I am using AEM 6.1 SP2 , I am trying to enable 'tel' attribute in the href of anchor tag to make the click to call functionality work. I have already added 'htmlRules' nodeand links node under htmlRules node with 'protocols' property as [http://, https://, ftp://, tel:, mailto:, file://]as specified in the link - Configuring Telephone Tags within Rich Text components and the Link Checker | 6D LabsThe 'validateHref' function in rte.js does read the 'protocols' property and validates the 'tel ' attribute as valid, but not sure why the 'tel' attribute does not persist in the markup when 'ok' is clicked in the author dialog.this is the anchor tag -<a style="color: #6c6c6c; text-decoration: underline;" class="tel" href="tel:1234 567 891">1234 567 89</a>and this is how it renders as markup on page - <a style="color: rgb(108,108,108);text-decoration: underline;" class="tel">1234 567 89</a>This is the 'htmlRules' node xml -<htmlRules jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured"

I'm wanting to look at and try and work out some typical client paths through our website for visitors and for those that went on to become clients. Is it possible to reference a field in Marketo that will tell me the date someone first visited our site? Created seems to be the date they identified themselves to us rather than when they first visited... Hoping someone can assist. Thank you in advance.

Hi All,Just wondering if any of you have the solution on how can we target people that have been segmented in Adobe Analytics inside Adobe Campaign's workflow. The first options that we tried is using Genesys connector inside both Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics but it seems like its a dead end since we can not seem to get any of the segmented user's data flowing to our workflow. Our second option that we are currently investigating is using what the documentation referring to as the "People Core Services", just wondering if anybody knows how this works and would this help me achieving what I'm trying to do?Regards,Felix

I've noticed when checking over the total column calculations that the figures per day don't add up to the total figure. I was wondering is this a mistake or is there some margin of error that's accounted for in these calculations? Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated

Hi,I am attempting to connect to the livecycle part of AEM 6.2 JEE in order to update assets. But at the moment I cannot connect successfully and perform getApplications() on the application manager. Below is a snippet of the code I am using: //Create service factory Properties   Properties connectionProps = new Properties();  connectionProps.setProperty("DSC_DEFAULT_SOAP_ENDPOINT", "http://192.168.56.101:8080/lc");  connectionProps.setProperty("DSC_TRANSPORT_PROTOCOL", "SOAP");  connectionProps.setProperty("DSC_SERVER_TYPE", "JBoss");  connectionProps.setProperty("DSC_CREDENTIAL_USERNAME", "administrator");  connectionProps.setProperty("DSC_CREDENTIAL_PASSWORD", "password");   // Create the service client factory   ServiceClientFactory myFactory = ServiceClientFactory.createInstance(connectionProps);  ApplicationManagerClient appMgrClient = new ApplicationManagerClient(myFactory);   //Create an application called Sample1, version 1.0 is created   try {// appMgrClient.createApplication

We have been struggling with getting our Maven build process to work with AEM after installing 6.2 SP1, which requires the installation of two packages:cq-6.2.0-hotfix-12785-7.0AEM-6.2-Service-Pack-1-6.2.SP1When we install the hotfix and service pack in sequence (without restarting AEM) the Touch UI loads fine.  We are able to restart AEM without issue.  When we run a Maven build against AEM, the content is imported and AEM continues to function.  Once AEM is restarted, however, the app throws a 500 error when anything other than CRXDE Lite is requested. It's hard to know what to look for in the error logs, as there are nearly 60 error messages, but this IO Exception ('Unable to get component of class 'interface org.apache.sling.rewriter.Transformer') seems common to many error and is linked to the initial GET request for the Touch UI.Here is the full message:31.07.2017 10:20:18.027 *ERROR* [0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1 [1501521617450] GET /projects.html/content/projects HTTP/1.1] org.apache.sling.e

We're using adobe analytics to monitor our a/b tests. Is it possible to add screenshots (images) of the different variants to our workspace projects?

