I was trying to follow an example of a people report to get a list I need, however, I don't have the "Group people by" option that they seem to have. Any idea how I can add it?

Hello Team, Recently I have attended session from aem-augs.adobe.com.  Where I can get the recorded session.cc @aanchal-sikka  -Thanks

Hi everyone,We're looking to clean up our Product Profiles by removing inactive users. This includes:Users who haven't interacted with the product. E.g. - for more than 6 months (considered inactive).Users with inactive email addresses (likely due to them leaving the organization).Ideally, we'd like to automate this process. Is there a way or API in Adobe Analytics that allows us to:Identify these inactive users based on the criteria mentioned above.Remove them from the respective Product Profiles.Any insights or suggestions on achieving this cleanup would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi,  I would like to know what is the difference in latency / delay between Audience Qualification / creating event in AJO while creating journeys?I would like to compare streaming / edge segments to events created in AJO. What different use-cases use for that two features?  Thanks

My team handles over 40 data wearhouse feeds. Some feeds have more than one metric. We want to make sure only rows where at least one or more metric(s) have numbers are coming in to make the processing faster.  My question is - Does Adobe only send data where at least one (or more) metric has a counter? or do we need to put in segments to handle this case?

Hi, We are looking to implement the one-click optout process to replace our current process (click > landing page > confirm Unsubcription). I can't see any option in ACS as in AJO to simply manage/trigger the optout by just clicking in the email.  Any ideas on how to implement it easily? Should we track the clicks on a specific link in the email and run a recurring workflow to handle the optout update? Thanks!

Hi All,  I am creating a url tracking parameters in Channel surface and want to add the email message id/message name. Is it possible at channel surface level?  I can see in the documentation. (Configure email settings | Adobe Journey Optimizer)The following predefined values are available through the Expression Editor:Source action id: ID of the Email action added to the journey or campaign. But this just gives me the campaign action id and not the message id. How can I add message information at channel surface level. ThanksPreeti

Hi there, I have set up an event to listen to an ExperienceEvent dataset. For testing, I uploaded 5 records into the ExperienceEvent dataset via the Workflow UI, and the data was ingested successfully. However, I don't see any profiles triggering the journey even though it's published, fits all the event criteria.  Will this method not work? Thanks.

We have tested that when using the REST API to update a lead with the conditions: action: "updateOnly", lookupField: "id",   If the id is not found, a new lead is created with a new id. Why does this happen? If I am specifying updateOnly, shouldn't this prohibit any create actions?

HelloI have the below flow. I'd like to know if flow step 5 is 14 days after flow step 4 or if it is 14 days after the flow starts.

Does anyone know if Marketo's activity data retention policy for "Form Submit from REST"  is 25 months like it is for regular form submits?

I have raised a support ticket to extract bulk records of approx 1M+ data from Marketo and Adobe support suggested to extract data via the bulk API as per the product limitation issue can not be extracted bulk data. (considering the schema file format contains 500+ fields names in the header)  https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/bulk-extract/bulk-lead-extract/ https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/bulk-extract/ When I tried extracting bulk data via API the job status endpoints return a checksum in the fileChecksum attribute when status is “Completed”.The checksum is a SHA-256 hash of the exported file. https://sha256sum.com/ I was wondering how to extract the data in such a case. I have not used any SHA-256 coding in the past. is there any workaround to download this checksum file?

Hi there, We are working on a feedback loop to our corporate communication history for communications (push, email, sms etc.) sent out from AJO. Using an example customer, we have two levels of customer identities (CRM1 - Web login account, CRM2 - billing accounts). It will be always be a 1:M  relationship (Web login will have multiple billing accounts). For example, customer has 1 web login, which has access to 4 billing accounts.  As part of the feedback loop, we need to send a communication record to all 4 billing accounts so that it's recorded under whichever Billing Account we look up to. Unfortunately AJO works at a profile level, so by default it would only send 1 record. We cannot make any process modification on the downstream end, so the 1 to 4 split would need to happen at AJO side. Is there a way to do that? Thanks.

