Hi Community, So, our team has been generating files within AEP to send out of AEP via FTS connections. We do not have the ability to custom name these files. Is there a work around to name these files?

Our team does A/B testing rigorously. I am from reporting side and for the initial reporting for every A/B test, we have a adobe dashboard explaining the results with KPIs like impressions, clicks, CTR, lift and few down stream metrics for each version. Typically, we have 2-4 versions for very test - one control and 3 variants. I want to add statistical significance in each dashboard. I have calculated it using the below logic. Imagine a test with only 2 recipes - 1 control and 1 variantCTR 1 = clicks1/impressions1CTR2 = clicks 2/impressions 2Pooled CTR = (clicks 1+clicks 2)/(impressions 1+impressions 2)Standard Error (SE) = Square root(Pooled CTR*(1-Pooled CTR)*((1/Imp1)+(1/Imp2)))Z Score = abs(CTR1-CTR2)/SEStandard significance = cdf-z function (Z score) I create every calculated metric separately and finally calculate the standard significance. But this is not scalable. Because I have to create 7 calculated metrics for each test. So if a A/B test has 4 variants, I would be

Hi there, I have set up an A/B test in Target and took out an element. To confirm what users will see, I checked the link in the QA url but the layout is still the same as that of the control. Is there somewhere else I should check to view what users will see to ensure they will be presented with the right layout for the test? Thanks

Hi team,Is there any way to copy an asset from one folder to another efficiently in AEM 6.5.21?Dam Size is around 8GB. Thanks,Rohit

We have a requirement to wrap the html content of the rte with in <code> </code> tag when the rte source edit plugin is clicked and a code is pasted. Any pointers on the customization? I did look in to a post https://experience-aem.blogspot.com/2022/08/aem-6-5-12-extend-rte-link-plugin-command-add-icon-info-doc-type.html but that extends /libs/clientlibs/granite/coralui2/optional/rte/js/core/commands/link.js for the customization. for the entire rte html to be wrapped only when the code is copied using source editor, what are the options to customize on AEMaacs ? Any pointers on this would be of great help. Thanks,S

Hi ,I wanted to understand a little bit about the documentation from Adobe where it is mentioned that "Activity Map data collection requires the Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK extension v2.23 or later. Extension versions down to v2.16 have limited support."Do we have any idea what this limited support means and how v2.23 differs from v2.16 in terms of Activity Map? Regards,Soumya

I want to get the asset nodes for the given expiry dates for ACS commons report generation. The OOTB index "/oak:index/damAssetLucene" is picked by default by i am getting an error that query need to traverse more than 180000 nodes. So i created a custom index but still AEM is picking up the OOTB index only.  Pls let me know where i am making mistake.  Sample Query:SELECT * FROM [dam:Asset] AS NODE WHERE ISDESCENDANTNODE ('/content/dam') AND NODE.[/jcr:content/metadata/prism:expirationDate] >= cast('2023-03-15T00:00:00.000+05:30' as date) AND NODE.[/jcr:content/metadata/prism:expirationDate] <= cast('2023-06-15T00:00:00.000+05:30' as date)Index Node Created:<cqAssetExpiry        jcr:primaryType="oak:QueryIndexDefinition"        async="[async]"        compatVersion="{Long}2"        evaluatePathRestrictions="{Boolean}true"        includedPaths="[/content/dam]"&

From October 25th, when I click "Download items as CSV" in the right-click menu in the Adobe Analytics workspace, the following message appears and I cannot download. Message: Error: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try updating the project again. Does anyone know how to solve this?

AEM has the feature which allows content authors to include/exclude child pages during publish or unpublish. This feature looks to be broken, tested on v6.5.6 (current) and v6.5.9 (latest) versions. Can someone confirm if this is a product bug or if I’m doing something wrong? And also suggest if there are any alternative OOTB options available. Also tried using Request for Deactivation workflow, it unpublishes both the parent and child pages.

Hi all, I'll go straight to the point. All of our SFDC fields for Leads, Contacts and Accounts are synced to Marketo and obviously we're not using all of them for our marketing campaigns. The SDFC Marketo user has Admin rights and has visibility to all objects and fields in SFDC.Ideally we would only want to sync down the fields we find useful. Is there a way to whenever a field is created in SFDC, it is by default not visible to the SFDC admin? What would be the best practice to prevent all that unwanted inflow of future fields created in SFDC? Thanks.

Hi Everyone, I have a system running on AEM 6.3.3.8 and I wanted to migrate it to 6.5. I want to keep every setting as-is. So, I am performing an in-place upgrade. We've been working to separate all of our agency websites' permissions so that instead of the agencies coming to our team for creating Asset Metadata Schemas, they will be able to create these schemas themselves.Currently, I had searched tooth and nail, and the closest I could get was via this Experience League article (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/content/assets/administer/metadata-schemas.html?lang=en#) that specifies under the section "Grant access to metadata schemas":"The Metadata Schema feature is available to administrators only. However, administrators can provide access to non-administrators by modifying some permissions. Provide the non-administrator users create, modify, and delete permissions on the /conf folder."Setting the permissions as specified to our created Group does in fact allow the user to enter the schema after clicking "edit", but when the form opens, it has a "lock" across it, allowing no fields to be added, deleted,

I am using AEM Cloud and we are getting the below error and is happening on most of the pages  and Adobe has highlighted in the pro active notification to solve this. Hi All, I am creating a dialog having Nested multified for page having table rows and columns in it. Each row have 3 columns and based on dropdown selection, setting value to column. I am populating dropdown with 3 types of content(Link, Text and Image).ExampleRow1Link value(column 1) Text value(Column2) Image(Column3)Row2Text value(column 1) Link value(Column2) Image(Column3)Row3Image(column 1) Text value(Column2) Link value(Column3) Here when I change Row1 column1 value in dropdown, it's showing Row1 column1 container with correct fields and also showing same container in Row2 column1 and Row3 column1 but correct dropdown values are retaining in Row2 and Row3.After Row1 Column1 changeRow1Link value container(column 1) Text value(Column2) Image(Column3)Row2Link value container(column 1) Link value(Column2) Image(Column3)Row3Link value container(column 1) Text value(Column2) Link value(Column3) It should change only selected row(Row1 column1) but it's updating Row2 and R

Hi All, I hope you're doing well. I have been working on Transactional Messaging in the V8 instance and followed all the steps outlined in the Adobe documentation—from setting up the Control/Execution instance to executing an email using a SOAP call. Everything worked as expected. However, I have a query regarding how this feature can be utilized for real-time executions, such as cart drop-offs. The documentation walks through the process manually, without any mention of integrating with a live website or similar setup for real-time testing. Could someone provide guidance on how to achieve this? Additionally, can someone explain what rtEvent.ctx is and where this data gets stored? Regards,Neelam

How can we retrieve the details in a Sling model as I don't want to go with the Servlet approach? Can someone tell me if you have already implemented a similar use case in your project?
