Hi 🙂 I was recommended the following method to proactive exclude Bot traffic from my site. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/implementation/vars/plugins/websitebot.html?lang=en However, we have recently migrated to AEP. Is there an equivalent solution for AEP? Thanks!

Hello Everyone, In case of streaming data, It is guaranteed for streaming data to be available in batch segmentation workflows if it is 3 hours before as documented here. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/segmentation/faq   But how about batch ingestion, what is the time window one should insert the data before the Batch segmentation job starts?

Hi, I have a scenario where currently my entire implementation is on an old datalayer say digitalData object and sends data to old report suites by using Adobe Analytics extension. Plan is to migrate the analytics tracking by adding a new datalayer say xyz object to the website and use WebSDK extension to send data to new report suite. Since the earlier implementation is on old datalayer with digitalData object and sends data to old report suites (Prod and dev) with Adobe Analytics extension while I implement Web SDK and create new data elements along with new rules based on XDM schema for it to send data from new datalayer to new report suites (New dev RS based on new datalayer) through Edge Network. The variables structure in new and old report suites will though be different because in new RS we will have uniform mapping of these datalayer objects with all company's entities. For eg. if eVar1 was page URL in old report suite and it is eVar7 in new report suite (T

Hello everyone, this is the second time that I have ran into this issue while working in Fusion 2.0 and was able to get around it the first time but not so lucky now 😅 . Essentially, I want to create a Workfront proof on a task with a workflow template attached. I have thought about two ways of doing it. I could create a proof using the ProofHQ connector but the problem there is I don't know how to associate that proof in ProofHQ with a document on the task level in Workfront.I create a document in Workfront with the 'Upload Document' module and then I use the 'Misc Actions' Workfront Module and I use the 'createProof' action but this is where I get stuck. How do I attach the workflow template? I think it might have something to do with the 'advancedProofingOptions' field but I don't know what to put in there to attach the workflow template? The second option is the route I am on right now but if anyone has any more eloquent and functional solut

Hi all,I am familiar with Sales Insight in SFDC but not in MS Dynamics. In SFDC you get five tabs at the top that includes web activities and email activity (sales mail and Marketo mail). I was wondering how much of this information do you get in Dynamics. If an user can tell me I would very grateful as I can't find this information in the documentation.

We have been syncing the Salesforce "Asset" object to Marketo through the Contact. For the most part, the Assets have been syncing to Marketo with no issue and we are able to use them in dynamic lists to send emails, etc.I have recently discovered that about 10% of the contacts that have Assets are missing their assets in Marketo. I have verified that there is not a sync issue with the contact record. I can see the Asset in SFDC through the related list on the Contact. I have tried manually updating a field in the asset record and I've also tried updating a field on the contact record. The field on the contact record is updated in Marketo. The asset record never ends up syncing to Marketo (ie on these contacts, the "Add to Asset" activity type is not visible in the person's Marketo activity log. I can't figure out any reason for the sync to not be working in 10% of the cases. Has anyone experienced this and do you have any ideas on how to fix? Thanks for your help,Sheila

Hello Adobe friends, I have implemented the one-click unsub functionality and it used to work when i tested it (many times) in my gmail account. Suddenly few days after the button stopped showing up without me making any changes in the typology rule/webapp. I then investigated and realized that if i enable the any other category than Primary in gmail like "Promotions" then the test email is being delivered to Promotions where the button shows up as it should. While if i enable only the Primary category then the email gets delivered there where the button is nowhere to be found. The button is therefore gone when the email is delivered to Primary but it shows if the email is delivered in any other inbox category.  Is there anything i can do to solve this? We need to go live with this functionality asap and im running out of ideas on how to tackle this issue.  Hopefully somebody has faced this problem prior and can drop a hint. I would be very thankful.

Hello community, I need to created a reporting sent once a week by email. On that reporting I need to see all the deliveries activated for the first time in the last seven days.So I can retrieve and generate a table with all the deliveries activated in the last seven day but i can't figure out how I can only keep deliveries running for the first time.Any idea ? Thanks in advance

Hello, We recently took on Marketo and would like to introduce throttling when sending out emails, which on our previous platform was a default option. We've set up this simple flow to select 50% of our audience, send the email, wait a few hours, remove sent contacts from the flow, then send to the remaining 50%. Does this look like it will work? We've set this up in the programs Send Email smart campaign, there's nothing in the smart list other than Mkto_Emailable. If this is correct I assume we just schedule the smart campaign as usual and then schedule & approve the program.I think you can tell we're new to this so any help is very much appreciated.

