I am new to Marketo and am currently setting up all of our nuture programs.  Many of these email campaigns include a pdf to download.  I have uploaded all of the pdfs to the Design Studio for easy access.  I am using the my Tokens to pull the correct download for each email. In the Smart List, I have a trigger pointing to the Click Link in Email, which pulls http://{{my.Offer URL}} for the pdf.  I am able to activate the campaign and run a test send,  when I click in the test email, my campaign is not registering the click.  When I replace the token with the actual link, it doesn't work either.Isn't the purpose of tokens to make tasks like this easier?  Am I missing something?Any help is greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi,We have a custom workflow, we initiate workflow from siteadmin properties and assign workflow initiators [1] and approvers [2]  for specific path. If we assigin multiple approver groups how can we get the multiple groups in dynamic participant step? [1] - Initiators: /content/geometrixx:group1 | /content/geometrixx:group2 [2] - Approvers: /content/geometrixx:approver-group1 | /content/geometrixx:approver-group2

Hello Members, we are trying to create a custom column control component with two parsys side by side. While the component is being used by authors , they see an additional editable div which is highlighted on mouse hover event. this confuses the authors more about where to drop component and while deleting as well.. Any idea why AEM introduces this additional iframe div ? it is seen that its set as draggable = true in debug console. Any way to get rid of this additional div in authoring mode?

Hello, I'm new in AA; I'm comparing traffic in GA and AA. I noticed is a huge discrepancy in sessions/visits between both platforms.  I noticed that one of the referring domains in AA is sl-reserve.com. This domain is driving lots of traffic, but I don't see it in GA. Does anyone encounter the same issue before? Does AA exclude spam, bots or spider by default?

Can someone provide any reference links for integrating Signiant with AEM ? Thanks in advance. Regards,Vasim

Hi,We have a custom workflow, when workflow is initiated on a page, content is sent for approval to content authors group. If one user from group approves the content, how can we clear the workitem from all the users inbox?

Hi,I have a variable (evar or prop) with a few values: A 25%, B 25%, C 50%. How can i have this % of share in Workspace?Workspace provides % only to give the weight of a specific period (day, hour, ...) comparing to the entire period (selected in the calendar), which is usefulness in most of the case. In table and chart we need the trend of % in term of share between different value, not between periods. If I have 30% of users that do something yesterday and today, the percentage should show 30% yesterday and 30% today. Workspace shows 50% and 50% !!

Hi Friends , There is a difference of >20% in the metrics given out by the link tracking of a submit button and the thank you page following it. Both of these are a part of a simple form. D -> Link Name -Submit , Metrics -> Instances  >> D -> Pages Report(thank you page), Metrics -> Page Views ; The difference is more than 20% D -> Link Name -Submit , Metrics -> Visits << D -> Pages Report(thank you page), Metrics -> Visits ; The difference is more than 20% This is very weird. Am i using the metrics the right way? What could be the possible reasons?

Hello, I was just wondering why the new forms in AEM are called 'adaptive'? Is it because of their responsive design in that they will adapt the layout and look / feel based on the device used? Or is there some other functionality that explains the use of that term?Often, prospective clients ask about this so just wanted to be sure we'd be giving them the right explanation. Thanks.

Hi,I have a master recipient data folder which holds all records. I want to now create region specific areas which looks at this master data and displays only the corresponding data.I have created a new recipient folder - I want to somehow make it display the data in the master recipient folder (which I can then filter down to a per region basis further using the restriction option). Is there a way to do this without updating the data into multiple folders? I can't seem to change any of the parameters to allow this to happen.Screenshot attached. If you need more detail.

Hi,In DTM we have three tools:- Adobe Analytics- Marketing Cloud ID Service- Adobe TargetIn the Adobe Analytics tool Cookies section there is a setting for Cookie Lifetime. Ours is set to Default but I can't find any documentation on what this means. The adobe resources pages send me to a URL that results in a 404: (http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/help/en_US/sc/implement/cookielifetime.html)What does Default mean?Does this also control the Marketing Cloud ID Service? Are there any other expiration settings I should be aware of?Regards,Ali

Has anyone had any experience of setting up a styleguide / pattern library / component documentation which is used alongside an implementation of AEM?It would be capable of consuming the AEM components whilst providing documentation and support materials for developers and authors. Something like this http://www.philips.co.uk/componentlibrary/home.html. This could be done as a PDF or other document but these will often fall out or sync and are not updated.Any ideas?

If a user fills out a form but does not select a checkbox in my form, is there a way to prevent that lack of response from being recorded in my response email? I have a token pulling a checkbox field from my form, but if you don't check it, the word "no" shows up in my confirmation email. Is there a way to prevent that?

I want to see the conversation rates and average time in stage segmented by our different audience types. In the success path analyzer, there is no option to segment or add filters via a smart list. Does anyone know of another report or a workaround to pull this data? Any recommendations would be much appreciated! Thanks,Morgan

I am trying to create a Editor component that will take inline javascript. I understand that I can use clientlibs folder for loading JS, but as per my requirement they want to use embed tags with JavaScript in the editor, and I think some of that is also used for rapid development. Currently with the state of RTE, I cannot put a script <script/> tag even after extending it, as it strips it out and only takes the html tags. Same in the case of CSS <style/> tags.

Hi,We are creating a "double opt-in" email confirmation process for our European subscribers (Europeans who subscribe to our newsletters are required by European law to confirm their subscription through a follow-up confirmation email). We created a web form with a form field, "Country," and if any European residence selects a European country of residence in the form field, then an automated confirmation email is sent to confirm their subscription; for anyone outside the European union (in the US, for example), they are subscribed to our newsletters (without a confirmation [double opt-in] email process). Can anyone helps us with the JavaScript code that's required for the following Adobe Campaign "double opt-in" workflow:...for JavaScripts, "Trigger Double Opt-in in Email," and "Subscribe to the service."Can anyone help us with the JavaScript or help us get going?Thank you.

Hi,Is it possible, with marketo web personalization, to add a "log in" button to our site for whenever know users (leads) enters it? Currently our main CTA is only a "Register" button but we'd like to add a second button next to it which states "Log in", and it should only be visible to those who already have signed up for the product. In addition, would it also be possible to entirely switch out the 'Register' button for a 'Log in' one if we were to test that? Thanks in advance.

Morning, I am trying to update our spreadsheet regarding all the software/licenses we currently have in the business and cannot seem to find a way to get the serial numbers for our adobe licenses. We purchased the licenses from a third party so will not have the transactions listed on our adobe account. Is there a way to get past this? Regards, Aaron

Here is the usecase:In a document library, we want to have "download" buttons aside of each document (there are many). The form is unique all along the page. When a lead hits the button the lightbox embedded form pops up, but we need to pass the document ID or URL to the form so that it is captured in a hidden field and sent to Marketo, which will be able to send the appropriate download link. The code we are using is typically this one:  <script src="//app-e.marketo.com/js/forms2/js/forms2.min.js"></script> <form id="mktoForm_9999"></form> <button class="lightboxButton" onclick="     MktoForms2.loadForm('//app-e.marketo.com', '999-XXX-999', 9999,     function(form) { MktoForms2.lightbox(form).show(); });">Download</button> Has anyone done this? Thanks in advance for your help.-Greg
