One of our programs disappeared but I'm not sure how. Is there a way to find out what happened to it? There isn't an audit trail that I can find. I would be most grateful if someone could assist. Otherwise, I'll have to open a support case, which I'd prefer to avoid. Thanks.Program name: AD FLX 2014 Globalspec

Afternoon-I'm uploading a new SAINT classification file into a report suite; however it processes the data, and returns stating that my file was successful with 0 items effected. I confirm this I run my conversions report and see "unspecified data."When I export the file everything aligns accordingly, but nothing is updated. I can't seem to figure out why this is happening. Is there something that I'm missing? Thanks,-Brando-

Hello!I am creating a signature snippet for my sales team.  I have tokens for their name, title, etc.  I want to include a 'schedule a call' image in the signature as well.  BUT, I want to link that image to the salesperson's Calendly account.  I'm trying to use the token {{lead.Lead Owner Calendly:default=edit me}} as a link for the image, but it's not letting me.  (I know I need to update the default value, but I need to solve this conundrum first.)  Obviously, each salesperson has a unique Calendly link and that is pulled into Marketo from the Lead object in SFDC.  How do I get the 'schedule a call' image to link to the individual salesperson's Calendly account without having to create a signature for each person?

I'm setting up a new engagement program with child programs instead of emails as the base. One of the sub-programs contains an email about Product A. I want to exclude anyone who has purchased Product A within the past 7 days (we have a date field Last Product A Purchase Date). I'm familiar with the way engagement programs handle filters in smart campaigns and we have a system for permanent exclusion rules from specific programs. However in this particular case, I'd like two things to happen for any leads who don't qualify for the Product A when they initially reach that point in the stream:1. Lead moves on to the next program in the stream so they don't go a week without receiving anything2. Lead continues down the engagement stream until he/she has gone more than 7 days without purchasing Product A, at which time the next cast of the program would send them through the Product A content programSo if I add the "Last Product A Purchase Date is not in the past 7 days" filter to the smar

Hey, I have searched the forums but were not able to find the answer I was looking for.Could anyone give insight into if or not we can lay a DFP audience pixel into our emails for re-targetting? I imagine it would work if the email is opened in a browser, but what about Outlook?Any thoughts would be appreciatedMitchell

It is observed that if in publisher I set the below value. The page renders faster.slingRequest.setAttribute(ComponentContext.BYPASS_COMPONENT_HANDLING_ON_INCLUDE_ATTRIBUTE, true);  But this changes I need to make in the parsys component. Is there any way in which I can configure this on server level, or somewhere in sling.properties  2. What actually happens when we set this property. I know this property is set so as not to allow editing

Hi, we are going to be starting a new project with AEM 6.2 and looking at which front end frameworks to use. We are currently exploring an Angular2 Single Page Application integrated into AEM and wondering what is the best approach to do this. How would Angular 2 with authored content in AEM and how could the possibility of pre rendering content using Angular Universal work?I appreciate there are a few questions here, but we have struggled to find any examples or information. Any information or examples would be greatly appreciated

Hi,We have a class that extends from CreateThumbnailProcess. We are overriding the execute method.Inside this logic, we have created an instance for the class ThumbnailGenerator in order to generate a new Thumbnail according to the arguments loaded for it. See the code below:ThumbnailGenerator generator = new ThumbnailGenerator(asset, combined); generator.generate(ThumbnailGenerator.parseConfig(args));We need to upgrade AEM from 5.6.1 to 6.0 and in this new version this is different since the class ThumbnailGenerator has been deprecated. Someone can help me and tell me how to do this behavior on AEM 6.0 please? Thanks in advance.David

Hi All, I've been having issues with hard and soft bounces as I currently dont have a designated IP yet. I understand that if an email soft bounces 3 times within 3 months it becomes a hard bounce. Is there any possibility to adjust the threshold of soft bounces before it turns to a hard bounce? Such as 6 soft bounces in one month=hard bounce?

Can a sync with Salesforce and Marketo support two leads with the same email address if each lead has a different person type associated with it? Our company supports two member types: Corporate and Consumer. We have instances where both a consumer account and corporate account have the same email address associated to them.  For example: John Smith 123@abc.com (Consumer account) and John Smith 123@abc.com (Corporate account). Can Marketo support and sync this type of scenario? Thanks. -Ryan

I have our ABM industries setup as segments in RTP; I also have an account list for our employee base. I want to run an A/B test for an in-zone campaign, but I want "global" results; so I have a/b campaigns for all my target industries, but I would like to open it up to non-target industries. I created a segment called 'all' and set it based on the following: (did I do it right, I'm only seeing minimal hits)

We have a component that allows our authors to dynamically select the number of columns and the associated widths.  Example 12, 7-5, 6-6, 4-4-4, 3-5-4, etcOnce they have selected this click save, they can add components into each of the corresponding parsys. If the user changes their selection from 4-4-4 (3 columns) to 12 (1 column), nothing "cleans up" the orphaned nodes.Desired Result Example:4-4-4 - 3 ColumnscolumnControl    col0        componenta    col1        componentb    col2        component12 - 1 columncolumnControl    col0        componentaUnfortunately, this is the actual result .... meaning col1 & col2 are orphans and NOT removed from the parent nodes.Actual Result Example:12 - 1 ColumncolumnControl    col0        componenta    col1        componentb    col2        componentc  Is there something I can do to remove the orphaned content BEFORE the new structure is saved?Thank you for your assistance.-Dean

Hello! Hoping to find a solution to this: I am needing to create a link in an email that is different depending on who owns the lead the email is going to. Anyone know the best way to do this? The only thing I can think of is creating a custom field being the link and then creating a smart campaign that puts that link in the custom field when a lead is assigned to a lead.

Hi:I am new to SiteCatalyst. I typically work with off line data to build statistical models;however, now I will need to learn how to extract a sample of visitor level data (Web log/ clickstream) from SiteCatalyst or Discover so that I can conduct some web mining on some of the unique visitor paths.I have not been able to find any tutorials or help documentation in this area. Thanks