hi Team, As per https://developer.adobe.com/experience-manager/reference-materials/6-5/granite-ui/api/jcr_root/libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/autocomplete/index.html It is using Coral2 component, which will not be supported any longer. Does anyone know what option instead of same can be used .cc:-  @arunpatidar

When I am deploying the code after adding a custom component, the front-end code is not loading on the site. When I try to rebuild the library Using AEM console, I am seeing these error "Error while reading cached library: javax.jcr.RepositoryException: Error during assembly of /etc/designs/br/scripts/all.js" also "java.io.IOException: Error while reading cached library: javax.jcr.RepositoryException: Error during assembly of /apps/brs/components/content/componentName/clientlib.js". But when I am changing the JS processor from YUI to GCC it start working. And when I remove a function from a JS code file, YUI also work and front-end code script load on the code. Below is the JS function that causing issue. function getPageUrlFromToken(data) {        for(var pages of data.pageURL) {            if(pages.rel === 'ADD.CARD') {                console.log(pages);        &nbs

have dialog field of type /granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/pathfield (field name : select PLP Pages)   and  rootpath:/content/my-project/PLP in a component . when author browse the pathfield(select PLP Pages)  it navigates to the PLP root path(PLP). This PLP root page also have few child pages(Ex: PDP1,PDP2, PDP3...). Requirement is to limiting the browsing  till rootpath only (Example  /content/my-project/PLP)  its child pages ( PDP1,PDP2, PDP3) of PLP should not be appeared for the author selection . Please share your thought. Thanks in Advance.ENV (AEM as cloud service)

Hi AEP Community,We're thinking about using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) as the main hub (source of truth) for our leads in a financial institution. The idea is to capture all leads here, handle deduplication, and ensure top-notch data quality. Our lead sources would include:Web forms linked to AEPMobile apps connected to AEPBatch loads (files with many leads that need to be ingested and deduped by AEP)Salesforce UI (where sales agents enter lead info, which then gets sent to AEP for deduplication and quality checks)Is this a good and practical approach? After AEP processes (data quality checks, dedupe, etc) the leads, they’d be synced with Salesforce right away, either creating new records or updating existing ones. Thanks for your thoughts!

I have a slew of items sitting in My Open Requests that are associated with projects that are cancelled or otherwise complete. Is there a way to get these requests to close or cancel automatically, without having to individually change the status of each one?  TIA!

Hello I am creating a custom Carousel component based on the core Carousel. In my implementation, multiple slides are visible on the desktop simultaneously.  In authoring mode, even though the content of the slides is visible I can't click the slide to edit it. This is because there is a class "is-disabled" on the cq:Overlay. I suppose it is present because the original carousel is based on Panel Container. That is switching between active slides for authoring using the PANEL_SELECT button in the editable toolbar. For my solution in author mode, I am displaying all the slides so I don't need this extra is-disabled functionality in this component. How to adjust my component to turn this off?  I tried hacky solution manipulating with the cq:Overlay in the component Javascript but it seems like document.querySelector can't target cq:Overlay components. Is there a hacky way to reach it?

Hello All! I am posting here for the first time with a question regarding communication scheduling. Does Adobe provide the capability to avoid sending communications to customers during holidays, ad-hoc days off, bank holidays, etc.? Thank you!

Hi, I am exploring the sidekick options in Franklin where I stumbled upon the asset extension. Can we access our AEM Assets (DAM) via the sidekick ? or what is the asset configuration it supports? If the AEM DAM can be accessed, how can we configure the sidekick to access the AEM Assets.  Additionally, May I know what are the additional benefits of going for licensed version of Franklin?

Hello all, As the subject mentions, what's best practices/recommendations to help reduce build time to published and development when building libraries? is it having a lot of rules, is it having some custom code that are 4000+ lines of code, etc. I never really got an understanding of what reflects the building time length of a library in development or published.

Hello, I have a profile in AEP that looks like this  And I use post requests to modify its values with this body  My question is, does Adobe Experience Platform accept Gzip compressed body? And if so, how should I send it? I tried sending a Gzip compressed file but it is unsupported, or the encoded body of a Gzip compressed payload, but it gives an error that the Json is invalid.

Any idea on how to enable bulk tagging of pages in AEMaacs 6.5 ??? This property "allowBulkEdit" is already set to true but it doesn't work when editing properties on multiple pages. We explored another option with ACS commons Data Importer but it is very tedious and we dont want to give authors this as an option esp they are novice. The best option is to find something OOTB and use it within the framework on AEM page properties editing capabilities.  Any ideas/suggestions?
