Hi everyone,   I've recently synced Marketo with Salesforce and now I'd like to send all the contacts I have in my Marketo database to Salesforce, I've tried to find informations on the Internet but it seems that most topics talk about importing contact FROM Salesforce TO Marketo and not the other way. If anybody could give me some tips about it, it would help me a lot.   EDIT: I found how to send those contacts to SF but I have another problem : As i'm working with politician, they don't have a proper "Company" as Marketo and Salesforce understand it and when I tried syncing everything I got an error message telling me the "Company" field was missing. As they are related to a region, I was thinking about putting their region as their company but I do think its a good practice, any idea about it ?   Thanks

Hi, We've turned off the "Schedule All Audience" option at the sandbox level because we need to run the segmentation job for each audience individually(as per Business needs). With this setup, could you help me to understand how the process will work for an audience when using the edge evaluation method? Please note that we will be using this created edge audience in the Adobe Target destination. Thanks,MA

Hello, I'm having a hard time understanding the JIRA API Module for Custom API Calls. When configuring the "connection" for this Module, one of the things it asks you is the "Service URL"  and I'm really confused what this URL is since it calls it "Instance URL" ???? Is the instance and service URL the same thing?  It's described as the jira instance URL ... what is that?  Is it your - https // < jira server instance>.atlassian.net /  ... addressIs it your - https // <some other path that I don't know > / ... address found within JIRA Admin ConsoleIs it your - https // <jira server instane.atlassian.net / rest / api / <version #>  ... addressor is it just something else .. I've checked the documentation for this via the "?" on the module but that leaves a bit to be desired for someone configuring it for the first time. Any thoughts on which URL this is. I've tried a few and none of them work.  Thank you! &#1285

What method can be used to escape an apostrophe in an SMS  message? I've tried two apostrophes and a few other tricks but nothing worked so far.

In an eCommerce website, how can I use Adobe Target to manage and control pricing recommendations based on different regions? Specifically, I am interested in understanding the best practices for ensuring that customers in different geographical locations see prices relevant to their region in product recommendations. How can Adobe Target recommendations be configured to support this regional pricing strategy?

To me it seems you need some extended accesses to be able to manage Tags created in AJO by ordinary users. We see the need for change some names and deleting test Tags, but we cant do this else on out own created Tags. What kind of access do we need to do this on a "global" level, regardless of who created the Tag. The question is basically - what AJO access right can do this changes to Tags?

Hi Everyone,We noticed in our AEM environment that the number of archive workflows are over 2 million and then we have configured Adobe Granite Workflow Purge Configuration to purge Completed/Aborted/Failed workflows of a certain model but it does not seem to purge, we notice that there is a query traversal for the configured workflow model which is affecting the author environment performance. We missed to configure purge scheduler earlier and by the time we noticed there are 2 million archived workflow instances. Can anyone help us how we can clean up or purge this huge number of workflow instances now?

The Email Designer has accessibility issues with images. If users don't enter alternative text for the images, it doesn't add an empty alt attribute. If we manually add an empty alt attribute (alt="") via HTML code, the editor removes it. This creates serious accessibility problems: without an alt attribute, screen readers vocalize the image URL. Is there a way to work around this bug? How can we report the bug to the Adobe team for it to be fixed?

Hi, I like to create a deprecated descriptor for a schema field "runId". This field is part of an array in the schema. Below is the body of the POST Create a descriptor request:{"@type": "xdm:descriptorDeprecated","xdm:sourceSchema": "{{SCHEMA_ID}}","xdm:sourceVersion": 1.1,"xdm:sourceProperty": "/{{tenantId}}/modelScores/runId"} I am getting below error:{"type": "http://ns.adobe.com/aep/errors/XDM-1815-400","title": "Descriptor validation error","status": 400,"report": {"registryRequestId": "488911d5-1896-481b-8574-a1742815e657","timestamp": "08-29-2024 08:50:17","detailed-message": "The path /_xyz/[modelScores/runId] defined in xdm:sourceProperty could not be found in the source schema https://ns.adobe.com/xyz/schemas/7b0f03af9bd93b69029123456789abcd234.","sub-errors": []},"detail": "The path /_xyz/[modelScores/runId] defined in xdm:sourceProperty could not be found in the source schema https://ns.adobe.com/dsg/schemas/7b0f03af9bd93b69029123456789abcd234."} Here the fi

I'm not sure if AEM can return HTML directly, like you could with Springboot and Thymeleaf, but I'd like to try using the HTMX return HTML philosophy with the AEM components to see if it speeds up the performance of certain components. It would be great to have a search result component that runs on the server side and sends the HTML result rather than the JSON result, utilizing the server side on the client side as well. This would eliminate the need for two separate locations to maintain templating—on the frontend using js and on the htl of the sling model.

