Hi All, I'm looking into how to report multiple breakdowns using the Adobe Analytics API. Ultimately I would like to make a JSON request that returns top level data,  and second level breakdown data, for all rows of top level data (not just specific rows). Thanks in Advance.

Hey everyone, We have received a new requirement from a new client to migrate their sitecore content (majorly blogs) to AEM as a cloud service.Found this useful thread[0] but client didn't purchas DITA or Guides so wont be relevant.Looking for any guidance/reference implementations to migrate blog data into AEM sites?[0] - https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/aem-migration-legacy-sitecore-cms/m-p/606291#M152100

Hi Adobe Community, I am wondering if there is a way in the UI to see more than 10 sample profiles that fall into my audience that I've created.  Thanks,Nick

I'd like to build a report that will show tasks that have no time logged when a task moves from one status to another. This is for our creative services team as they are working on artwork for the clients, and is intended to be a safety net in case the artist forgets to log their time as a task moves from their queue to someone else's. For example, a single task might go through these status changes: NewWith Account ServicesEdits RequiredWith Account ServicesReady for Print FileComplete I'd need a report to capture when time isn't logged by an artist as it moves from New > With Account Services or Ready for Print Files > Complete. The report would need to only consider those status changes and whether time was logged or not; it can't look at the task as whole to see if time was logged.

Can a profile will be able to present across different journeys at same time ?

Hi,we export daily data from Adobe Analytics using Datawarehouse tool to feed an external database. We do that to be able to match those online information (page, marketing channel, ...) with offline data and create audiences or analyze deeper our client behavior. We notice that sometimes we have 10% of difference between what is in the workspace and the number of records in the exported files.Did you already experience this?Do you have alternative to export the data. Thanks Robin

Hi Team , We have a requirement  if someone can help please. Our client organization is segregated in multiple business unit structure . We have separate folder structure for each BU which contains all the necessary campaign management entities. Some business users  are part of multiple BU's and has access to resources of multiple BU's via named right. The ask is if a user User1 has access to two BU's  A & B and when he tries to create a campaign under BU A, he should only be able to view and select delivery templates under BU A folder and not the ones under BU B . Since the user has rights for BU B  he is still able to select delivery templates from BU B  . I want to restrict the selection of delivery template based on campaign folder under which the campaign is getting created . Is it possible , has anyone did any similar implementation like this ? Any help would be appreciated !Thanks

one of our requirement is see if we can make changes to the layout policy properties, where we can restrict the allowed components that gets displayed for selection. i.e. we want only our project component group to be displayed there instead of the whole groups (ex: General, ACS Commons .. e.t.c) that are available for selection as shown below.      @smacdonald2008 @joerghoh @kautuk_sahni @arunpatidar @briankasingli @theo_pendle

Hey all, I am creating a web application (Node.js) that needs to call some API endpoints in Adobe Campaign Classic SOAP API v8.I have created a project in the developer console and added an integration to our v8 stage instance (see screenshot below) I couldn't find in the documentation any resource that explains how to use the generated access token to call v8 SOAP API. All the examples that I found are using a username/password to generate a session token. Can you help? maybe an article or a tutorial that I can follow? Thank you

We need to add custom filters to the collections. Currently, the out-of-the-box (OOTB) options allow filtering by modified date and tags. We want to add a filter to segregate collections into categories such as private and public.

Hi Experts, client version- adobe campaign v7 In Explorer, under left menu, I'm seeing the panel with earth icon. Within this panel, I need to create many entries as a part of my job. For Example-Step 1: I click on this new icon.Step 2: I fill the form and hit save. (And it adds a new row in table)I'm not having too much experience in Adobe Campaign, but feeling sure that there should be some way maybe making a script somewhere or something to reduce the manual efforts and automatize it. anybody can pls guide me if it's possible. Thanks and Regards,Shaktiraj Daudra

Hello I have a metric that is an average per day: number of page views per unique visitor (metrics A in the screenshot).  The date range is the last 90 days. Is it possible to have a daily average of this metrics A for the period of time please? So here instead of getting 83.2 (sum(page views)/sum(unique visitors)) I would like to get a figure around 3 that is the sum(metrics A)/90. Thanks in advance for your feedback. Have a good day

My customer who use AMS's AEM 6.5 can use the universal editor?I can't find any description about the universal editor nor MSM for Assets in the AEM6.5's online document, but only in AEM as a Claoud Service version. Reuse assets using MSM for Assets  Universal Editor Introduction

We are using AEM 6.4.8 version.Tried to lock a page through AEM interface as an admin and that was successfullTried to unlock the same page as an admin and it is not working. Unable to unlock the page eventhough I am part of admin group. This is happening in all our environment across al projects. So seems like a instance wide issue. Can anyone shed some light whats happening here?Have read in many threads that admin should be able to unloack in any case. But in this scenario, thats also not workingAny specific permissions or so we need to check ? Can see it is failing in the below line of code.  I as an admin tried to lock a page and tried to unloack a page and that itself is not working.