Currently, we're looking to implement a restriction on the synchronization of our Zoominfo leads to Marketo from Salesforce (SFDC). Our SFDC instance is integrated with Zoominfo, meaning any leads created within SFDC are automatically synchronized with Marketo.Given this setup, we're exploring the possibility of disabling this synchronization for Zoominfo leads.

Hello! We're currently sending from 2 domains in our Marketo instance and all emails from the new domain are going to spam.We have 2 branded domains set up with proper SPF and DKIMs -go.domain1.comgo.domain2.comWhen I email tests to myself using the go.domain2.com branded domain and from/reply address, it shows "mailed-by" bounce.domain1.com. Because of this, all our emails are going to spam when we try to email from domain2.com because of a domain mismatch. I cannot figure out where we set up the mailed-by "bounce" subdomain. I think it was through Marketo support and not through the admin interface. Can Marketo handle "mailed-by" for 2 different domains within a single account? Thanks!

Hi all, I understand Data Layer is a JS Object that should be on the web page to collect events, etc and pass to Adobe Launch. But a typical AEM implementation will have multiple pages. How to add this Data Layer to each of these pages? I highly appreciate all your replies. Thanks,RK.

Hi,I'm testing out Dynamic Chat on our website and it displays fine on a monitor but appears too big on a laptop screen and mobile, is it possible to adjust the size of the chatbot? Hello,  We are working towards AJO – Target integration and got stuck at step 3 in the below documentation. Could you please suggest us with pre requisites/ documentation to proceed with next steps. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/integrate/ajo/offer-decision.html?lang=en In Target we were able to view Offer Decision (New) button in the below screen print.Upon clicking on (1) ,nothing happens. Document says we should see step 3 , but nothing shows up.FYI..We did create Offers, Placements and activated within AJO. Please suggest if we are missing any tasks to view step 3.

I'm working on a migration project for a client, they have a lot of custom components that they've relied on in the past for site construction that they won't have access to after the migration. Among those is their main site navigation, a header component that uses mega menus for site navigation. I want to know what options are available for recreating that functionality in the modern AEM landscape. Are there any good tutorials for how to writer a mega menu component? Are there any vendors that sell or license these sort of components?

Hello,   I am trying to test simple journey in AJO in Test Mode but do not see any activity. Below are the steps I performed:    Created a Journey with AJO, with 1) Read Audience  2) Custom Action to Salesforce Marketing Cloud .   Created test audience as per  the documentation.   Verified Test Audience at Profile Level.   Clicked  ' Trigger Profile Entrance '  button in test Profile.    In Trigger profile entrance pop up , entered 'Email' in Profile identifier. Clicked Send.    In Test Mode , 'Profile was triggered successfully'  is displayed. But Nothing Happens. Log Does not shown anything. Could you please suggest how to proceed from here? How can I test the journey step by step? These are fields I gave in test Profile.: Person ID Email Address First Name Last Name testProfile Please suggest!

I want to export a list of image file names and their corresponding UUID values. Is there a way to do this in AEM? Thank you.

Hi,We are getting error for "firstName" & "lastName" in nms:recipient schema. As we created an extension for nms:recipient schema, but certainly the changes were not committed and then the extended schemas were deleted manually thereafter. And it seems that deletion of those extended schema also deleted the firstName & lastName fields from nms:recipient schema. Is there any way to add the deleted fields back to OOTB nms:recipient schema as we are not able to edit the Preview tab too. Thanks

Hi All,To push the asset from AEM to a Google cloud bucket, I'm attempting to develop a custom workflow logic. To set the service account, project key, and bucket name, I have made an osgi service configuration. I also updated the pom.xml file with the dependencies. However, I am still having trouble in resolving the dependecy issues. Please suggest the approach to push the asset from the AEM to the GCP bucket? It would be useful to know how to fix this dependency issue.Attached below screenshot for your reference. Regards,Prabha
