Please try again laterAnd the URL https://marketing.adobe.com/developer/en_US/documentation/analytics-reporting-1-4/errors doesn't contain any useful information on how to solve this problem.Does someone know what is going on? and how to solve this. After performing an in-place upgrade from CQ 5.6.1 to AEM 6.2, we have noticed that the permission applied for users groups got changed. This happens with most of the nodes under etc node. This disables access to the contents from consoles like Workflows, Package Manager, Tagging etc. Is it the expected behavior and we need to explicitly define the permissions after the migration.Best RegardsPaul John

Yesterday, I deleted a user in Omniture but before doing so I transferred over her scheduled reports to my account. This morning the people with scheduled reports received their reports with a "Not Authorized" error message. All the reports and dashboards are showing up in my scheduled reports list however some have an error messages that ask me to "reschedule" the reports and when I do it still sends out a "Not Authorized" error message.

Hi AllLooking for any best practices/ API-level know-how followed to check programatically whether content fragment already exists before creating new one. Any inputs are highly appreciated. TIA

Global form vs. individual form for programs. Which do you use?

Hi team,My apologies if there's already a topic for this. I didn't really know what to search for. I have a form that will be on a page that will only be sent out to existing leads. I don't want any new leads ever created from this form. If (though unlikely) someone stumbles upon this form who isn't already in the system, I want to be able to display an error message letting them know that they can't fill out the form, and at the same time blocking the new lead from being created in Marketo. Is there any way to make this happen? Thanks!

How do you block and/or exclude competitors and non-work (i.e. yahoo.com) emails from being able to submit a form successfully?

I'm using AEM 6.2 and I can't find how to add Image Profiles as described in this documentation (https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/administer/content/assets/processing-profiles/image-profiles.html). It says they can be added under Tools >  Assets > Image Profiles, but there is no such option. I've attached a screenshot of the options available at that path. Is there somewhere I need to enable the Image Profiles option so it will show up?

Hey @Sanford WhitemanThis solution, http://codepen.io/figureone/pen/JKzjvE/?editors=0010 , works great! It is very extensible. If I wanted to add in the corporate email validation (ie no gmail, hotmail etc..) would I be able to work it in?I am struggling with the pattern, can I include a series of strings?  Maybe I am trying to put square peg in a round hole field: 'Email', pattern: /[0-9]/, predicate: false, message: 'Must use a corporate email address',Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,Jason

Hi,I would like to capture the values entered in various fields in a form in one report with multiple columns. So that I can see what users filled in a form as a full report. How to achieve this in adobe implementation and how to create such report? Or suggest best method to see such data in reports.Because, in general, we run reports with one eVar with event and breakdown with other eVar. But I want to see a complete report with values, how can I do that?Appreciate your help !!ThanksJohn

Hello,We've implementend dtm on an SPA. In the condition of every rule we have the following scriptvar s = _satellite.getToolsByType('sc')[0].getS();s.clearVars();return true; The strange thing is that for pages with load times with longer load times (more than 4 seconds) we get the following error and the rule will not fire:SATELLITE: Condition for rule "AA: page load" not met. Error: Cannot read property 'clearVars' of nullHow can we fix this problem?*On each page load a rondomID is set in the dataLayer. We use this as trigger for the rule. Hi Guys,For a Facebook Social Campaign, How often does Media Optimizer refresh performance data? And what time zone does it follow? Is it possible to refresh data at a specific time?

I am looking where to find the "ef id" in analytics?  I am having issues with my orders and revenue matching in Adobe Media Optimizer and Analytics.  My rep is stating that I need to download the "ef id" in order to dig into why orders are not matching.

Hi there,I having an issue with the following tracking code:  LM__BXvbQcB9RpI-Nb. It has been assigned the correct last touch channel (email) but it not been assigned a code classficiation - vendor / category / placement / itemCan you please help me? What could issue be?

Hi all,We recently implemented Adobe DTM with the launch of our new website and our having an issue with the campaign cids. Each ad we have currently has an attached cid that allows us to track the performance. In DTM we have the "get query parameter" in the s code as well as a event based rule to collect the cid in an eVar.  Right now we are only seeing cids being passed sporadically into Adobe Analytics. There is no rhyme or reason to which ones show up, and every time we internally test one it goes through, however the numbers are extremely low. Does anyone have any ideas of what we can take a look at to fix? Thanks,Tiffany

Hello,I set up Marketing Channel Processing Rules for about 20 report suites. While most are functioning perfectly, 2 are mis-categorizing site traffic, even though the rules were set up the same. Please see the attached PowerPoint with screenshots:Report Suite #1"Unspecified", "t.co", and "feedly.com" all appear as Internal Chanel traffic. The rule is set to the Adobe default - using the "Internal URL Filters", which clearly do not include those external domains. The Internal rules is also listed after the Organic and Social rules, so the data should not even reach the Internal rule.Report Suite #2 The Email channel is set to display the channel values by their tracking code. Instead, it is showing the destination URL.Again, the Internal channel is reporting traffic for a domain that is not listed in the "Internal URL Filters"1% of traffic shows as "No Channel Identified". The Direct Channel rules are the Adobe defaults. I hoped that these last two steps would catch the rest of the dat

I am trying to personalize a component present in AEM page. The page is an angular application , the angular files are hosted externally and references are included in head.html.When i add offer to the component , the data from angular is not loading. It considers the component as a standalone html , fails to get the data from angularjs.

Is it possible to create a bar that stays at either the top or bottom of your screen using RTP? I tried with both a widget and dialog campaign, but they're rough workarounds and don't have a clean display. We currently use other software to manage these footer and header bars, but it would be great to take advantage of our known lead data with RTP. Does anyone have experience with this? Thanks!