I downloaded  latest sdk for local setup "AEM SDK v2024.8.17465.20240813T175259Z-240700". While running using the java- jar command, it is not coming up, i don't see any errors in stdout.log or stderr.log.Here is the screen shot of my java version and command.  java -jar aem-author-p4502.jar -p 4502 -gui /////java version "11.0.22" 2024-01-16 LTSJava(TM) SE Runtime Environment 18.9 (build 11.0.22+9-LTS-219)Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 18.9 (build 11.0.22+9-LTS-219, mixed mode)

Hi All, I'm attempting to load/'create' a pdf file into the Assets side of the AEM. It loads to about 97%, then says "0 of 1 assets uploaded". The only option provided is "Cancel". I have loaded pdfs successfully many times, and into this folder as recently as an hour ago. I even deleted the previous version of the pdf rather than "Replace" it, thinking that might be an issue. I was required to "Force Delete" because of some message that I didn't read thoroughly, now I'm thinking that message was the key as to why this pdf won't upload. Any suggestions?

Hi, I want some reference from where I can get deep knowledge about how the request is being processed and how the deployments happen for Edge delivery services. If anyone have any knowledge about please help me by providing the reference. Thank you.

Having a multifiled component when we open the dialog the content is not loading into the dialog it is showing empty. But the data is present in node level as json. How we can make it work if we convert data into node the existing data is not showing. How to overcome this issue.

Hello! We want to use the New Content Fragment Editor in the future, but we have some customization in the legacy editor that we need to move into the new one. Currently we are adding our customization using client-libraries, this will of course be no longer possible. I understand that you can provide Extensions using the App Builder, but I am not sure how an implementation for our cases should look like. For example do we have a logic implemented that changes the mandatory property of a field depending on the input of another field. Would I use custom form rendering for that? Any help and guidelines would be much appreciated!

Hi Everyone,In my AEM project I have multiple language (locale) like en-us, ar-ae, ja-jp and so on,A content fragment exist with Copyright text and contains year. Everytime, I need to update the year, I have to visit each and individual content fragment for a language and update the year. Is there any way so that I have to update the year at one content fragment and it gets update in all the languages. Also, I have created two CF model, Model A and Model B. In Model A, I have given a multiline field and allowed it to take reference from  Model B. I have created a simple CF with both the models. Now, when I add the CF component on the page, and I select the CF which is based on Model A, I do not get the value( by value I mean, any content authored ) which I have authored in CF based out of Model B.Am  I missing something ?Please advise. Thanks in AdvanceAditya @kautuk_sahni

We are in the process of moving from onPremise to AEMaaCS and have been investigating using the Content Copy Tool as a way to keep a portion of our content in sync between Prod and Stage environments.   In author environments this looks to work well, but for Stage regression/sign-off we really would like to have the content in sync on the Publish servers as well.  Any suggestions on a good way to automate this? Documentation reference:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/developer-tools/content-copy

When we do query search, results are grouped based on paths. For example, if we have queried for paths /content/us/en & /content/ca/en , then results will have group of pages from /us/en and after that it will have group of pages from /ca/en. Even if we try to sort orderby=@jcr:score , sorting is done for 1st set of pages from /us/en and after that it sorts pages from /ca/en, ideally it should be sorting for entire set of result. Sample query:fulltext=random textgroup.1_path=/content/us/engroup.2_path=/content/ca/engroup.p.or=trueorderby=@jcr:scoreorderby.sort=desc Result :0: /content/us/en/page1.html jcr:score = 1.501: /content/ca/en/page2.html jcr:score = 2.502: /content/ca/en/page3.html jcr:score = 1.20 Ideally it should be somewhat like:0: /content/ca/en/page2.html jcr:score = 2.501: /content/us/en/page1.html jcr:score = 1.502: /content/ca/en/page3.html jcr:score = 1.20

Hi, Does anyone know how to configure the In-app Web channel for a specific web page? Currently I have it configured for the URL https://interbank.pe and all its corresponding path. But when I try to place the In-app on the URL https://interbank.pe/tarjetas/tarjetas-credito but it is not printing, I don't know if maybe in the channel configuration would be missing something?  Regards,Diego P.
