Hi team  We’re working on mapping the communication throughput per second across all supported native channels and other components for our cliente, to better plan load balancing, warming strategies, and message orchestration across journeys. I’ve compiled a list below based on both official and community sources, but I’d love to validate or complete any of these values with your experience or internal documentation from Adobe.   Email  ▸ No official per-second limit documented ▸ Retries apply (up to 84h retry period) ▸ Throughput influenced by domain/IP reputation and error handling ▸ Source: Retry rulesPush ▸ No explicit TPS cap documented ▸ Payload max: 4 KB ▸ Throughput relies on push provider (e.g. FCM, APNS) ▸ Source: Push config   SMS (Custom Provider) ▸ Throughput depends on provider (e.g. Movilgate, Twilio) ▸ AJO sends via webhook/custom action in some cases   Cus

I created an Intake Email request queue that we are exploring using to capture documents/email previews which would apply the documents into various projects for review and approval.   The csv and pdf in the testing intake queue are showing up in the documents as expected, but any attached .MSG documents are not being added to the request documents via the email intake process.    We are able to add .msg files manually into documents after to confirm it accepts those as documents, but does not appear to be recognizing these as an attachment in an email.   Is this expected and a limitation with email intake?  Is there a way to turn on acceptance of .msg attachments and applying them in the documents? Email that was sent to intake included 3 attachments:  Request (issue) created only captured 2 of the documents (csv and pdf) and is missing .msg attachment:

Could somebody give me idea how to use multiple if statements in Condition Node?  Additionally has anyone used Condition Node while choosing email address?

Hi,I’ve run into an issue with the Visual Experience Composer (VEC). Previously, I was able to use the “Add Before” and “Add After” features to insert multiple HTML elements at once (for example, multiple HTML elements added after an element).Recently, whenever I try this, Target throws an error saying that more than one element is being added. The only way to proceed is to split the HTML into separate insertions (one element at a time), which is tedious and error-prone.I’ve checked the latest Adobe Target release notes, but I couldn’t find any mention of this being an intentional deprecation or limitation. So my questions are:Has Adobe officially deprecated inserting multiple elements at once via “Add Before” / “Add After”?If yes, could you point me to the official documentation or release notes that confirm this change? If not, is this a bug in the new VEC, and should we open a support ticket? This change is impacting our workflow, so any clarification would be very helpful. Thanks in ad

Hi everyone,We’re on Cloud and when authors publish /content/acme/en/products.page.html, that URL updates right away, but the versions with selectors (like /content/acme/en/products.list.page.html) and the clean URL (/content/acme/en/products) stay stale for a few minutes behind the CDN/Dispatcher. How can I track down what’s caching what, and fix it so all variants invalidate together?

Implementation Details :-1. In Content Fragment Model Editor we are using Content Reference with type Image.    2. Now using this model we have added path to image. 3. Its getting stored in correct manner in crx/de.4. Graph QL Query returning null.Note - Its AEM as CS Local set up.

HI All,When Testing a journey using test mode. The pre-req is that the profile should have a test profile flag to true then it enters a journey. But what if we have just an experience event schema and profiles are created pseudonymous on the fly. This way the profile doesn't have any related individual profile schema to have a test profile attribute. In this case when we are testing the test profile, we trigger the event with a payload that contains{"_tenant": {"Key": "HT","testProfile": true}}with test profile attribute that is not from Out of the system fields group. This way when we are trying to trigger the event, will it trigger the journey in test mode?AI answer - NOTests - NOThanks

might be best explained with an example:Putting everything inside the component annotation works. When I tried using SlingServletFilter as suggested by Apache in their Sling Filter page (https://sling.apache.org/documentation/the-sling-engine/filters.html), the filter stop working. Any ideas? I have a use case where the Video component is allowed both directly on a page and as a slide inside the Core Components Carousel (v1) using editable templates. When I add the Video component directly to a page, I can assign a policy that enables embeddable options (e.g., YouTube, Marketo) via the template editor. When I add the Video component inside the Carousel (as a slide/panel), I do not see the option to assign or inherit the same policy for embeddable options. The Video dialog inside the Carousel does not show the "Embeddable" dropdown, even though the Video component is allowed as a child.Questions:1.How can I ensure that the Video component inside the Carousel inherits or references the same policy as the standalone Video component, so that embeddable options appear in the dialog?2. Is there a way to configure or map the Video policy for the Carousel’s panelcontainer in the template editor, or does this require manual changes in CRX/DE?3. If manual CRX/DE configuration is

