Hi @parthasarathy Kindly help me understand the following points related to union activities in Adobe Campaign Classic:1. Should the targeting dimensions be the same for all three reconciliation options, or just the keys only?2. What does the option “Use common additional data only” mean when it is selected?

I have an Adobe Analytics Web SDK implementation using the data object and we are working on migrating to CJA. This implementation is accurately sending data to AA but in CJA, my event counts show as 0. My mapped eVars and props work fine but I'm probably just missing something simple with the events. I have tried for example, data.__adobe.analytics.events.event1 mapped to a custom schema field web.webInteraction._test.clicks where that field is set to integer. I have also tried changing web.webInteraction._test.clicks to a "measure" and instead mapping to web.webInteraction._test.clicks.value to mimic the AA ExperienceEvent template but both scenarios result in counts of 0 in CJA. What am I missing?

Followed adobe documentations on the extension points. As of now, we can add only individual plugin with no dropdown style.    Please let me know, if anyone has completed this kind of implementation. Hi,I am using com.adobe.fd.forms.api.FormService.renderPDFForm for rendering dynamic PDF for a use case. Here I am passing like this:formsService.renderPDFForm("crx://" + xdpPath, xmlDataDocument, renderOptions) The rendered PDF from the above service works for all the cases, except when the XDP template as <value>    <exData contentType="text/html">        <body xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xmlns:xfa="http://www.xfa.org/schema/xfa-data/1.0/"><p>sample text</p></body>    </exData></value> the exData is not loading on the rendered PDF. Can anyone help me understand the reason. Is it a bug with the service?

Hi all,We are currently working for a customer that is on Helix-4. You can see the code repo here - https://github.com/hlxsites/danaher-ls-aem-prod.We would like to upgrade from Helix-4 to Helix-5. So, here are things that we would need your support.1. Could you pls point to the step by step documentation to migrate from Helix-4 to Helix-5. Can't find any comprehensive guide to do this on the public documentation.2. We would like to understand if it is mandatory for all pages to be entirely on Universal Editor to migrate from Helix-4 to Helix-5. Asking this explicitly because, we still have some pages that are authored in AEM and being delivered through EDS via Converter module. More details here - https://github.com/hlxsites/danaher-ls-aem-prod/tree/main/tools ThanksBSR

Hello,I have a question for organizations using Workfront's built-in AI. Is it capable of performing actions such as creating multiple copies of an issue and updating a specific field for each copy? For instance, if I enter a prompt, could it create three copies where copy 1 has option A, copy 2 has option B, and so on while keeping everything else same? Can it perform actions or currently capabilities can fetch data only? Thanks!

Has anyone else today or in the past had issues uploading a PPTX file into a Proof?   We were able to do this until recently.  I've confirmed all the correct requirements are being me but the file spins and eventually errors out.    At first it seemed to be one file and now it seems to be any PPTX file.  I have a support ticket open however, they are still working on the issue.  Thanks!Angie

I am trying to add Adobe Fonts from my Creative Cloud to my ACS, but am coming up short when it comes to where I am supposed to put the coding. Does anyone have any additional insight on how I am supposed to do this? Or is there an easier way I'm missing? It seems kind of crazy to me that it would be this complicated to use Adobe fonts in another Adobe program... Thanks!

Hi Community, We’ve recently enabled ContextHub on our AEM instance as part of stakeholder request. We plan to use ContextHub for rule-based personalisation in the following ways:1. Geolocation-based targeting2. URL parameters3. User behaviour: e.g., first time users, returning visitors. Could you please guide on:How to set up and test these personalisations in AEM using ContextHub?Any tips for verifying that rules (especially geolocation and URL-based) are being picked up correctly? Appreciate any best practices or examples! Thanks in advance,

Hi,We are moving from AMS to AEMaaCS but midway we realized that AMS license is going to expire coming November. We are planning to lift and shift few components from AMS to AEMaaCS temporarily while part of team is working on new component creation on AEMaacs.AMS code repo is on Maven archetype version 17 or 19 and AEMaaCS on recent version.I have created a package of templates, components, page components, clientlibs, bundle from AMS environment and installed it on AEMaaCS instance along with content but while loading I see below error03.09.2025 19:43:41.176 *ERROR* [[0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1] [1756908818438] GET /content/my-company/en-us/home/articles.html HTTP/1.1] com.day.cq.wcm.core.impl.WCMDeveloperModeFilter Error during include of SlingRequestPathInfo: path='/content/my-company/en-us/home/articles/jcr:content', selectorString='null', extension='html', suffix='null' org.apache.sling.scripting.sightly.SightlyException: Identifier com.core.aem.core.components.model.Container cannot be cor

We have a few scenarios running to create and get pdfs signed. As a last step I have a scenario to get the completed pdfs to be stored in the original request in Workfront. However, the scenario I have to search for signed Adobe Sign agreements isn't finding the recently updated agreements automatically. I have it set to run at regular intervals, but it never finds any updated agreements. Only when I go in and choose a set start date (a week or 2 back) and manually run the scenario, it then finds the updated agreements and stores them. Our vendor suggested it could be the scenario and Adobe Sign having differing time stamps. I have attempted to make the Adobe Sign account we use have a matching time zone to our fusion system, but it doesn't seem to affect the time stamp I see the signed agreements are marked with. I used to have the scenario run every 5 minutes, and have changed it to every few hours in an attempt to make up for the time discrepancy but so far it doesn't

I have a typeahead custom field (of type 'Project') defined in one of my custom form; custom form is attached to Issues. Name of project is "Resource By" in example below. I want to create an issue report and display description and owner of the attached project on that issue report. When I try that, I am able to only display name of project, but cannot display anything else. See attached screen shot. Name: (this works fine)valuefield=Resource By:nametextmode=truevalueformat=customReferenceObjectAsStringdisplayname=Resource Project Description  Description: (this does not work)valuefield=Resource By:descriptiontextmode=truevalueformat=customReferenceObjectAsStringdisplayname=Resource Project Description I tried a lot of other combinations (using valueexpression and other), but nothing worked. Is that possible to show attributes of custom typeahead field in a report?

We would like to understand apart from AJO's basic OOTB email open/click rate reporting, is there any way within AJO platform to track conversion (e.g. purchase events/ event registration)? Are there any native reporting to view such conversion?Thank you.

We sell multiple additional products for customers to add to their policy and I measure these as a % penetration rate. Order of optional extra / all Orders For some of our brands and journeys we include these products for free which makes their penetration 100%, and brings up the rate of our combined metrics.I do pass value of each product with my purchase tag, so was hoping to create a segment (or condition in custom metric) that excludes products where the value is £0 - is this possible?
