The journey is triggered by a custom unitary event, the idea is to limit the volume of profiles to receive specific communications. Therefore, I want to place a profile cap condition (or a percentage split) to separate the profiles and make them advance to the correct email comm. However, I see in the documentation that to be able to test this conditions the only way to do it is with at least 1000 profiles... Note: I've tested using profile cap = 1 as condition to move to alternative path when reaching the limit but the behaviour has been nothing but accurate (works sometimes but not always).1. Is this accurate or I'm missunderstanding something here?2. How would you test the described scenario? Appreciate any help on your end. CC: @Mayank_Gandhi @SatheeskannaK

Hi Aem Community, Is it best practice to run query builder under a page like path as page without .html, I need to find specific component of a page.Thank You,Keerthi K.

If I set the dev pipeline to run on "git changes" and I made 3 changes (3 merged requests) to the branch in a 3 minute interval. Is the dev pipeline running 3 times as well to deploy those changes? Thanks!

My thought is that the best practice here would be if a product is viewed after applying a filter as a Y/N, as counting total products viewed might indicate that the customer was not able to filter deep enough to find the right product. We currently do not have an event implemented to track this, and I'm hoping that I can use a combination of product list filter clicks, product list tile clicks and a product view in a sequential segment and/or a custom metric.  However, as I build this out, I'm getting stuck with a visit segment that includes product views that occurred from this specific click path AND product views that happen from another finding method within the visit, rather than the simple Y/N.  Am I thinking about this the right way?  Has anyone solved this already?

Hi Community, Is there a way in the RTCDP UI or Query Service to see what audiences an attribute is a part of? Thanks!

Hi, has anyone had any issues that prevent the custom HTML presenting for some returning visitors. It is working for me but not for our website developer. I'm checking their browser, making sure they are not incognito and if they have ever had the custom HTML. they have previously submitted 3 forms, so they should be adequately cookied. thanks

We are seeing a rise in 'generic android device' within Mobile Device in Analytics. And a decline on knowing the actual device make and model.Have Android devices stopped sharing the info to identify this, like Apple?Or is there some kind of issue.

Hi, We have many security/groups created under PR and PN node, and we have added many users into those groups manually under both nodes. This is under use from many years, and also currently we are utilizing this for adding/removing people, but from past week we are facing a issue. We created a new group and checked same thing occurred. Issue description: The users are getting removed from the PN instance frequently. The created group is present but the users are getting vanished. This is creating a huge impact. But its working as expected on PR instance. So, please help regarding this. Thanks,Shreyas.

My company was migrated to Adobe Admin Console this past February. I am positive I had the ability to delete user accounts from our Workfront environment, at least until this morning. I had a counterpart add a new user but entered a misspelled email address. She re-entered the user into the Workfront user system with the proper email address and renamed the first incorrect account as "Delete lastname". When we both try to click on "permanantly delete" we get an error message the says: ERROR User deletion is not available. If you want to delete users please useAdobe IMS instead. The first incorrect account is not represented in the Admin Console. I reactivated the account and still see no way to "delete" just remove, which puts me in the same situation.I contacted support and was told this is all expected behaviour. So if we mistype an email address we just collect a group of "deactivated" user accounts that we can not delete from our systems like an Admin might want to do?Has anyone els

Hi everyone! I just realized that we can't use custom tokens {{my.*}} in the Design Studio tab. I have over 200 forms in that section, and I need to add a field and a label to each one. What's the best way to do this, besides manually editing each form one by one? Thanks!

Hi, we are experiencing issues with one form that sometimes and to some users returns "Submission failed, please try again” error. I checked this blog and could not find two forms on the page. The website with the form is here: https://conscia.com/se/event/hur-bygger-vi-framtidens-datacenter-2/ The issue appears randomly to only some users (different browsers, different OS) and there is no pattern that we could identify. We have multiple other Marketo forms across the website, but the issue is present only on this form. We opened the ticket with support, but they have not come back to us yet. In case someone has any hints on what could be the cause of this error,  we would be very thankful to know. Thank you, Matjaž

Hi Team, We are using PDF Viewer Component on AEM Cloud service. There we also have used the config org.apache.sling.caconfig.impl.override.OsgiConfigurationOverrideProvider~pdf-viewer.cfg.json where we add PDF Client ID that we created from link https://acrobatservices.adobe.com/dc-integration-creation-app-cdn/main.html Now, the issue is I need different Client ID's per domain to make the component working on all the Author and Publisher environment, so I need to create 6 Client ID's which is also create 6 projects in Developer Console, so is there any way where we can use the same client ID for all environments Author and Publish instance. Thanks,SD

