Solved

Hi Marketo community, I am having issues manipulating the form button styling in the 2.0 editor.  In 1.0 I could drop an HTML block onto a landing page, which contained scripts that allowed me to change the appearance and position of the form button on the landing page level.I know you are supposed to be able to do most of this natively in the 2.0 editor now, but I seem to be experiencing a lot of bugs when trying to apply changes via the WYSIWYG.  For example, in the screenshot here I updated the font type for the form in form settings.  It updated the font in the form fields, but not on the button.  Is it possible to make the button I choose bigger or smaller?  Also in regards to the buttons, if I select a custom color for one of the button styles, the hover color becomes the original button color and there does not appear to be a way to change the hover color.  This creates serious issues in our ability to create forms that use branded colors and fonts.

Hi all,I have created an extension table for delivery with  different namespaceNow I want to create an input form abesed on this extension form.But I'm not able to set the input values there based on the extension table.How can I do this ?Cheers

So I have an issue.  Our clients and prospect base own/work for multiple dealerships. So in SF they might be associated to dealership 1 but they complete a form or we upload a list and that says they are with dealership 2.  So right now Marketo updates with the new dealership data which in-return updates SF.  But that can actually cause alot of confusion in the company if a salesperson is already working with this contact and now their dealership name has changed.I actually just had this happen when I imported a list, it updated the person's name (First and Last) to a more generic name (John Doe to Financial House) which caused a lot of confusion with a division who had John Doe coming to a class but John Doe no longer existed.So I'm trying to come up with ideas on how we can still capture more updated information from form submissions, but if it's a list import not update the data into SF, or maybe even not update the data in Marketo.  Any ideas on the best solutions for something lik

Hi, is there a way to stop a user approving their own emails?So say for example I create an email and it goes out for approval, I can go in and approve it myself. I want to disallow this, however, I should still be allowed to approve someone else’s emails so I can’t use operator restrictions because I still need to have approval rights just not on my own emails.Is this possible?ThanksYusuf

Hello All,I am very new to Marketo and I would like to know where I can view the HTML of a landing page as well as uploading an HTML landing page file?Thanks,Jack

Hi All,We have a requirement where we have to provide flexibility to sort the content based on Published time.The Publish date can be retrieved using: “jcr:content: cq:lastReplicated” property. But the problem is this property is set only on Author instance and not on Publish instance.I analyzed and found that when the content is replicated for the first time for Author to Publish, the replication date is set in author for “jcr:content: cq:lastReplicated” property and “jcr:created” property is created for same content in Publish instance and has same time stamp. With subsequent replication, the “jcr:created” property remains same and contains timestamp of very first instance it was created in publish instance. We need property which updated constantly in PUBLISH instance associated with content which can suggest when the content is last published.Thanks.Nitish

Hi, Have you guys had issues with Marketo Forms getting duplicated again and again? Here are the steps I am doing:One the page -> Highlight a container -> Remove itemInsert Element ( section that has text + image + Marketo Form)Once that is done. When I try to preview Experience B in preview mode I get javascript errors and the Form keeps getting duplicated 3-4 times. Here is an example: http://www.purestorage.com/microsites/gartner-mq-2016.html?at_preview=9MN7ShlCED5r3NouKnAV7CPcuGP0Cw

Does the We.Retail sample implementation work on Adobe AEM 6.1 based instances?

Hi Marketo Community! I am hoping to find an easier way to track our multi-channel campaigns. Here is our scenario:We create eBook ABC. We promote the same landing page for eBook ABC on adwords, our resources section, social media, and email newsletter.So to track downloads we have 4 different SFDC campaigns, and use the UTM parameters to direct the leads to each one.Is there any way of just using 1 SFDC campaign? I've searched the community...maybe I'm using the wrong queries. We have multiple users so I am trying to make it easier on them.Thank you! Darrell

Even though we inform our colleagues, somehow some still fill out a form on someone's behalf or click a link in a forwarded email. I'm thinking about creating a blank landing page that clears the current Marketo cookie on visit (obviously with noindex, nofollow, etc). And then have that secret landing page set as homepage for sales reps and marketers. This way we prevent rogue behavior (page vists, etc) on a lead, whilst it actually was a sales rep accidentely tagged as the lead.I'm thinking about a few ways of achieving this, but maybe someone already cracked this ;-) Maybe just a simple line of code that sets the date of the Marketo cookie in the past. But then I do need to know how to reference it. Any ideas?

