Community, I was looking into the different Workfront certification exams and possibility taking at least one, and was wondering if anyone had any advice or tips regarding them. Thanks in advance,Jared Mauch

Hello community,Some time ago I integrated an API to work with the DAM (uploading assets, reading assets, etc.). Today I realized that assets uploaded to the DAM via Postman with an enabled technical account load correctly and appear in AEM. However, if I switch to the Adobe Experience Manager Assets view, none of the assets uploaded via Postman appear there.Several questions:1. Why is this happening? Could it be the account, the configuration, missing attributes, or workflows not running?2. How can I resolve this?3. Is there a way to make the already uploaded assets visible, or is the solution to upload them again? I'm a bit confused because, in theory, what appears in AEM should also appear in AEM Assets. Thank you very much.

Hello, I would like to download the binary of a document via the API to get a blob object. Is this somehow possible? I cannot find the corresponding information using the API-explorer.I know, that I can retrieve the field downloadURL, but using this requires to be logged in to Workfront. Thanks in advance. RegardsLars

Dear All, I’m working on digitizing our product specifications (currently managed offline) and I’m testing custom forms to see what can replace our existing workflow. One key part is that I’m trying to centralize raw material characteristics and similar data within specific project/s, then have the custom forms elsewhere to pull in that data dynamically when required.  I’ve built the following TEST setup, and it’s very close to what I need but it still has a few issues. Project 1 contains a form consisting of a Single line text field “Product Code”.  Users enter “Product Code” value manually, for example 12345ABCDE Project 2 contains a form consisting of:Typeahead field “Project Name v1” returning Project 1 among other projects within the same portfolio/programExternal lookup field “Project Name v2” returning Project 1 among other projects within the same portfolio/programExternal lookup fields returning “Product Code” value based on project selected

Hi everyone,I’m looking for real-world use cases or examples that highlight the differences between Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics 4. Hi @community,I am working on segment export , where I am exporting comma separated segment name along with profile attributes. To extract segment details and customer id, I am leveraging "profilesnapshot" and "segmentsnapshot" tables, but i get data for "realized" segments only and there is no data for "existing" segments. In Audience listing can see data for "existing" segments. My "segmentsnapshot", "profilesnapshot" and "segment evaluation" jobs are running daily without failure. Please assist me in finding why profilesnapshot dataset show "realized" segments only and audience listing show "existing" for same segments profiles. Thanks in advanceBest Regards

Hi Adobe Team,   My team is currently working to send audiences via RTCDP to a vendor. They require to receive files as CSV. Is there any capability from the platform to send files as CSV instead of JSON. Has anyone else experienced this issue before and have any workarounds?   Thanks, Nick

Hey folks, has anyone worked with any out of the box XDM field groups or classes for insurances?  Which would they be, and are they a good starting point or do they require a lot of adaptation work?

Hello, as per my organization policy i can not use my company mail id so i am trying to login via my personal mail id and it is showing that "It seems that your Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts. Please get in touch with your Org Administrator or Adobe Enterprise Support." Please help me with the solution.

I have a task report that I'm pulling in hours of a specific hour type.  I can get them as a list and it works correctly - but I would also like this same information to be shown as a total rather than in a list.  Can someone assist with the text mode for this calculation?displayname=Template Count listdelimiter=<br/> listmethod=nested(hours).lists type=iterate valueexpression=if({hourType}.{name}="Template Count",{hours}) valueformat=HTML

Hi community,I need to retrieve all metadata fields that start with a specific prefix (e.g., nameMetadata_) from all metadata schemas in AEM.Current situation:I'm currently using this endpoint to get fields from a specific schema:{{Instance}}/conf/global/settings/dam/adminui-extension/metadataschema/default.infinity.jsonWith a script, I can process the JSON and filter the metadata fields I need, but this endpoint only points to the default schema. What I've tried:I know I can use:/conf/global/settings/dam/adminui-extension/metadataschema.infinity.jsonThis endpoint returns all schemas, but it requires iterating through each one and querying their fields individually. My question:Is there a more direct endpoint or method that allows me to:Retrieve in a single JSON all metadata fields from all schemas (even those not currently in use)?Or alternatively, is there a way to filter directly by field name (e.g., nameMetadata_*) through a query parameter or selector?Basically, I'm looking to

Hello, In the screen shot below I am parsing json to separate values from a typehead field. When trying to put the @ symbol in front of the username it does not tag the user in Workfront updates section but simply an @ symbol which does not tag the user in the regular highlighted blue format. Is there a way to @ the user correctly in the updates section because the result is not rendering and tagging the person in my update. Please refer to second screen shot of how it is appearing. I appreciate all the help in advance