We installed the hotfix to our on-prem 6.5.23 AEM FORMS JBOSS Linux environment.  Now we have an issue that appears to be with the PsToPdfService.  This issue did not happen in 6.5.23.  Perhaps someone will have some idea what we can check.  Here is a snippet of the server log for the issue: 08/13 09:05:16,783 WARN [com.adobe.service.ProcessResource] (ProcessResource@4087c1f4(name=PsToPdfService.exe,pid=0) Error Reader) ALC-BMC-001-024: Service PsToPdfSvc: Process ProcessResource@4087c1f4(name=PsToPdfService.exe,pid=0) terminated abnormally with error code {3}08/13 09:05:16,808 INFO [com.adobe.service.ProcessResource] (default task-2) ALC-BMC-001-505: Service PsToPdfSvc: Starting native process with command line "/app/adobe/jboss-7.4.10.GA/standalone/svcnative/PsToPdfSvc/PsToPdfService.exe" -IOR IOR:000000000000002249444c3a636f6d2f61646f62652f736572766963652f4d616e616765723a312e300000000000000100000000000000fc000102000000000e3134322e33342e34352e313334000dc

Hi, I'd like to know if it's possible to create an audience using nodeID from journey_step_events. When I go to Audience creation, I can't see any stepevents field. Thanks.

Hi team, Does anyone have experience with executing CTV marketing campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)?

I have a content Fragment with these fieldsTitle, Page Title, Canonical URL, Description, tagsI am using AEM AMS 6.5 setup. I need to create a GraphQL query for searching a word, say "Service" in multiple fieldsexample: serach word might be present in either of above mentioned CF fields.I heard, there is AMS limitation that we cannot use OR or in statmeents. Where as this is possible in AEMaaCS. Also, I want to search the word in tags. But CF stores tag path. Actual Tag title is present in /content/cq:tags So, using GraphQL query, is it possible to search the word to Tag title? query SearchContent($searchTerm: String!, $limit: Int = 10) { myModelName( filter: { title: { _expressions: [ { _operator: CONTAINS, value: $searchTerm } ] } OR description: { _expressions: [ { _operator: CONTAINS, value: $searchTerm } ] } _path: { _expressions: [ { _operator: STARTS_WITH, value: "/

Hello,we have an AEM + Commerce headless architecture and we configured the Adobe Commerce Product Recommendations (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce/product-recommendations/overview)We're trying to use AEM Product Recommendation CIF component (https://github.com/adobe/aem-core-cif-components/tree/master/extensions/product-recs/content/src/main/content/jcr_root/apps/core/cif/extensions/product-recs/components/productrecommendations/v1/productrecommendations)Opening the component dialog we see this configurationSo, we guess the component knows how to behave according to the page template, so that it matches what configured on Commerce side  But how the component knows which Page type the current page corresponds at? More, to collect behavioral data, we must track them by our self using provided SDK as stated at https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce/product-recommendations/getting-started/headless, right?

Dear Community I would like to ask for the best recommendations using AJO for my client requirement. So in AEP, I created two schema, Individual Profile Class, and ExperienceEvent Class. What I want to achieve is creating an Audience in AEP, then using AJO to send ExperienceEvents field to Kafka. The limitation here is that the client only has Prime License.  Currently, my AJO journey logic is attached below. During the wait activity, I configured to be 120s. This causes the Journey to work as it should be. However, I need the latency to be lower. When the Wait activity is changed to 60s, the Journey did not work. My Audience is triggered using ExperienceEvent data. However, when an ExperienceEvent is being ingested, there are some delays until the associated profile is being included in the Audience Membership. My question is that what would be the shortest wait time I could configure to ensure that the associated profile is included in the Audience as soon as

Hello, I was wondering if keeping Active Triggered Campaigns in the Archive folder requires deactivating them to enhance system performance, or if their presence there doesn't impact performance. Also, if deactivation is needed, is it manual as support said they cannot do bulk deactivation. Thank you

We have Cloudflare as CDN and the SSL cert is updated there. When I update the SSL cert in Cloud Manager Domain Mapping the cert status shows as deployed and go live button shows up. Since this is only updating the expired cert, DNS configure is not required, so I click on go live button and press on ok.The status doesnot change to verified.  1. Since the cert is already updated in Cloudflare, is it not required to update the cert in Cloud Manager?2. If it is required to also update the cert in cloud manager, how do I change the status from deployed to verified?

I need to get the active users per day/month

Hi all, I wanted to ask the community if there are more efficient ways to test mobile apps using Adobe tools. Currently, we’re using Adobe Experience Platform Assurance to test on physical devices. While the tool is helpful for real-time validation, I’ve found the process to be quite slow—mainly because exporting the JSON payload for a session produces output that’s difficult to read or share with stakeholders. As a result, we’ve been manually screenshotting each event to evidence that page names, eVars, and other parameters are set correctly. This approach is time-consuming and not scalable. Is there a better way to evidence test data—either within Assurance or using complementary tools or workflows outside of it? Any suggestions or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

so I have a javax.servlet.filter class that does a lot of things. one of the first things it does is change the value of a cookie (example: cookieX was originally set to "ABC" and I changed it to "ABC,DEF"). Before the browser gets a response (the filter has completed already but a Sling model is running this time), another piece of code retrieves the value of cookieX and checks if "DEF" is in the cookie. When the cookie is retrieve via the request object, I still see the original value (which is "ABC") and not the new one. From what I can see, this is inherent to the nature of cookies? (that is the values will not change until the browser gets a response?)Is there a workaround/fix?Thank you.
