The audience must be evaluated before a campaign can be activated" I have audience defined with no issue and it's the batch evaluation segment. I'm building a custom form for work requests. One of my fields is "Requested Delivery Date" and I want to put a hard stop if the requested delivery date is less than 4 days from the current date. I've added a "lead time" calculated field to the form that is working, but I cannot natively assign display logic to all the other sections of the form based on the calculated field. Does anybody know a workaround that will allow me to hide all sections until the requested delivery date exceeds 4 days from the current date?

I have one requirement where i was creating a new test-sitemap.xml and also we are having an existing main sitemap.xml file. I need to linkup the newly created test-sitemap.xml with the existing sitemap.xml. I enabled the sitemap.xml url in robots.txt file as well. I able to see the test-sitemap.xml path in robots.txt but the urls present in test-sitemap.xml is not coming in main sitemap.xml. What was the steps to enable the test-sitemap.xml in main sitemap.xml. In test-sitemap.xml file where we are having all the dynamic build urls these are not the AEM pages. I need to linkup the test-sitemap.xml to the main sitemap.xml. Can you plz provide the steps for this.

I am currently working on using the API to check various settings related to a program.I have a question regarding Smart Campaigns. When a Smart Campaign is scheduled for execution, is there a way to retrieve the scheduled date via the API?I found that scheduling a campaign via the API is possible, as mentioned in the documentation below:https://developer.adobe.com/marketo-apis/api/mapi/#operation/scheduleCampaignUsingPOSTHowever, I couldn't find any information on how to retrieve the scheduled date after it has been set.Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi All,I'm working on a component where I need to populate the two dropdowns dynamically in dialog box. The second dropdown will change depending on the option selected in first field. Consider below structure under /content/dam/org/vehicles:--bike     --b1     --b1     --b1--car     --c1     --c2--truck     --t1     --t2 So, my first dropdown will show the name of nodes/folder under vehicles but when any option is selected my second dropdown should populate with nodes/folder under that specific selected folder. For eg. if author selects car option in first dropdown, then second dropdown should show c1 & c2 likewise if bike is selected b1, b2 & b2.I created a datasource which gives me name of resources under vehicles i.e bike, car & truck but not sure how to populate second dropdown.Any suggestion

Greetings All. My co-worker and I are looking for places where we can learn. We both took the Bootcamp, but we feel there's so much context to understand that we need to learn more. We're also wondering when to choose which module for what.  Are there sub communities we should follow? Are there any videos, or reading material?Any training available from Adobe?Should we take the reporting training? What about API training? We will take anything you can share with us! Thank you!

The issue is that even though the project schedule ignores users time off in the settings and the schedule is set to Jan 1 as a holiday it still seemed to allocated hours when looking in day view to Jan 1. That date is in a week where two months split and usually this team updated hours once a month. I am not sure how hours were placed there and how to avoid this from happening in the future and possibly fix it where it has occurred without manually zeroing it out. I thought I would share with the community to see if you had any thoughts on why this happened or if you have experienced it how you resolved or worked around it. Thanks in advance!

Hello Community,I have the following questions regarding discarded profiles that are logged in the Journey Step Event dataset/schema:How can I obtain detailed information about why a profile was discarded? We have the eventType(has Reason shortform) in the schema under serviceEvent.stateMachine and serviceEvent.dispatcher, but I'm having trouble understanding the reasons. What is the difference between the serviceEvent.stateMachine and serviceEvent.dispatcher objects in the Journey Step Event dataset/schema?Once an event hits AEP and is eligible to enter the Journey but somehow gets discarded, how can I capture that information and send it back to a third-party platform to retrigger? The Journey Step Event only contains the Profile ID, so how can I identify the specific event associated with that profile?

in our tracking on page load rule we are capturing the page URL in an eVar (v26) which has many sections on it and click of each section we are capturing "section title" in another evar (v48) in an event based rule. When I am pulling a report of Page URLs( v26) broken down with "Section Title" (v48) and pulling v48 (section tile) instances as metrics. It shows section titles which are not on that page. for example https://www.xyz.com/home/industries/ has these sections - Let's explore and My lab testhttps://www.xyz.com/home/career/ has these sections - Connnect with expert and Talk to your HR when I am generating a report of https://www.xyz.com/home/industries with breaking it with evar48 (section Tiitle" with "section title" instance as metrics it shows "Talk to your HR" as well as a line item. All the evars have default settings. Any suggestion why we is this happening ? and what could be the fix?

