I have a couple multi-select fields that I need to create reports for. I found this documentation- https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/reporting/reports/custom-view-samples/chart-report-by-multi-select-custom-field which notes that "Rather than building a chart using a multi-select custom field, we recommend that you create separate fields for each option of a multi-select custom field." This may be a good option for the reporting that I need, but I'm not sure how this set up for a multi-select field would look in the request form. The only thing I came up with was to have the multi select field as a separate custom form section and the multi-select field selections show in the custom form section, example shown below:This would not be very user intuitive in the custom form, so I'm wondering if anyone has any other ideas on this multi-select field options set up as separate custom fields. Thanks .

Hi,I am trying to build a workfront report that Pulls in List of Projects that are in Planning Status and None of the underlying Task is started yet, i.e all Tasks on such Project should be in New Status. Appreciate the help

I've got a project report that I want to include when the next Partner Proof is. I can get it to work using the specific task name like "Partner Proof 1" using the code below. Is there a way to code it so it pulls in any task that includes "Partner Proof" as part of the name (so, Partner Proof 1, Partner Proof 2, etc.)?  displayname=Partner Proof 1 listdelimiter=<p> listmethod=nested(tasks).lists shortview=true type=iterate valueexpression=IFIN({name},"Partner Proof 1",{plannedCompletionDate},"") valueformat=HTML

Has anyone found a good way to report on Project Template Updates? Since there is no update stream, not sure if it is possible to see when a field or assignment has been updated on a template task? My next step is seeing if Data Connect can offer any insight, but wanted to check in Workfront reporting offered any solutions. Thanks!

I have a Report that some users are working from with a number of free text fields. Some of these fields contain long free text lists where other rows remain closely spaced. Is there some coding we can use to have the individual rows/fields become scrollable/collapsible?

Hi Team, Quick question - I created a test landing page template and created a table in the template. Then it was visible in the inherited landing page. Just for testing, I removed the table in the template and replaced it with div class. But the changes were not reflected in the landing page. is it because of the table being replaced by the div in the template? any ideas / suggestions please? Thanks!

Translated by Google Translate: If anyone knows, please let me know. I created a campaign in a sandbox environment. I set it up so that I would receive an email if someone took a certain action, but I haven't received the email. When I look at the history, it shows that the email was received, but it never actually arrived. Are emails not delivered in a sandbox environment? Or is there something wrong with the campaign?

Is there a way to either add an alert when the number of API requests go above a certain threshold or to periodically request this information through an API to create the alert externally? Basically, we'd need the "today's" data from this page:   Thanks

I'm getting daily notifications from our integrations, there's always a Web Services Error notification, however, I'm curious in why it is always shown at 4am. Does this mean that it logs all errors from previous day and show them in the next morning?

Hello, Wondering if this capability exists/is possible.  Prerequisite information:I have a Control Project that will house ~400 Tasks. For context, but not relevant to this problem, I will use this project as an external lookup to populate a custom field's answers on a separate form. I have a Custom form that will attach to the Tasks in this Control Project. This Custom form is our constant. There is a Field on the Custom form that will let me separate the 'buckets' the tasks fall under. This is how I filter the available answers on the separate form.200 tasks have Answer A.200 tasks have Answer B. Is there a way I can upload these Tasks to the project with the Custom form attached + the Answers filled out for their respective task with a KickStart? I have the task upload down, as that's simple enough. I appreciate the insight!

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for some help with Velocity scripting to auto populate the Email ID (or Asset ID) in order to include this Marketo system Asset ID as a parameter attached to the links in my email. I found a few articles in the community (like this one: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/ideas/email-id-system-token/idi-p/278839#comments) that uses Velocity scripting to extract the email ID from the xMarketoIdHdr header.  I used the script from this post and the VS token I created does work and populated the Asset ID if added to the email as token within a text element. However, when I add this token or variable to my URL as a parameter, this does not appear to work unless I disable my tracking which is what I don't want. So, when I append the URL to include this VS Token parameter, this is the result and the EmailID looks like this (also note that the Asset ID isn't populated here:https://www.example.com/index.html?cta_id=article-ban-masthead&E

