Solved

Our application is split across multiple domains, and the conversion will not happen on the same domain as the A/B test. We currently have multiple workspaces, one per domain, however conversions for the A/B test are not tracking property. If we moved to a single workspace, can it support multiple domains, and will we be able to track the conversions properly across domains?

Hello - I have an email and would like to send a follow up to all contacts to received the email, but either didn't open it OR opened it and didn't click. My question is, does the "didn't click link" filter include people who didn't open the email (since they obviously didn't click anything either)?

I am trying to view a PDF protected by AEM Forms 6.5 Document Security using SAML authentication.I believe the Document Security extended authentication feature can be used. The IdP is “Azure AD.”However, I am unsure about the following settings on the Azure AD side:Entity IDAssertion Consumer Service URLI think these are the endpoints for AEM Forms, but they do not seem to be documented.Does anyone know these settings?Thank you.

Hi Team Currently we are working on Government Project where we are not allowed to used Public repositories . We need to all AEM and Forms related dependent jars to our Internal Repositories . As per below link , Central repo having 26 and Adobe public having 19 dependency jars But usages only two in Central Repo and one Adobe public .What is deference o Central repo vs adobe Public (Most of the time we used adobe public repo only ) , Do i need to take all the jars uploaded to our internal repo or latest sdk jar enough for AEM (ex: com.adobe.aem) & aem osgi forms(forms add-on) ex: com.adobe.aemfd) .https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.adobe.aemfd/aemfd-client-sdk Currently we added two jars related SDK(AEM as a cloud service) but we using AEM6.7.20 on-premises with adobe OSGi Forms add-on package (project completely OSGI forms) ,is there any risk use SDK jars for AEM6.5 on-premises Project for Local development SDK:https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.adobe.

I have a three stage proof workflow that has 1st stage being set to deadline of 4/3/23. I have the second stage with a deadline of 4/6. I also have a third stage with a deadline of 4/6.    When I go to My Work under the user who should see their proof approval deadline of 4/3/23 it shows 4/6/23 8pm (last stage).  I am sure it is the way I set it up, but I have tried many variations and can't get it to work right. Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

So this falls into the category of fixing one problem causes another. I added some custom CSS to deal with an alignment problem of labels and checkboxes on mobile that I found in another community article.  However, when I use this code, it makes the submit button have a very narrow height on mobile.  I tried removing the line that references button height and that didn't seem to help.  No matter what I do the button looks the same.  Any idea what I'm missing?  @media screen and (max-width:480px) { form.mktoForm .mktoCheckboxList {margin-top:0px !important;} form.mktoForm label.mktoLabel {width:calc(100% - 30px) !important;} form.mktoForm, form.mktoForm * {padding:0px !important;} div.mktoForm {width:100% !important; max-width:100% !important; margin:0px !important;} form.mktoForm {margin:0px !important; width:100% !important; max-width:100% !important;} .mktoForm .mktoCheckboxList {width:20px !important;} form.mktoForm button.

Hi, what happens is that I have a servlet that brings information from an endpoint, this is a Json of products, and I already have a component that renders all the products with their values. But what I need to do now as there are many products, is to make pages to each one but dynamically, is there any way to do that without using AIO or CIF?

I would like to filter out projects that DO NOT have a specific custom form attached + that DO have other specific forms attached. We're able to easily collect one at a time but we cannot combine the two filters, does anyone have any suggestions on how we could achieve that?  Almost all of our projects have around 5 custom forms attached, not in any particular order unfortunately. For example, we would like to have a report showing what projects have our 'internal reporting form' but are missing the 'audit form'.  Any suggestions are appreciated!

Hi ,What are  the ways to target Iphone Users for XT target activities, As in the docs its mentioned that its not possible for specific IOS and safari versions. Targeting devices running iOS 12.2 or laterDue to the new changes introduced in iOS 12.2, creating an audience with rules defined by Device Marketing Name and Device Model that specify iPhone Models is impacted. Target can no longer target users who have iPhones with iOS 12.2 (or later) installed on them. However, if those users do not have iOS 12.2 (or later), then the iPhone Model targeting continues to work correctly. The iOS 12.2 (or later) update does not affect the identification of the following models because these models do not support upgrading to iOS 12.2: iPhone, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPad, iPad 2, iPad / Retina display, iPad Retina (4th Generation), iPod Touch 4, and iPod Touch 5.Targeting devices running Safari 14.0.2 (or later)When using mobile rules to target d

Hi, I am trying to run Adobe PDF services sample java project on my client machineGitHub - adobe/pdfservices-java-sdk-samples: Samples for the Adobe Document Services PDF Tools Java SDK I can run mvn clean install successfully and the jar is created successfully, but when I try to run Auto tag service API using the below command: mvn -f pom.xml exec:java -Dexec.mainClass=com.adobe.pdfservices.operation.samples.autotagpdf.AutotagPDF I get the following error: I have also added the proxy details in CreatePDFWithProxyServer. But I still get this error. Any suggestions will be helpful. Thank you.