Hi,I'm working in a requirement to customize the Assets page. In particular, it would be simply adding a disclaimer text in the upload pop-up that shows right after a new asset is uploaded. Common sense, tells me the requested change should be ridiculously easy to implement. However it's frustrating that I still haven't found how to implement it.So the short version of the post, would be just the question: how can I do it?So, as I didn't find the form and/or the page or any code related to it on CRXDE, I found this article, and 'Customizing Assets page', which is in a way, what I'm needing.http://blogs.adobe.com/experiencedelivers/experience-management/aem-assets-ui-customize-ho me-page/In case this article is accurate, I'm having some issues with the instructions.The article has a prerequisite: Enable the Assets Home page experience using the steps in AEM Assets Home Page Experience.This is described here: (in both 6.1 and 6.2 versions)I use AEM 6.2, anyway I think the instructions ar

In my German emails, the umlauts are correct.  But when I use an umlaut in my mailto subject, Marketo changes it to this: I checked the HTML code, and it looks fine.  Any idea how to fix this?

Hi all, we're seeing some cases that leads are added / imported to a program (for example: WP program that determines the acquisition program, the lead source etc.), which the program is already synced to SF campaign. This causes the lead to be synced immediately to SF, and only then it goes through other relevant smart campaigns (for example: smart campaign with "Lead is created" trigger)It doesn't happen very often, but it does creates some headache. Is there a way to review and better control the order with programs - SF campaigns?Thanks!Itay

Hi,I have installed AEM 6.0 in tomcat server. Just to curious on dispatcher configuration., when we install the "aemauthor.war" under tomcat (changed the tomcat server.xml with port 4502), AEM will be accessed as http://localhost:4502/aemauthor will bring the AEM login page.When we configure the dispatcher, we need to specify host and port number as below. When AEM is deployed in tomcat what should be the host name? Can i assume it will be "localhost/aemauthor"? Apache will be adding port to localhost when it sends the request to AEM correct?/myRenderer      {      /hostname "127.0.0.1"      /port "4503"      }

Can someone tell me how a lead gets assigned "Marketing Suspended".  I looked in the community and based on this definition it seems like we would take steps to mark a lead as "Marketing Suspended, but I'm not sure.Marketing Suspend = you can change the status for a record so a lead can receive or not receive emails.Email Suspend = As Justin mentioned above. But you also can't change the status yourself.  Thank you.

Hi Community,I am using AEM 6.1 SP1. I have got the Touch UI RTE dialog from Link When i install that package available in the link, I noticed that the nodes under paraformat are not being read at all. If you notice in the dialog, you will see Paragraph, Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3. As shown below:But if you take a look at the nodes that are under paraformat node in the cq-dialog, the nodes descriptions are "This is my Paragraph", "Header 1", "Header 2", "Header 3". I actually even went ahead and deleted these 4 nodes p, h1, h2, h3 under formats. Even after deleting these, the dialog continued to show me [Paragraph, Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3] as in image above.This means the dropdown in the dialog UI is showing stuff from somewhere else. All i need is to add an h4.

In my AEM mobile account, under Master Settings, I'm not able to request Adobe Analytics Essentials Account, it's grayed out. help!

Hello Experts,I was wondering if anyone can help me with a query. I have a requirement where I need to call (invoke) an Adaptive Form from an External Application. When Adaptive Forms gets rendered, it needs to have some prefilled data. Here's the flow- 1. There will be links to Adaptive Forms in the External application2. When user clicks on the link, a backend service will be called to create prefill XML. 3. I need to be able to pass this prefill XML to the Adaptive Forms (when it renders) as section visibility depends on the XML.  How can I achieve this? I read this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/aem-forms/6-2/prepopulate-adaptive-form-fields.html) and it talks about using the HTTP protocol OR a prefill service. But I dont know if they will be useful in my scenario.I am using AEM Forms 6.2 (OSGi). Is there an API call that the external application can make to invoke Adaptive forms with data? Or is there a way I can have external application make
