I'm trying to install AEM 6.2 as a windows service following the normal procedure at https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/deploy/custom-standalone-install.html. However, when i edit instsrv.bat to set the prunsrv to prunsrv_ia64.exe and then run the batch file, it gives an error, "This app can't run on your PC". Posts I've found on the internet about this aren't related to AEM, but they suggest it's a problem with the executable, rather than a permissions issue. That being said, if I close the notice, the command window shows an "Access denied" message.If I switch to prunsrv.exe, it will install the service, but you can't run it because it throws an error saying, "Invalid function", which makes sense as it's the wrong architecture. On the Azure AEM 6.0 machine image, I noticed they were using prunsrv_amd64.exe even though it's an Intel architecture. However, that file is not included in my AEM 6.2 quickstart.jar.Has anyone run into this?

Hi,What is the difference between Adobe Campaign and Adobe Campaign Standard?Thanks,Rama.

Hi,Is there any change in behaviour of ResourceResolver(org.apache.sling.api.resource) in AEM 6.2 because it returns me NonExistingResource when trying to resolve resource(node) under /etc/xxx.This used to work fine in AEM 6.0 SP3.For example, We have few data pages under /etc/lists/top-navigation-configuration-page which we(anonymous users in publish) were able to resolve in WCMUse classes in AEM 6.0 SP3 using getResourceResolver.resolve("etc/lists/top-navigation-configuration-page"). But this piece of code is returning NonExistingResource in AEM 6.2. However, using service resource resolver(resolverFactory.getServiceResourceResolver(param)), resources under /etc/xxx are resolved.Thanks in advance

    I have included  " <sly data-sly-include="${'clientcontext' @ resourceType='cq/personalization/components/clientcontext'}" data-sly-unwrap/>" in my page.html  to get client context in AEM sidekick for the page which I created using my own blank template. Eventhough adding clientcontext path in page.html , I am not able to get it on my page. Suggest me a solution for it. Thanks in advance.

I want to have adaptive form as a drag and drop component so that I can drag and drop it anywhere on my template/page. This is because the page will have a lot of other content on page and one parsys. OOTB whatever examples have been given are given of complete template.I explored it and noticed in the template the node guideContainer is present and hence everything with OOTB but when I want to make a component of this its not working.Does anyone know how can I make adaptive form container as a component so that it can be placed in any parsys.Regards,Samir

Hi - Do you know why – when I add metrics such as "average page time load timing" -  the report adds many other pages which are not in my segmentAttached is a screenshot of the report with / without "average page time load timing"Thanks in advance.-Suhail

Hi,Can anyone add a Java code snippet to retrieve asset metadata? I've been trying now for a few days to retrieve the description and tags, but no success. Title for some reason is easy and straight forward .getTitle(); , see code below:Resource childImage = (Resource)childImagesItr.next(); ImageResource imgResource = new ImageResource(childImage);Image image = new Image(childImage); //media is an internally used classmedia = new MediaVariables();media.setImageSrc(imgResource.getSrc());media.setTitle(imgResource.getTitle());media.setTitle(image.getTitle());but description, although method exists, returns null, such as:media.setDescription(image.getDescription());ormedia.setDescrioption(imgResource.getDescription());

We can add attribute allowBulkEdit = "{Boolean}false" to exclude properties on pageproperties editor in bulkedit view.I want to see the same behaviour for assets in metadataeditor, but attribute "allowBulkEdit" doesn't help.How can I hide some asset properties on the metadataeditor with multiple asset's selection?

HII am trying to upgrade to Target Premium on a site that has Target Classic already installed.  What I have read in the upgrade documentation is that both the new Target with Global Mbox, and target Classic regional mboxes can co exist on the page.  I have set up Target Premium using DTM (by the way I have done this on sites without Classic quite easily) for the Web property using automated mbox update, however when I check my pages the new global mbox has not appeared and in one particular journey the regional mboxes have disappeared also. So I wanted to checka) Am I right in saying that Global Mboxs (target premium) and Regional Mboxs (target classic) can co-exist?b) Can I fire mbox.js through DTM, even though there is a reference to mbox.js in the page from the Classic implementation?c) Any ideas what might have caused the Target premium implementation not to work? ThanksMartin

We are using DAM and its been majorly used my our business along with the WCM. We have a huge repository size on Author >1TB. But publish is as less as ~400GB. There are some historical Assets and many old or, expired assets no more used by Authors. But as per company policy we need to retain our historical assets.We are planning to setup an Archival server where we can transfer these assets along with the versions, no more in use by business..We want to complete/pure replica of the assets in archival server, with its version in same order and get all the historical data like jcr:lastModified, cq:lastReplicated etc there.Can anyone suggest a way to achieve it or, did anyone done such settings earlier? Rohan

I'm trying to write a Velocity Script statement that looks at our account numbers to see if it's blank. If the account number is blank, I want it to write the Company Name instead. If the Account Number is not blank, I want it to write the Account Number. This is my first time using Velocity Script, so I'm probably doing it wrong. Here's what I have based on scouring Community. When I send the test email as someone with an Account Number, I get "${my.vSCRIPT_2}" where my Account Number should be. #if(${lead.Oracle_Account_Number__c} == "")${lead.Company}#else${lead.Oracle_Account_Number__c}#endI'm happy to do if differently if there's a better way!

Hello everyone,We are just starting out Sales Insights integration with Salesforce and were wondering if there are any best practices when it comes to reporting. We have sales managers all over the country and are looking for reports that people have used in the past as starting blocks for us.Thanks!

I'm working with a customer where we have implemented a simple entitlement server using the sample source code available here: Set up an entitlement service for AEM Mobile appsThe signin process and restricted distribution is working great on our iOS and Android apps, but not on the Desktop Web Viewer app. When trying to sign in to the Web Viewer app, we get a message that says "The username or password you entered is incorrect". I've double checked that the entitlement server is working by using PostMan. It all checks out.Again, entitlement works great on the iOS and Android apps, but not the Desktop Web Viewer. Any ideas?

Hello,When you look at metrics for marketo landing pages, is there an ability to determine a referring URL i.e. what site the visitor to the landing page came from (e.g linked in, facebook etc)?Thanks,Tom

We have a batch campaign scheduled to send over the weekend, but we only want to send to those who visit select web pages. If we schedule the campaign today to be sent over the weekend, will the recipient list include those who visited the select web pages until the send time or does it only take into account those visited the web pages before we scheduled? Thanks!

Hi Everyone,I may be losing my mind but I just need some reassurance.  I am pretty positive someone will not receive further emails. Question:If someone unsubscribes in the middle of the flow will they receive any further emails from the flow?  Lets say a flow sends out two emails and after the first email send the lead unsubscribes.  Will they receive the second email?  In other words does Marketo check to see if they are unsubscribed all the time or just at the start of the flow?Thanks ahead of time!

hi, in AEMM what is the best way to implement a login screen/window that automatically opens after the splash screen upon app launch? i have entitlements working, but the user still must choose "Account" from app menu in order to login and see content, and it may not be clear that this sign-in method is available. this pop-up would only need to appear the first time, and anytime the auth token expires.i am not a coder and did not setup the entitlement service, so apologies if this is common knowledge. just under a time crunch and hoping someone can point me down the right path.many thanks.