I have an address that was added to our Quarantine list in our Marketing Instance of ACC, from an email send from our Message Center instance.I first set the status to "Valid" which didnt change anything, and then we removed the address from quarantine table as a whole, but we are still seeing the delivery logs of the email send from the Message Center delivery as ignoring that particular address. We think that the Marketing instance removal of teh address from quarantine is somehow not reflected in the message center, as a result of me likely not doing something added.

I have the following logic in a WorkflowProcess:String addFileUrl = _apiUrl + "File/AddFileToItem"; HttpPost post = new HttpPost(addFileUrl); post.setHeader(HttpHeaders.AUTHORIZATION, "Bearer " + _accessToken); // Build the multi-part request entity MultipartEntityBuilder builder = MultipartEntityBuilder.create(); builder.addTextBody("itemNumber", itemNumber); if(revision != null && StringUtils.isNotEmpty(revision)) builder.addTextBody("revision", revision); builder.addTextBody("qualifier", qualifier); builder.addTextBody("attribute", attributeName); InputStream dataStream = null; log.info("Payload: " + payload.toString()); if (payload != null) { log.info("Payload exists as an asset"); dataStream = payload.getOriginal().getStream(); } if(dataStream != null) { try

Hello,We are assessing options of supporting approval process for emails in AJO, and we couldn't find a direct way of doing this as we did for ACC. Is there a recommended way to do this for journeys or campaigns, in AJO? Is there something planned in the future to support this flow? Thank you!

Hi,I have two different datastreams to send WebSDK data from two different websites into the same dataset using the same websdk schema. My question is, when I build an audience or use these events, how would I differentiate between the events coming from website a or website b? Is it a good way to do it or should I setup a new dataset for different website? I am just confused how the dataset would differentiate that the data coming from website belongs to website a or website b. Thank you

Hi , We are in AEM 6.5.17 and we just migrated to 6.5.21 . Launches in AEM are getting deleted automatically and we do not have any traces in any logs. We reached to adobe support and they could not trace the event of deletion in any logs. Is there a way to track or recover the deleted launches ? There are also possibilities that someone mistakenly deleted the node in CRX, in this scenarios how do we track down ? any better way to monitor ? This is happening periodically on the WIP launches and it is affecting the business . Please suggest how to tackle this?

Hi All, We know that ‘Bread crumb’ components renders the navigation link items based on page content structure. But, my client has asked to customise that based on user navigation journey.Use case:I have a page ‘/content/app/us/en/abc’ and it has a link to navigate to ‘/content/app/us/en/xyz’, now the ask is the moment I land on the ‘/content/app/us/en/xyz’ by clicking link on ‘/content/app/us/en/abc’ page, my Breadcrumb should show navigation items as‘English -> abc -> xyz’ instead of  ‘English -> xyz’ To implement this from FE through JS, there are chances of flickering issues. Is there a way to do it from Backend by fetching ‘Referer’ (i don’t think that is not feasible)Is there a way to achieve this or better way to address the ask? Thanks,Raju

Hi All, I have a requirement to show a banner for the assets that are going to expire in the next 10 days.Does anyone have any insights on it? Please provide your valuable information. Thanks in advance.

Hello Team, I was exploring MSM feture. For Sites, I have referred this video tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HVTsUtXUls4Similarly I am trying MSM for experience fragments. Created Language masters and the language copy here: /content/experience-fragments/abc/xyz/language-masters   Now, I need to create Country folders under: /content/experience-fragments/abc/xyz/  I tried to refer above video, was checking for "create Site" option of any similar option for exp. fragment. Not getting this option. So, curious to know, how can I create country nodes (and the sub pages)Happy to pass more information. Thanks in advance.

For an form page, though it is de-indexed (not-listed) in Google  they are getting traffic from Natural Search channel around 1% that too with the referral as Google. What could be the possible reasons for that? Regards,Srividya.V

Can AEM open the LifeCycle form for editing?

Hi Community, I'm having trouble finding good information about the `authenticatedState` property in the `identityMap` object of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Web SDK. Could someone please explain this concept in simpler terms and provide a real-world example of what the "Ambiguous", "Authenticated", and "Logged Out" states mean? It seems like the `authenticatedState` is always being written to the user's profile, regardless of what value we set. So I'd like to understand the actual differences between these three states. Any guidance or helpful links would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,Imv

On page creation, page move, etc., can an alert somehow be added to warn the author the page name already exists instead of AEM creating a page variation with a number at the end?

Hi, Is it possible that the WEB URL of the push notification contains a phone number and when I click on it I dial that number? Regards,Diego P.