Hi all, We'd like to create an escalable process to stamp the acquisition program to our database. What would be the best way to do this? For the moment we used to do it on a program level, but there's a big chunk of our database that does not have it because we did not have it implemented in the past. Tried to rebatch them using tokens for the acquisition program value but Marketo won't let me do it. Looking forward for the community best practices. Thanks!

I was hoping to be able to add 2 fields in a new tab which applied to PDF's. I was looking at creating a meta data schema with the folder structure application/pdf and I'd add my 2 fields there. But when I apply it - I only get my 2 fields. I lose all other options.  I really don't want to (needless) copy everything to my new schema. I'd prefer to inherit from the existing defaults and overlay my new tab with its properties. I even tried creating a tab1 with properties of sling:resourceSupertype = /libs/dam/content/schemaeditors/forms/default/application/pdf/items/tabs/items/tab1 as crazy possibility (spoiler: it just NPE's on ...Tab.merge when you try that) Here's an example of the crx structure I had in mind and was experimenting with  Does the functionality I'm hoping for exist?

We created a schema in Adobe Campaign Client Console 8.6.2 from external database (Snowflake). Most attributes got created with correct/equivalent datatype. However for any columns in snowflake with decimals Eg datatype NUMBER(9,2), the data type in Adobe Campaign Client Console was created as  Long by default  (type="long"). We tried to change the tag from type="long" to type="double" or type="float" but got error BASE-010042 value "123.12" is not a valid integer (32 bit). I would like to know if this is a known issue in the product  & if there is any workaround. Your inputs are appreciated !!

Should we exclude internal traffic from our reports? What are the pros and cons and what is the best way to implement this?

Hi community! Trying to show a specific milestone duration (in days) in a collections report. My current text mode below just returns minutes, and I know the valueformat needs to be updated to something similar to valueformat=compound#M:D but I'm not sure where to do it in the value expression. Additionally, I'd love to not do a datediff of milestone's planned completion and planned start date if I can avoid it. Thanks! displayname=CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT PLANNED DURATIONlistdelimiter=<p>listmethod=nested(tasks).liststextmode=truetype=iteratevalueexpression=IF({milestone}.{name}="CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT",{durationMinutes})valueformat=html

I am trying to create a report showing who actually approved a project, so we can track if and when someone edits the approval process on a template to add a different approver. I can get the correct user ID number to show but using regular text mode edits to change that to the username is proving fruitless. Below is my original text which returns the user ID number. Changing ID to :name is not working; it returns a blank value in that column. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.   displayname=Approved Bylinkedname=approvalProcessnamekey=view.relatedcolumnnamekeyargkey.0=approvalProcessnamekeyargkey.1=enteredByIDquerysort=approvalProcess:enteredByIDtextmode=truetile.name=component-approvalprocess-fieldvaluefield=approvalProcess:enteredByIDvalueformat=HTMLviewalias=approvalProcess:enteredByID

Hi Community, What is the best practice for applying suppressions in a journey? Is it recommended to apply suppressions at the audience level, or should they be applied within the journey itself? If it is fine to apply in both the places, is there any pros and cons?

Hello, I have a page level component that I want to hide on its editor page, and show otherwise (preview, published, etc). So it would hide in the editor page:http://localhost:4502/editor.html/content/projectname/page1.wvcresponsive.html and show in these pages:http://localhost:4502/content/projectname/page1.wvcresponsive.html?wcmmode=disabledhttp://localhost:4502/content/projectname/page1.html I know that AEM sets a cookie "wcmmode" that can changes value depending on the mode, but for all the pages above, they have the same value of "edit" so it would be useless for the purpose of distinguishing them. Is there a reliable AEM way to determine whether it is an editor page or not? Preferably a frontend way (Cookie, browser object, etc) that can be implemented using Javascript. Thank you,

Hi Everyone, Currently we have been using default space for two different brands since our both brands are not exclusive and share leads and some assets. We are onboarding a SMS solution which require us to enable workspaces to be able to use unique branding domain links within sms. without workspaces we can only use default branding domain link. We have fair understanding of how workspaces works but wanted to get the suggestions if there are anything specific we should be concerned or mindful about before making the decision based on our use case. RegardsRecho

We have created a feature that needs access to each asset's subassets.  But our subassets are not showing up in publish.  We do not have a publish option on the subassets folder.  Treeactivation does not seem to be working either.  And when we ran the subassets through the ActivationModel workflow, they each have an indicator that makes it appear as if they are published, yet they still do not show up in Publish - they all throw 404's.   Is this a bug or is there a way to make subassets available on Publish?