Hi,  is it possible to create a custom action (a POST request to trigger a service that sends email via SMTP) that can then use a email template created in Adobe Journey Optimizer?  For example, sending in the body of the request the email template itself? It sounds complex actually. Thanks

I have an existing lead field that contains the value for user Company Names, and with some company name ending in "Inc." we get an extra period at the end of the sentence where the token is placed.I want to set up a script token that can identify if the last character in the lead field string is a period and remove it. I've looked into substring a bit, but haven't found a working solution.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Community,I'm facing an issue while trying to create a Customer AI instance in Adobe Experience Platform.**Service Instance Name:** `New_customer`**Error Message:**> "You currently have insufficient days of data, and we need more days of data. Please check the dataset to ensure it meets the service instance configuration or modify the eligible population/timeframe for the service instance."> *(Error code: VALIDATION-407 NOT_ENOUGH_HISTORICAL_EVENT_DATA)***Details:**- The service instance is enabled, but the last run status shows as "Failed."- I suspect the issue is related to the dataset not having enough historical event data.- I'm using [briefly describe the dataset, e.g., web events, purchase history, etc.].- The scoring frequency is set to [e.g., daily/weekly].**Questions:**1. How many days of historical data are typically required for Customer AI to run successfully?2. Is there a way to adjust the eligible population or timeframe to bypass this error?3. Are there best pra

Can we set the format of a date field(standard or custom or Calc date field) to YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss.fffZ on a report using advanced text mode? I see only below field formats available under advanced options. The one I am looking for is not available by default.  Can someone please advise on this?Currently we are trying this on a report the normal way, later we want to integrate AEM with Workfront to auto-populate this field from AEM. will there be any issue or impact later with this integration on this field formats? TIA!

Hello, I am running a scenario that finds the latest update/Note on a project and posts a reply to that Note.Only when I test this, it takes over 20 minutes to process this module. If I change the ObjCode to PROJ and use the ProjectID it works fine, it's when I switch it to NOTE and point it towards the specific thread that I am getting a very long processing time. Any ideas out there?

Hi All, I'm not sure what is adding a meta tag to all pages based on that page's tags some, something like this:<meta name="keywords" content="Blogs,Workplace Security"> The problem is that, we are not adding this in our code, in fact we are overriding the head.html for all templates. This tag is only added on the AEMaaCS instances and not on local environments. Also, the tag is not inserted by JavaScript on the client side. Does anybody have any idea where to look for this?

Hello all, Is there a way to clean up the generated sitemap which is no longer required. We had sitemap generated for path /content/test/page1 and /content/test/page2 through sitemap scheduler.Later, we disabled the sitemap generation for /content/test/page2 by disabling "Generate Sitemap" checkbox on properties page. But the sitemap node(under var/sitemap) is still present. How to get rid of it.

Hi All,I would like to enable workflow in the Universal Editor. How can this be achieved? Also, regarding the Publish button in the Universal Editor:Does it respect AEM ACLs? For example, if a user does not have replication permissions, will the Publish button be disabled automatically? If not, what is the recommended way to ensure that authors can only publish pages via workflow (and not directly)? Thanks in advance! cc : @71132

Hi Team,About 3 years ago, I created some nodes under /oak:index/cqPageLucene/indexRules/cq:Page/properties (such as locationtags, etc.). At that time, they worked fine on some sample/test pages, and I never faced issues like queries traversing more than 100,000 nodes.Since then, those properties were not used in real scenarios. Now, when I try to use those already indexed properties with more pages, I’m getting the error: “query traversed more than 100,000 nodes, hence query execution stopped.”To fix it, I tried reindexing by setting the reindex property to true, and it worked temporarily. However, after deployment, the same error reappears: “query traversed more than 100,000 nodes, hence query execution stopped.”Also, my code does not currently reference or include those indexes. need some help on what might be causing this errorThanks & RegardsVeera

I'm currently testing the performance of GraphQL queries in AEM. As part of the analysis using the Query Performance Analyzer, I'm attempting to capture the underlying JCR-SQL2 queries from the QueryStats section in the AEM System Console. However, for some of the GraphQL queries I successfully execute, I’m unable to find any corresponding JCR-SQL2 entries in the QueryStats. Instead, I consistently see a single query (red-marked on the ss) that appears unrelated to the specific query being executed:Can anyone help me understand why the actual JCR queries might not be showing up?Is it possible that certain GraphQL queries are resolved without triggering JCR-SQL2 under the hood?Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated — thank you in advance!
