Hi everyone,I tried to create a calculated metrics using a standard metric (Visits) which I wanted to apply a segment to. I know this option exists, however, it does not show in the "+Add"-Dropdown (only the options "Container", "Container from selection" and "Static Number" are shown). Might there be a restriction-problem and if yes, can I solve this without Adobe support? I already checked User Restrictions and it looks like I don't have any...thx

Hit Depth From this content, I understand the 1st page visitor viewed, should be the entry page. But when I create segment for "organic search", it seems not. Some pages listed in "Entry Page" with very big volume, but they are not in "hit depth = 1".Please help to clarify and correct my understanding.Thank you.H

Is there a possibility to unshare a segment from specific individuals of a user group, given rest of the members of user group have the segment shared with them?

Hi,I can't seem to figure out how I can drop one dimension on top of multiple dimensions at once. For example, I have operating system dimensions for the first column but want to add another dimension on top of all these different columns. I tried searching the answer for this but can't seem to find it.

I am having an understanding question and hope you are able to help me out.We have an app which gets tracked into reportsuite xy and our website gets tracked into report suite xz.Within the app there is a link which isnt tracked or includes a query string and this link gets forwarded to our website reportsuite xz.Now I would like to know how many user came through the app link to our website. Which referrer would the app user have? how could I test this scenario.I have found a referrer with something android-app://com.google.android.gm, but this referrer always starts with hitdepth 2 or 3 never with one and has alwaqys an internal referrer from our website which seems odd to me.Does anyone have a great idea on that?

I work for a healthcare provider with over 150 clinicsWe want to send different touchpoints such as welcome email when they just created new appointment, appointment reminder for every treatment they sign up for, and thank you after finishing their treatmentOn each of these touchpoints, we will need to personalize the address fields based on whatever clinic they had business with.As you might guess, each touchpoints are sent at different times. All data is fed to Marketo from clinic level CRM system. It is a custom system we call LPS.This system can be programmed to have its own logicWe are trying to avoid create fields for each "Recent Discharge", "Next upcoming appointment", etc, because we think it will slow down our system, as we have to push 100+ fields everytime LPS and Marketo sync.Ideally I would do something close to VLOOKUP in excel. If the clinic "Recent Discharge Clinic Name" is "Clinic A", then look for data in a table for "clinic A", then pull the address, city, etc.Any th

Question,I am looking to obtain an external URL that will link directly to a 'spinset' on our published website.(Similar to a direct link to an image)Is this possible?  Or would I need to create my own custom template page that contains the embedded code?I am able to generate a direct link within author - but I need something on the published site - and the URL for author preview doesnt seem to work on the published site. Its probably something simple that Im missing....Any help appreciated.ThxJason

Hi,I have a question where segments are made up of other segments. If the base segment is updated with new criteria, does the parent segment automatically receive these changes.E.g. Segment X is created to segment Sessions that match Segment A OR Segment B; I update the criteria defining Segment B...does Segment X automatically take the new criteria for Segment B into account.

Can I do some Javascript logic within this example code (below) to send a user to 1 of 3 external landing pages after filling out a Marketo form?MktoForms2.loadForm("//app-sjst.marketo.com", "785-UHP-775", 1057, function(form) {    //Add an onSuccess handler    form.onSuccess(function(values, followUpUrl) {        // Take the lead to a different page on successful submit, ignoring the form's configured followUpUrl        location.href = "https://google.com/?q=marketo+forms+v2+examples";        // Return false to prevent the submission handler continuing with its own processing        return false;    });});Further description of my scenario: I have a Marketo form embedded on an external landing page and, depending on which boxes are check, want to send them to 1 of 3 follow-up pages. Basically,1 . If some of the first four options are checked, go to one page2. If all of the first four options are check, go to another3. Else, go to the third page.form.onSuccess(function(values, followUp

Hi,What should I type in console to switch environment from staging to prod for DTM library? I know there is DTM switch. But, what about typing it in console to change the library?ThanksAnkit

