I've written a servlet to generate Document of Record PDFs for our forms. After some work, I've gotten it to output PDFs, but the PDFs are always damaged.Viewing the PDFs in a text editor doesn't reveal anything obviously wrong. Using an online PDF repair tool shows the following errors:0x8041010B - E - The 'xref' keyword was not found or the xref table is malformed.  - File: 20185000044 (4).pdfRecover XREF table.0x8A117FFD - E - Error in Flate stream: data error.  - Object No.: 12  - File: 20185000044 (4).pdf0x80410306 - E - The "Length" key of the stream object is wrong.  - Object No.: 10  - File: 20185000044 (4).pdf0x80410306 - E - The "Length" key of the stream object is wrong.  - Object No.: 11  - File: 20185000044 (4).pdf0x80410306 - E - The "Length" key of the stream object is wrong.  - Object No.: 3  - File: 20185000044 (4).pdf0x8A117FFD - E - Error in Flate stream: data error.  - Object No.: 4  - File: 20185000044 (4).pdfAnalyze Objects.0x80410306 - E - The "Length" key of the

I have a conversion funnel report set up that is pulling in multiple different metrics. The last metric in the funnel "Decision" is displaying incorrect numbers. I cannot figure out where to edit this metric or figure out why/where it is pulling this number from. I also have a separate "Decision" report that is pulling the same number using the same metric.I have found the area to edit Calculated Metrics, but the Decision metric is not "Calculated" it is just a regular metric. Is there any place where you can view these "standard" metrics and figure out what they are actually tracking?Any help would be appreciated!!

I am looking for solution where I can include search bar component of AEM and call my custom search API. How can I pass the value entered in search bar to the API?Is there a property that holds the value entered can be passed on? The API results will be shown on another component say main component. So, there are two components search and main in one page. Is this doable?

Hi All,How can we delete a delivery if the target has been deleted from the recipient table. We are trying to make environment GDPR ready. So, if a customer requests us to delete his/her records, how can we make sure that the scheduled deliveries, pertaining to him, also gets deleted/stopped. Thanks,Gunjan

Hello,I have made a segment in workspace - I want to identify new visitors. See definition in the attachment. For how long is the cookie being kept? I've read that for unique visitor the cookie is being kept for 5 years, but I've also heard that visitor profile ID is deleted after 1 year of inactivity. For example: If a visitor was at a spesific site 2 years ago and go to the same site today. Is it a new or a returning visitor? (The visitor uses the same device and cookies has not been deleted). Regards,Kristin

Hi everyone,I set up a new Workspace in Analytics and added a Fallout visualization. This Fallout includes the four different steps of our Checkout process: Billing Information, Shipping Information, Payment, and Finalize Order. In the Fallout, I am seeing a significant drop-off increase year-on-year from Payment to Finalize. I am also seeing a lower overall conversion rate for the time period than I see in Google Analytics. My hypothesis at this point is that the Fallout is not factoring in people who choose PayPal as their payment method and get redirected off the site to pay through the PayPal portal. We did not have PayPal enabled on the site last year. With PayPal, the process looks like:1) Billing Information2) Shipping Information3) Payment3.5) Redirection to PayPal to Complete Payment4) Finalize OrderAny ideas on what I can change in Analytics (either a Report Suite setting or something in my Fallout or?) to verify whether this is the issue or not and to fix it if it is?

Hi there,I'm setting up a stream cadence which casts every 4 weeks. We have a smart campaign set up to add leads to the stream; however, we've discussed wanting to wait about a month (or 28 days) or so before any lead gets their first email in this stream. My initial thought was to add a wait step prior to the add step; but if so, we could run into the issue where a lead would skip a cast and end up not getting their first email for nearly 8 weeks - i.e. Next casts are 8/1 and 8/29. Lead meets criteria on 8/2, waits 28 days, so they miss the 8/29 cast and end up on the next one 4 weeks later. I've played around with a few different wait step options, but nothing really achieves the situation we're hoping for. Has anyone else solved for a similar situation? Let me know if I'm going about this the totally wrong way. Thank you!

Hi,I've recently been made an admin within Adobe Analytics, and have set up a number of users with new accounts. As of yesterday when attempting to set up a new account it appears this option isn't available, and that I potentially have to log into the Experience Cloud as an Admin to create any new users.I've created an Experience Cloud account but I am not an administrator to be able to access the admin console. I don't believe we have an Administrator setup within the Experience Cloud to be able to provide me with access, how would I go about getting this access? Many Thanks,

Hi There,I'm looking to personalise a simple workflow variable in a delivery.Basically I simply want to display the number that a query activity outputs in an email delivery.I was thinking it would be something like:Query to return a number.Javascript code to store the number as a variable:       instance.vars.queryCount = vars.recCount; Then how do I personalise the "queryCount" variable value in a delivery?I've read some other posts and i'm unsure on the steps and syntax required?(Do i need to add anything to the initialization script of the workflow activity?Do I need to add anything as a variable to the Variables tab under properties in the delivery template? What should the syntax be for the personalisation tag in the HTML?)A clear step by step example would be much appreciated.ThanksDavidps. I'm using v6.1.1 of Adobe Campaign Classic

Does anyone know of a video demo-ing the capabilities of Adobe Analytics | Data Workbench - I have searched and searched, but I've had no luck

Hi EveryoneAny suggestions on how can I build a metric where I want to keep engagement number as 1 if there are more than one engagements (video view, asset download, click to call etc) in a single visit. i.e. we want to consider only one engagement per visit event if there are more engagements? For example: if a user comes to site and downloads an asset, views one video and click on the call button, it ideally makes 3 engagements but any solution (via segmentation/calculated metrics) if we can count it only as one engagement instead of 3 engagementsthis is feasible via event serialization but that would need implementation change but at this time I would like to get it via segmentaion/calculated metrics. Thanks in advanceRegards,Kamal

I want to restrict publishing of original file in video asset if it is above 200 Mb. Is there any configuration where I can enter file type and size limit for video publishing ?

When signing in a person, who was not origionally registered for an event, is it possible to change the data collection fields?
