Solved

Hello There, This is my first post. I hope I have explained the issue well. Suppose I have 3 Salesforce Accounts (1,2,3) and these accounts have the same records (with the same email IDs) but with different Membership Tiers ( let's say A, B, C). Now from Marketo, we are triggering different emails based on Membership Tier for form fill-out.The issue I ran into was when a record from 1st account record having a Membership Tier A was doing a form-fill activity it can be seen in the same record activity log. Now if the 2nd account record having a Membership Tier B does a form fill activity it has been updated into 1st account records only. Is there any way in Marketo we can track the activity of each record differently? Any help is appreciated! Thanks Firoz

HiI have added a select field to my form, and I created a custom field in the database to record the information to.The selection is for the customer to choose a session date/time for an event.I want the recorded info to be passed via a token to an alert email and a thank you for registering email. The database field type is text, but the selection isn't recording in the database, and therefore not being passed to the emails.Any ideas what I might be doing wrong? Here is the form link: https://visit.altro.com/adhesive-free-roadshow.htmlThanks

I would like to convince my client that paid social channels are excellent for prospecting new customers and generating Cart Adds. However, there's a perception that paid social doesn't drive as many purchases as search channels, which are currently the primary source of paid conversions. To address this, I'd like to create a segment that shows how many Cart Adds originating from paid social campaigns ultimately convert into Purchases on other (non-paid social) channels. What's the best way to achieve this? Here's my attempt at creating a segment for product YYY-123 but I'm not sure if my understanding of Hit/Visit/Visitor scopes is correct:Visitor scopeContainer 1 - Include (Visit scope)Tracking Code contains XXX (CID for paid social)Cart Add is greater than or equal to 1eVar for Product Code contains YYY-123 (filters only a specific product)THENContainer 2 - Include (Visit scope)Tracking Code does not contain XXXPurchase is greater than or equal to 1eVar for Product Code co

I've seached the forum here but don't see any recent updates. Can anyone share a survey they send to requesters at the completion of a project for satisfaction feedback? Can you also share how you do it? I'm assuming we would link off to something like a survey monkey. Thanks!

My company recently launched Apple Pay but we are under reporting in Adobe compared to our backend reporting. We have a theory that she is exiting the site after Apple Pay is complete before our confirmation tag loads, so the order still processes on the backend but doesn't register in Adobe. Has anyone else seen this issue? And if so, is there a work around to make sure we are capturing all Apple Pay orders in Adobe?

Is there a way to see the difference between one-click-unsubscribes vs list unsubscribes / unsubscribes report wise in Marketo?

Have just discovered a recurring monthly payment of $29.99 labelled as Adobe Services coming from my PayPal account.I use no Adobe products, nor have I done in the past 18 months. I cannot, for the life of me, find any way to contact Adobe online, nor is there apparently any account associated with the email address of my PayPal. Besides the helpline (I cannot currently call as I am overseas), what recourse do I have? Is it even worth my time to attempt to get to the bottom of it/seek a refund?Thank you

Anyone know how to recover a deleted proof comment? Thanks

Hi all, I need to alphabetize the Tag field Suggestions Dropdown List, I tried with the approach of overlaying the suggestion.jsp file Which is in /libs/cq/gui/components/coral/common/form/tagfield/suggestion/suggestion.jspbut the dropdown list was alphabetize order upto 10 results and next 10 results re-alphabetize again due to the results came under different responses, where each response holds only 10 results. As I observed this line from/libs/cq/gui/components/coral/common/form/tagfield/render.jspWhere the offset.limit is causing the 10 results per responsefinal String suggestionsrc="/mnt/overlay/cq/gui/content/coral/common/form/tagfield/suggestion{.offset,limit}.html?root=" + Text.escape(tagRootPath) + "{&query}";So is there any default way get the entire result as a single response alphabetize, kindly give some suggestions on this please. ThanksNandheswara

Hello Community,is there a way to create a report that will show duration times (or average duration) between the time that the person has entered Marketo database and the time when they reached a certain score threshold (i.e. 60 points) or their status changed to MQL/Marketing Review?FYI, we are not using Revenue Cycle Modeler, and we are not time stamping the above fields/activities. Additionally, it would be great to have these periods/averages segmented - i.e. average duration per vertical / function / position.Any ideas?

Hi all - How do I create a content fragment that has a multifield with a tagfield accomodating multiple tags?  I'm using this example to create multifields with textfields only, but am unable to get a multifield to work with a textfield and tagfield. When I try to author the multifield with text, and multiple tags, it saves the text and the first tag only.  Thanks!

Hi everyone,I recently installed the AEM Forms add-on from the software distribution website onto the cloud version of AEM. However, upon trying to open any page of the site project, I encountered an error as attached. Additionally, I am experiencing errors when attempting to access the forms and documents section under forms. Upon checking the AEM system console, I noticed that the newly added forms bundles are in the installed state.Initially, I suspected that errors such as "cannot be resolved" might be due to the JDK version 11.0.20. Consequently, I downgraded the JDK version to 11.0.19, which resolved some errors. However, despite having many bundles in the installed state, the issue persists.Could someone please provide assistance in resolving this issue?Thank you.Error in Page:  Form Opening Error:

Hi,In AJO is there a possiblity of adding video while drafting content for either email or whatsapp message. If this is possible can you please help me with steps how we can do same. Thanks

As per documentation, the pre-hiding snippet is typically hardcoded before the launch tag, but I am seeking guidance on integrating it within Adobe Launch(integrated with AEM using ims approach) itself. Additionally, any best practices or recommendations for this integration would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, We want to automate releases in ACC and we were wondering if it is possible to use revision control system as GIT in order to do so. I do not think it is feasible but I would like to know if there is another way of doing things instead of relying on packages?

We have an Issue Custom Form and a field in there named IA Extension - check box. Is there a way to notify a specific user when this field is ticked off within an Issue Custom form?

How can we prepopulate a Date Field within an Issue Custom form with today's date automatically?

Hello, The dialog for the component, which contains three levels of nested multifields with approximately 150 filled items, experiences significant latency, taking around 10 minutes to open Upon inspecting the browser's Network tab while opening the dialog, and it seems like there are a ton of requests being sent out (more than 30), but they're all coming back with the same responses. It seems like there's something causing the system to generate way more requests than necessary, which is obviously slowing everything down. Could you please advise on how to address this issue?

Hi,  I´m in an AEM cloud project, I´m trying to configure the dispatcher to redirect to specific error pages (client don´t want to handle this on sling). I want to handle errors 404 and 500 for now. I have the next config in dispatcher: <IfModule disp_apache2.c> # Enabled to allow rewrites to take affect and not be ignored by the dispatcher module DispatcherUseProcessedURL On # Default setting to allow all errors to come from the aem instance DispatcherPassError 1 </IfModule> # Error pages handling # Set ERRORDOCS based on URL SetEnvIfNoCase Request_URI "^/([a-z]{2})/.*" ERRORDOCS=$1/errors # Set to default if not exists SetEnvIfNoCase ERRORDOCS ^\s*$ ERRORDOCS=errors <LocationMatch /> # Redirect 500 y 404 errors to the corresponding pages based on ERRORDOCS ErrorDocument 500 /%{ENV:ERRORDOCS}/500 ErrorDocument 404 /%{ENV:ERRORDOCS}/404 </LocationMatch></Virt
