Solved

Greetings, I've inherited a Sandbox, and are unable to schedule because we cannot make ourselves admins for the system retroactively. Any suggestions?

Hi, I'd like to ask about scenario design for engagement programs. Question 1: Ideally, I would like to transition leads from Cold → Warm → Hot, but if there is not enough content for the Cold stage, is it appropriate to start sending emails to leads in the Warm stage instead? (It seems that creating Cold content will take quite a while.) Question 2: If there are multiple solutions, should separate engagement programs be created? Additionally, when targeting different industries or job roles, is it better to divide the engagement programs by target group, or should I separate the streams within a single engagement program? What would be the most appropriate design? Thanks.

Hello - I'm pulling a template report to audit the use of our templates. I have the right filter to see the templates, but am wondering what field can tell me when they were last used? Maybe there isn't one? Maybe I need to run a project report for the last year and see what templates were used instead? Thanks in advance for any suggestions - and happy holidays.

Dear All, This post is to understand the view of who has cleared the or appeared the AD0-E329 exam.I have appeared in the exam recently and did not cleared it.I have prepared for it from Adobe resources and completed practice test 3 time where i passed all the time with 90% marks. I do understand passing the practice test does not guarantee the exam for certification.I am mentioning few point which i observed and experienced,  if possible do share your view, it to help me for preparing better for my next attempt. Very few question matched the pattern and experience level been judged in practice test. The level of question not for beginner and certainly level of questions is higher then the level of question come in practice test.Certification question more inclined to know how much experience associate has in day to day hands on configure and maintain the Workflow, campaigns and data operation. Is there a forum of Adobe or any department to whom I can raise this point ?&nb

Hi,  when trying to save a delivery with documents attached  as model it catch duplicate key error, is this action possible in Adobe campaign V7 ? is there a workaround for this issue ? best

Hi @parthasarathy  1. In the Tracking Log (nms:trackingLogRcp), the relationship between the recipient and the tracking log appears as 1-1. 2. However, while analyzing the reports for a specific delivery, I noticed that a single recipient opened the email multiple times. For each of these opens, a unique tracking primary key seems to be generated for the same delivery. This behavior suggests a 1-many relationship between the recipient and tracking logs. Could you please clarify: Why does the tracking log schema imply a 1-1 relationship between recipients and tracking logs when the actions of a single recipient (e.g., multiple opens) generate multiple unique entries? How does Adobe Campaign handle this relationship internally, and how does it ensure data consistency in reporting? Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

Hi All,   We have a business requirement where we need to secure AEM graphql endpoint with OKTA. It will be used for application to application authentication.  We are using AEM 6.5 Serve pack 13. (Not on AEM as a cloud service)   In our case, AEM will be the resource owner, 3rd party application will be client and OKTA will be the authorization server.  Has anyone implement something like this before in AEM?

Hello Nation, We recently created a new lead partition within our default workspace and are in the process of uploading records to this partition. However, during the list import process, we noticed that the option to select the target lead partition is not visible. For now, as a workaround, we are manually moving the leads to the correct partition using a Smart Campaign. While this works, we wanted to check if there is a specific setting we may have missed during the setup that would enable the partition selection during list import. Alternatively, is there a more efficient way or workaround to handle this situation?

I would like a report to show me total number of tasks completed for the entire project duration ....summarized by month.   So if each month we completed 10 tasks, the report would show a bar of 10 for January, 20 for February, 30 for March, etc.    I've got the report built, but I only show totals for the month.... so 10, 10, 10.    How can I aggregate the total for the project at each month?

Hi Community! I hope you are doing great. There is a event-triggered journey in AJO and I need to let you know that it is working fine. However, due to a failure from our system, events were not generated in one particular day, meaning that customers did not enter the journey - not AJO's fault. Knowing that I am unable to recreate the events in the system, we are currently looking for alternatives to ensure communications will be delivered to those whose events were not generated. We assumed here that the easiest way to address it would be to duplicate the journey, but trigger it from a batch audience. Although this would work, it is not scalable - we wouldn't like to duplicate all event-triggered journeys. This said, I would like to hear wheter anyone here has faced the same situation and if there is any recommendations on that. Best Regards,Filipe C. Freitas

I have a need to add a custom header — e.g. `X-My-Custom-Header: my-header-value` — to the POST request sent by a marketo embed on a third-party website.  The header is needed by a security layer that we have protecting the subdomain used by our marketo instance. Has anyone ever tried something like this?  Any creative javascript solution for intercepting/injecting the header into the POST request?

