We're attempting to make the body text dynamic using a velocity script that references a custom object on the SFDC Practice table. However, the script isn't yielding any output. The fields we're referencing are checkboxes (as shown in the screenshot). We suspect that the issue might be because we're using fields on the practice table (custom object) or because they are checkbox fields. Our theory is either correct, or there's an error in how we've written the velocity scripts (see the scripts labeled Velocity Script 1 and Velocity Script 2 below). We've tried using both 1/0 and True/False values in the script.  Could you confirm if our theory is correct? If not, could you assist with correcting the velocity script?   Script 1 - #if(${Practice__cList.get(0).meets_availability_threshold__c}) availability #elseif(${Practice__cList.get(0).meets_insurance_threshold__c}) insurances #elseif(${Practice__cList.get(0).meets_visit_reason_threshold__c}) visit reasons #else more budget #e

Hi, After a dataset deletion would it be possible to recover the information of the records inside with the processing duration of the records that were present in the dataflow? Maybe with API? Thanks

My team is using Boards to track our quarterly PMO projects. We've noticed that when we use the comments function in each card and tag each other we're not getting notifications. We can't figure out if we're missing a notification setting or if this is a bug. We're all admins or system admins and all of our other notifications seem to work.

Hello Adobe Community,I’ve been working with Adobe Target recommendations and recently edited the model CSV guide according to my needs. I initially removed some columns that I thought were unnecessary, but when I tried to upload the modified CSV, the upload failed.Later, I uploaded a new file that included all columns, even those I had removed, and it processed successfully within five minutes.Could someone clarify which columns in the model CSV are mandatory for uploading the feeds? I’d like to understand why these columns are required, as I would prefer not to retain unnecessary columns.Thank you for your help!

Hi all. I didn't find this in the help topics. Wondering if the community could help. I have a report prompt and I need to use this to prompt for more than one item. Is there a way to prompt for multiple items in a prompt (maybe in contains)? I have tried using a comma and other indicators between the items, but can't seem to get it to work. Any suggestions?

I encountered an issue while attempting to register for an exam through the Adobe Credential Management portal, specifically with the Webassessor service.Could you please give me some insight into the cause of this error and let me know the expected resolution time? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help resolve this issue. Here are the screenshots of the error message when attempting registering and paying for the Adobe Target: Adobe Target Optimization Specialist exam.   I have emailed certif@adobe.com on this issue, but they have passed me to trainptr@adobe.com.

Using JavaScript I would like to find out what the 'lang' attribute variable is set to. I have used:document.getAttribute('lang').value;document.head.parentNode.getAttribute('lang').value;document.body.parentNode.getAttribute('lang').value;document.querySelector('html').getAttribute('lang').value;without success. Is it possible and if so, how do I get the value? Thanks in advance Tony

I have custom tracking done and when in the debugger I am testing that out my event is getting fired twice instantly. What could be the potential reason? Email address is a required field for all Marketo leads. However when my team imports a list, if their is a lead with email empty, but other fields are filled (name, address, etc), Marketo will create a new lead ID. How can I block empty email address leads from importing into the system from a list? It's creating useless leads in the database.

Hello! We have a newly designed preference center. The goal is for data to auto-populate if the contact is within our database. For example, a contact receives an email to update their preferences. Once they click onto the link, they are directed to the preference center landing page, which would auto-populate their email address and preference selections, if applicable.  I understand that the link must be sent via email in order to populate the information. I've tested it a million times, both my work and personal email addresses, but can't get the data to auto-populate. I've checked that all fields within the form are set to autofill.  Does anyone have any recommendations? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi all, I’m seeking some advice from the AEM experts regarding a migration situation:  - Legacy site: legacy.co.uk- New site: newsite.co.uk Situation: I want to redirect most URLs, including the homepage, from the legacy site to the new domain while keeping a few legacy URLs active on the original domain. As I’m not familiar with AEM, I’d appreciate guidance on whether this is possible and how to implement it. Thanks in advance for your help!Best regards,Saday