Hi all, there's something I've noticed within segments that doesn't correspond with the logic in which containers are supposed to be interpreted within Segments...wondering if anyone has insight... When I create a segment at the "People" level, and within that segment I define events within a specific date range (i.e. People who have had events from x to y date) ...when I use it as a filter over any metric to look at events for those People after the segment date range, it only filters my event results by the date range within the Event container within the People segment, and NOT the date range of the panel. See image attached. From my understanding, creating a People segment with any criteria (event or session) and using it in workspace will only filter events by People who met that criteria, not necessarily the actual event criteria used in the segment. What is the explanation for this? Is there a workaround? This is preventing me from evaluating events beyond what's been

Hi Team,Where can I get official links to Adobe Summit 2025?I’m trying to find  the place that have all AEM session materials from Summit 2025, appreciate if some one point it out please.

Hi, I'm trying to follow up a specific click in email template. I'm working on a new view for a project report and am having a bit of text mode brain fog. I would like to pull in the Project Users but only include those from a specific homegroup and exclude a home team. I'm able to pull the list for Home Group but cannot remember how to do a "not_in" for the role? Is that even possible.   displayname=Creative Studiolistdelimiter=<div>listmethod=nested(projectUsers).liststype=iteratevalueexpression=IF({user}.{homeGroupID}="GUID",CONCAT({user}.{name}),"")valueformat=HTML

I have created a custom SlingDataFetcher resolver and I want to use the cq:Name (node name) in my GraphQL query: import org.apache.sling.graphql.api.SlingDataFetcher; import org.apache.sling.graphql.api.SlingDataFetcherEnvironment; import org.osgi.service.component.annotations.Component; @Component(service = SlingDataFetcher.class, property = {"name=nodeName"}) public class GraphQLResolver implements SlingDataFetcher<String> { @9944223 public String get(SlingDataFetcherEnvironment env) { return env.getCurrentResource() != null ? env.getCurrentResource().getName() : null; } } I would like to use this nodeName field and be able to query it from the GraphQL Editor or in a persisted query (located at /conf/project/settings/graphql/persistentQueries).However, I am unable to access nodeName in my GraphQL queries.. Is it possible to expose this custom resolver field (nodeName) for GraphQL queries without editing

Hello all,I'm hoping someone can help me with a report I'm building to support a review task.I've combined 10 fields into a single column using sharecol, which works well visually. However, I'm trying to find a way to only display each field if it contains data. The reason is that users may not fill in all fields, and I’d like to avoid showing empty labels in the report.Has anyone found a way to conditionally hide fields or labels in text mode when the field is blank? For this example, I would only want the highlighted field data to be displayed: This is my current code:column.2.displayname=Risk Raised Bycolumn.2.sharecol=truecolumn.2.textmode=truecolumn.2.usewidths=truecolumn.2.value=<span style="color:green;"><strong>Risk Raised By 1: </strong></span>column.2.valueformat=HTMLcolumn.2.width=189column.3.displayname=Risk Raised Bycolumn.3.sharecol=truecolumn.3.textmode=truecolumn.3.usewidths=truecolumn.3.valuefield=ccoRiskRaisedby1column.3.valueform

Hey, We are currently leveraging the Adobe Data Layer for tracking page changes via event pushes on SPA pages. Can anyone provide any guidance / experience regarding the impact of not setting a limit on the number of data later push / objects that are present in the Adobe Data Layer.  For a given session:A user may spend an extended amount of time on a page/ site thus extended the Adobe dataLayerPotential impact to mobile users? Bandwidth / Network impact if any? Is there any potential impact from an Adobe Web SDK capturing perspective? Thanks,Ty

We are using API triggered campaigns for one of our requirements. We have enabled the checkbox for creating new profiles as mentioned in experience league documentations for handling profiles that do not exist in our customer base.We came across a documentation where it is mentioned as "This option is provided for very small volume profile creation in a large volume transactional sending use case, with bulk of profiles already existing in platform" - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/campaigns/api-triggered-campaigns... 1) Are there any implications if we try to trigger or create more number of new profiles than expected as mentioned in the documentation? 2) Will it affect the overall licensing, if we try to ingest more number of new profiles than recommended? 3) What qualifies as a "very small volume" profile creation in this context? Are we talking about a specific number or percentage of total profiles? 4) Are there any perfo