I have a job role I need to apply to several 100 users in the Other roles area as they all have primary roles.  I was hoping to do this via Fusion but I've not been able to figure out how to update the USRROL properly for a user.  Anyone have experience doing an update like this to provide a bit of guidance?

Hi, Currently i am trying to migrate assets and its metadata with smart crop images from one aem cloud instance to another aem cloud instance. I can able to fetch the asset and its metadata from the source aem folder. would like to know is there any api we can use to fetch the smart crops also? When i hit the /api/assets/wknd/investors/asset.jpg/renditions.json -> i am getting only the renditions not the smart crops image details. /api/assets/wknd/investors/asset.jpg.json/jcr:content/metadata.json -> giving the metadata properties. I could see thathasLocalCrops: trueAnyone has any idea how to retrieve the smart crop images. I am using Aio app builder in this migration process.   Thanks,Bhavani Bharanidharan

Hi Community,I need to extract the domain name from an email address (e.g., "abc@gmail.com") and include it in an email template. Specifically, I want the email to display the domain of the sender (e.g., "@gmail.com"). Is it possible to achieve this in an AJO or through an automated workflow?Example:If the sender's email is "abc@gmail.com," I want the email body to print:"Hi ABC,This email is coming from the @1334967.com domain."Is there a way to automate this?

Hello All, Anyone using custom provider for SMS?Configure your custom provider | Adobe Journey OptimizerI'm trying to implement a use case for SMS communication and since the SMS provider we have is not out of the box in AJO. I'm using custom provider option available as part of Beta program.I have configured API credential(with endpoint, API token, payload), channel surface. When I use SMS action in Journey it is not sending an SMS to the end user. I see "Internal_server_error" with 500 code, in the report. If anyone aware of such issue or using Beta function, appreciate any insights on this.Thanks.

Hi everyone!I'm trying to get the client request headers logged in AEM CS dispatcher on a development environment for debugging purposes. For this, I've gone through the documentation form Adobe which states that the variable: DISP_LOG_LEVEL needs to be adjusted to "Debug" (it can also be changed to Trace1-8) but Adobe documentation states that max verbosity level is debug and trace is not supported) in global.vars config file of dispatcher module. With this change, I can see the response headers in httpderror log, however I cannot see the request.headers. Is there a way to activate request.headers logged in AEM CS Dispatcher logs?I've read this documentation:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/developing/logging#configuring-the-dispatcher-error-loghttps://techrevel.blog/2023/09/05/exploring-aem-request-and-response-headers-analysis-of-browser-cdn-and-dispatcher/#add-custom-headerhttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/e

Hi everyone I have a requirement where, based on the value of targetdata.column1 (e.g., value1), the HTML email template should render only the top 3 blocks. To provide more context:The HTML template contains multiple rows that are arranged in order of priority, such as:Row 1Row 2Row 3Row4If targetdata.column1 equals value1, eligible only for Row 1 and Row 2 should be rendered in the email template. How can I ensure that only these specific rows are displayed? Thank you in advance

Does anyone have any example of ingesting a parquet file into AEP?  Documentation and Adobe Support says the parquet file must exactly match the XDM schema in AEP.  I am have a test file created to do just that.   However, there has to be a way to ingest a parquet file and use a mapping set.  I prefer to ingest data from client systems without requiring the client to create a specific format just for Adobe.

When creating a delivery using the 'Delivery' action in a workflow, there is no 'Approvals' tab in the delivery properties. However, when using an 'Email Delivery' or 'Recurring Delivery' action, the 'Approvals' tab is present in the delivery properties, as shown below: Why is this the case, and is there a recommended workaround to using approvals with a 'Delivery' action?

Consider a content fragment that refers another content fragment (nested content fragment).I have setup a GraphQL endpoint to fetch this content fragment along with its nested content. This endpoint is consumed by an external react application which retrieves and displays the data. Now, I need to display the same information in an AEM component. Would it be better to call the GraphQL endpoint within the AEM component, or is the traditional way of retrieving content fragments better?Additionally, if I do want to call the GraphQL endpoint from within an AEM component, what's the best way of doing it? Is it recommended to use Sling models for this purpose?

Hi,We at Striim are working on building a reader for Adobe Analytics. In the developer console, we have created a project for Adobe experience cloud and analytics. We have created a OAuth Web API and are using the client ID and secret to make the authorization calls and token generation calls. The question is can someone, outside of Striim Technology partner account, be able to authorize and generate tokens using Striim's OAuth web API. Is there a way to support multi tenancy where Striim using the OAuth web API, can access the user's instance after authorization by the user, and read user's data ?