Hi everyone, I am observing a significant volume of data that is being labeled as "None" within the marketing channel category. After closely examining the data and its traffic sources, it becomes clear that a substantial portion of this data is either not specified or belongs to other active marketing channels.  Are there any problems with our marketing channel rules that might be causing data to appear under the "None" marketing channel? I have included a few screenshots of the marketing channel rules for your reference.

Hi everyone,I have a process that runs daily and queries the Adobe Query Service using a non-expiring credential. Recently, this query has been hitting the 600-second timeout limit and failing.Interestingly, when I run the exact same query using an expiring credential, it works without any issues. Unfortunately, using expiring credentials is not an option for me because this is an automated process that relies on the non-expiring credential.Does anyone know why this behavior might be happening? Are there any solutions or workarounds to ensure the query completes successfully with the non-expiring credential?Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, I am facing the above issues in one of the case, where i am trying to update the asset metadata from the serviceimpl. My Requirement: Via Mcp, doing a assetmigration, then checking the status code of the asset migration. If it is 200, then want to update the asset with few metadata properties. So From MCP, calling the method migrateAssets in serviceImpl to migrate assets, then updating the metadata properties in the serviceImpl method and returning a response back to mcp for the record. Below is my piece of code, when debugging, i could see that repo init and service user mapping is already present in the developer console and user is also created under /system. Also in logs noticed354 active mappings, looking for mapping for my-project.core/myService23.01.2025 09:36:23.213 [] *INFO* [203.99.194.157 [1737624971609] POST /apps/acs-commons/content/manage-controlled-processes/jcr:content.start.json HTTP/1.1]my-project.core.service.impl.AssetImporterServiceImpl

Hi, I have come an across issue with the Marketing Channels where Paid Search in Workspace report was showing among other correct values (as defined in the Marketing Channel rules) also the "None" value and I just can't see why. I am pretty new to Adobe Analytics so it is very likely that I am missing something out. Here is my Paid Search rule:  The query string parameters all begin with cid followed by the channel identification code. In case of paid search it is cid=cpc. (social is cid=social etc.) so I have set up the Paid Search detection rules like this  (search engine "any" and query string contains cid=cpc and other containing just cpc - don't know what is the proper syntax, but I suppose these should both work):   In my report, I had Marketing Channel selected as the primary dimension which was further broken down by Marketing Channel Detail and Marketing Channel Instances set as metric. Now, after some investigation, I have to come to a

Hi Team, Is there a way to pull a report in marketo to know the asset landing page total views, conversions/total views and conversions from the UTM's For example if I have to pull a report on a specific asset like white paper landing page on our website; how would I view the total views, conversations/views and conversations from UTMs. Please guide. Thanks,Deepthi.

I'm looking to build some dashboards that display visuals related to Preference Center, System Status, Deliverability (as part of KPIs). Hi ,We have requirement to have few content fragment dropdown values fully available for few users, for remaining users, few options need to be read only and few options can be available for them to edit. Is there any way to achieve this ? We are currently using render condition privilege to display or not display the options  but we need to show read only to the user.  Any suggestions would be really helpful. Thanks,Poovitha S

The Adobe API is responding with a 504 Gateway Timeout any time a request goes over 60 seconds long. We are repeatedly getting this when trying to create report suites by duplicating an existing template report suite (a process that takes Adobe a while to complete). See the attached screenshot for a Postman example of this occurring. We just migrated from Service Account (JWT) credential to OAuth Server-to-Server credential when this started happening, not sure if that is related.

I noticed that, unlike emails, there isn't an option to add Offer Decisioning in Web Campaigns. Could you please explain how web campaigns with offer decisioning are configured in AJO?I am aware of a document available for configuration via Web SDK, but I would like to understand how offer decisioning can be implemented specifically for web pages. Thank you.

Dear ACS Experts, We are working on a business case. It is kind of distributed marketing where a central head body designs and defines a campaign and sends out communication to local agencies for enrollment. If local agencies opts-out of the campaign, the email communication won't be sent out to the customer of those agencies. We have created a custom resource to capture the consent of agencies whether they want to be enrolled or opt-out(if agencies does not opt-out in an stipulated time-frame, they'll be automatically enrolled in). Can someone please guide me the most viable and efficient way to capture the agencies consent in the custom resource? I tried with acquisition landing page, but custom resource attributes are not present in the fields to update.