Hi,I am trying to show ContextHub toolbar but nothing happens when I click on the Preview link: 6.2 Reference:https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/administer/personalization/contexthub-config.html#Showing and Hiding the ContextHub UII did make sure the Show UI option is Checked in the osgi config. Is there anything I am missing? Do I still need to include the contexthub component in the head section? The reference document doesn't ask for any of this for 6.2Thanks.smacdonald2008kautuksahni

Hi,We’re using Adobe Omniture.I need to track clicks engagement for this page - http://www.netapp.com/us/cloud-marketplace/index.aspxThe main challenge is track clicks (Adobe Omniture is very complicated measuring that metric).Need your advice how to measure clicks (“exit links”) on URLs that aren’t being tracked by Adobe Omniture. For example (see below image 1): we have link to registration page https://cloud.netapp.com/ebook-all-cloud-lp (asset is “AllCloud benchmarking eBook”).I need this report (if possible) on a workspace (see image 2 below):Thanks,Guy

I want to send out a direct mail campaign with PURLs generated by Marketo. I'm testing it and haven't been able to get the data to pre-populate on my form. Any help would be appreciated.   Thanks!

Hi,I need to use Adobe Experience Manager to manage a CMS migration of video assets from one system to another. In addition to the migration, I will need to ensure that timestamps are correct, Closed Captioning aligns, and notes correctly correlate to the content.  I have experience using Premiere Pro and would like to know what the learning curve for AEM might be for me to get this project done in an efficient manner.  Thanks.Zel

I have seen that it is working as expected OOTB components. When I am trying to replicate the same it is not working as expected in custom component. Thanks In advance.

Hi,I am creating a webform in which few fields have some validation which is getting validated through javascript on click of the form button. Validation happens , error messages pops up but webforms navigates to next page.I have written below code on the button:<input class="button submit_btn" id="input149329043626377" type="image" src="https://server.com/res/btn-submit-OfferFeedbackLP.png" value="Submit" data-nl-bindto="action" data-nl-transition="next" data-nl-action="next" />What should be the attribute/code to be written to ensure, on click of button, it stays on the same page with error message in which all validations aren't satisfied?

Hey guys!New to the forum, and also to Adobe Campaign I'm more of a "CRM-person", and used to working with Salesforce and Dynamics CRM. When it comes to MA-tools I have some knowledge about Campaign monitor, Mailchimp, Apsis, Hubspot and Marketo. (And oh, I'm on the IT-side of things if that makes any difference)Anyway - we're thinking about upgrading from Neolane 6.1 to Adobe Campaign, and I am wondering if someone could give me some advice? Has anyone here done it recently? Do's and dont's maybe? How big a project was it?Thanks,DanielPS. We have a setup of Dynamics CRM (2016 onprem) and Neolane today and they need to be tightly integrated.

Hi there,How do I obtain a demo of Adobe campaign? Is there an Australian phone number to call in regards to Adobe Campaign?

I’ve been trying to place a script on our Marketo landing pages so we can track form submissions.  Please note: I’m a very poor developer, so I had to try researching everything I could for this information.  I found a blog post that I thought had my answer (wpromote.com/blog/setting-up-google-analytics-event-tracking-for-marketo-landing-pages/). However, it’s not working properly.  Here’s the Javscript I put together: <script language="javascript">window.onload=function(){document.getElementById('mktoForm_1341').onClick="ga(‘send’, ‘event’, { eventCategory: ‘marketo’, eventAction: ‘form-fill’, eventLavel: ‘test1’});"}</script>And nothing’s firing properly upon a successful form completion.  Here is the landing page I’m testing this all out with: http://pages.na.industrial.panasonic.com/Grid-EYE-Landing-Page-lella-test.html Can someone help me troubleshoot this issue?  Thank you!

Hi All,Suppose I want to make a post call via AJAX, from my component which takes in certain details from the user and passes it to a backend servlet hosted on some external server.A sample snippet something  like $.ajax({            url: url,            type:"POST",            success : .................}}the url will be something like http://example.abc//servlet?abc=xyzThe value/probably domain for example "example.abc" will be different for different environments[dev, prod etc], which will be stored in a location say /apps/example/config.prod in the xml files[in codebase].So, how do I pickup the corresponding environment related values and place it to form the correct url, while passing from ajax call.Any thoughts/pointers/reference code/snippet will be helpful.