Hi guys, I'm new to Marketo so I am trying to figure a few things out.  We already have emails created and running with a standard Unsubscribe form but want to create a form that is a little bit more complex and makes users go through the options of unsubscribing from certain types of emails (newsletters, promotions, etc.). I am following the guidelines set by Josh here Building a Full Subscription Center in Marketo - Marketing Rockstar Guides and they're really helpful.  My problem comes at point no.4 where you "Search Marketo Field," the example used in this is "Newsletter."  Since we already have emails that are created or running regularly, we would have to add an attribute to them (That i would create) so they are triggered as the Newsletter in this example would be when unsubscribing.  My issue is that I don't know where I would attach that attribute, or if I even use an attribute, or if there is a different way to group my emails into newsletters, promotions, etc.  so when I cre

We have a request to set a required country dropdown field such that one of the countries in the list is also the default option. Most people will be from one particular country. The problem is that the user cannot just bypass that field and let that displayed country be their selected choice; they have to actively select it from the dropdown or the form won't submit. I tried making the question not required and submitted the form, but it didn't update the country in my record to equal the default country at the top of the list. Is there any way to accomplish this?

For a variety of reasons, on our new website we are posting our lead forms to the leadCapture/save endpoint. Everything is working well except associating the munchkin cookie. From other posts I can see that we should be posting the cookie in as the field _mkto_trk to the leadCapture/save endpoint. However, it doesn't seem to be associating the munchkin cookie to that record.Clicking a link with a token associates just fine, so I know the munchkin cookie is working as it should. Here's what it looks like in the form fill activity log:If I call the lead endpoint with that cookie later, there is no response. I do get a response for leads with older cookies set before the website changed.I've seen reference to the Associate Lead call, but I need the Lead ID for that, and I am trying to use the cookie to get the Lead ID so that seems pointless.Any ideas?

Is it possible to unsubscribe a person from a Audience List (static list)?

I have a custom Service and am attempting to make REST API calls to retrieve activities. In doing so, I am getting nothing but "Access Denied" errors such as:{"requestId":<...>,"success":false,"errors":[{"code":"603","message":"Access denied"}]}Some background:My API user is an Admin. I have checked and double checked that the Admin role has all permissions availablePrior to making an API call, I generate a bearer token using the `/identity/oauth/token?grant_type=client_credentials` endpoint.I have tried the following endpoints and receive the Access Denied error for each call attempt:/rest/v1/activities/pagingtoken.json/rest/v1/lists.json/rest/v1/leads/.../rest/v1/leads/describe.jsonThe one Endpoint which reliable succeeds is `/rest/v1/stats/errors.json`:{"requestId":<...>,"result":[{"date":"2016-02-26","total":1,"errors":[{"errorCode":"603","count":1}]}],"success":true}Are there other permissions that allow my API user to access the specified endpoints? Is there something

I am trying to pull a list of browsers for a list of product pages on our store site. I am using the "Products Report" in the Reports area of Adobe Analytics. I use the Extract Data option. Currently I open the Real Time Data Extract window, click Select Specific, and enter each one manually. I would like to enter a string of products. I have tried using the "OR" field in the Select Most Popular window and the "at least one of these words" in the Advanced Search option in the Select Specific window. I have entered the string comma separated with single quotes around the values, double quotes around the values, and nothing but the commas. I have not had any success with the about attempts. I could not find documentation for this search function. Is there a specific format for a string of values? Is there a better way to enter a large list of products?

Hi everyone! When I open any of existing pages on author environment and click on "Page information" button (at the top left corner):     - at first I see "Request Publication" in dropdown menu;     - then, I close menu and open it again (after 30sec-1minute):     - after it I see "Publish Page".Do you have any ideas what the possible solution for such issue? Also, on the pages where we have lots of components, I am waiting for publication ~ 3-4 minutes.AEM version: 6.2 (without service packs)Thanks in advance!

Hello Adobe Community !We are having a rough time with the time parting pluging on the DTM.We have tryed putting it on a data element that would return the value, but this was not working everytile since the s object was sometimes unspecified.Could someon tell us if we could put it on the Tool Custom Rules ?Or do we have to put it in ALL of our rules ?Documention tells to do it on the s.code, but our implementation has not ever tweeked the S code- We don't even know where to find it. We believe that since we use all the user interface of the DTM we don't have any s.code access !Cheers !

Hi All    I am trying to create a live copy out of Blueprint in AEM 6.4 by following the tutorial Creating a Live Copy of a Site from a Blueprint Configuration. But for me the create button is always disable. For now I am testing with OOTB blueprints (We Retail ) . I am not sure if I am doing anything wrong here. PFB the screenshot. The button highlighted in yellow is in disabled state always. TIAVeena
