I am performing migration from AEM on-premise to AEM cloud. I am currently migrating client-libraries from /etc/design location to /apps/myproject location. After completion of this activity I ran a BPA tool and the BPA report is highlighting all the client libraries.I am taking reference of below link for client-lib migration:Using Client-Side Libraries on AEM as a Cloud Service | Adobe Experience Manager I am tried with geometrixx project as well but Geometrixx client-libs are also highlighting in BPA report. Below is the reference for geometrixx project:https://opensource.adobe.com/aem-modernize-tools/pages/plan-operate/evaluation.html

Hi, I am ingesting some data from Amazon S3 bucket every 15 mins and i noticed that the data which is already ingested is getting ingested again and again as a separate row in the dataset. Is there a way to make sure that data already ingested is not ingested again?

Hi all,  Quick question here. I am currently in the process of adding mkto_UTM Campaign & mkto_UTM medium hidden fields to my forms, and up until now, I was using the URL parameter selection to pull from because we use URL parameters to track our email efforts and our paid search.    If I continue to set it up this way, and someone navigates to my landing page from a page with UTM parameters on it, but then doesn't convert and goes somewhere else on the site and converts from a different form, will the original UTM parameters carry through from the original source URL?    My initial thought is no, not unless I change my default values to pull from cookies. However, if I update it to pull from cookies, will the form then ignore the URL parameters from the direct page?    If I have to pick one or the other, the URL tracking is definitely more important, but ideally, I'd like to capture both!    Thanks in advance!  Felicia

Hello, I read through the available documentation on the new IP warming feature. I understand a user can have multiple phases in an IP warming plan. Each phase can have multiple runs. Also, a user can split runs. What are the benefits of having both phases and runs? When building my IP warming plan, why not just use 1 run per phase or 1 phase with all runs?Thank you in advance for any insight you can provide.  Jeff

Hello,   I selected the report suits as xxxx prd in the project within Workspace, and I was able to retrieve the product column. However, when I also selected the report suits as xxxx prd in Data Feed, I couldn't find the product column. Why is this happening? WorkSpace:  Data Feed:

I have an image drag and drop field. Upon dragging image i want the image alternative text to be inherited from DAM and show up in the dialog field below. How to go about this? Any help appreciated

I am trying to display an image in a project view using exactly the instructions provided in this documentation (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/reporting/reports/custom-view-samples/vie...) and am not getting the expected results. Unfortunately, the documentation on this function is limited so I have not been able to troubleshoot. I have saved the image in question to a OneDrive location and set the permissions to "anyone with a link" so that sign in is not required - all that is needed is the link. Instead, I am getting an icon that looks to indicate a broken link (screenshot below). The text mode that I am using is a direct copy & paste from the documentation:descriptionkey=namedisplayname=Link Projectimage.name=Link Projectimage.valuefield=URLlink.linkproperty.0.name=projectIDlink.linkproperty.0.value=IDlink.linkproperty.0.valuefield=IDlink.linkproperty.0.valueformat=intlink.lookup=link.editlink.page=/viewlink.valuefield=objCodelink.valuefor

I need to create a few email alerts that will help us monitor our auto merge static list.  Here are the 2 email alerts I am trying to set up but don't know how to set up the filters to make it happen: Send alert if no records have been added to the "To Be Merged" static list in the last 7 daysSend alerts if the same record gets added to the "To Be Merged" static list more than 3 times.

In my current AEMaaCS setup, I’ve created a scheduled Sling job to make daily calls to an external API, storing the API response in the repository at /var/api-data. Here’s a breakdown of how it works:A scheduled job runs once a day to call the external API.The API response is stored under /var/api-data, which minimizes the daily load on the API server.A custom service reads this data from /var/api-data, making it accessible to the Sling Model, which then provides the data to the frontend components. This setup has effectively reduced API calls and ensured data availability throughout the day. However, I’m curious if there might be a more efficient or best-practice approach within AEM for this type of implementation. Are there other strategies for handling scheduled API data updates in AEM that could offer improved performance, persistence, or scalability?

Hello Workfront Community. Is anyone using a proof inside a SharePoint folder? Currently, we are facing an issue where, when uploading a proof to a SharePoint folder, Workfront does not provide a Version 2; instead, it remains as Version 1. We then have to manually change the document name to indicate that it is Version 2. Additionally, comments within the proof are not carried forward. Is there a way to resolve this? The current solution we are using is to create a Workfront folder instead of a SharePoint folder.

I was wondering if it was possible to query customers whose birthday is today using their date of birth field (date field).

Hi Super League, Can the Calendar viewing permission be added automatically to a group permission in Workfront? Thank you!

Hi Guys, I have the below problem statement -"The AMS Environment has runmodes for dev (1 to 6), stage (1 to 4), qa (1 to 3), performance (1), integration (1) and production (1). All these environments have their runmode configurations". These environments are used by multiple business teams spread out geographically and divided along business units. We need to find a mechanism to retain all these runmodes on AEM Cloud - The least viable option being we add 10 dev environments and tying each environment to one runmode in AMS which even then would be tricky as the runmode for instance config.author.dev6 and config.author.dev5 in AMS would still have to be put under config.author.dev in AEM Cloud. Thanks in advance,CL

Dear Team,I need to track the search filters, which have various options, and define a data layer structure for this. Here’s the data layer suggestion we’re considering: adobeDataLayer.push({"event": "JobSearchFiltering","event_info": {"searchTerm": "software development", // Value of the search term"searchResultCount": "2", // Number of search results after applying filters"searchFilters": "Berlin, Software Engineering, Professional" // User-selected search filters}});For `searchFilters`, I’d like to confirm if this format is appropriate:- Option 1: `"searchFilters": "Berlin, Software Engineering, Professional"`- Option 2: `"searchFilters": ["Berlin", "Software Engineering", "Professional"]`Could you advise which format is more suitable? or both are wrong?Additionally, I want to capture the filter values in `List eVar1` in Adobe Analytics using Adobe clinet data layer. Could you guide me on setting this up? Thank you!

I’m looking for some guidance for setting up agile workflows for one of the new teams that we’re onboarding. I haven’t used agile before, but have gone through all I can find about agile and boards in Experience League, but I’m still not sure how to proceed. There seems to be a lot of changes in Workfront regarding agile functionality (Workstreams are unavailable to new users), so I’d like to build for the future functionality and not use a function that will be removed in the future. The team is requesting to work in sprints and be able to report on all their work. We require templates for all projects so I’d like that to continue for this new team.We use requests, which are converted to either a project or task. My inclination is to have the team create projects with templates that include sprints and stories, then create a Board for the project. Any new tasks created on the board would be connected to the project. Does seem like a good way to do this? I looked into the agile teams s

Hi, I have a bit of an urgent ask.  I've created an audience with enriched attributes using audience composition. I then read the audience (created from audience composition) to an AJO journey and use the update profile action to update certain profile attributes with the value of the enriched attributes from the audience.  When trying to publish the journey I get the error 'The use of audiences and attributes from Audience Composition and Custom Upload is currently unavailable for use with Healthcare Shield or Privacy and Security Shield.'  Is there a way I can resolve for this? We also don't have any active policies in place in AEP.  Thanks
