Solved

Hi All, So from time to time we are encountering issues where an error box appears saying "could not copy" or "could not move" or "could not save". nothing is popping up on the error logs and the message itself isn't providing any clues to what the issue is. AEM version: 6.2service pack: service pack 1 installed.  Any insight as to what this could be would be helpfulThanksEric

My team has just noticed that if a task has a finish-to-finish predecessor only, it will show as Ready to Start when the predecessor isn't actually complete (or showing as green). WF support has explained to me that technically finish-to-finish predecessors can start whenever but just have to finish with the indicated predecessor task. I'm just wondering if anyone has a workaround so that finish-to-finish predecessors will stop showing as Ready to Start in dashboards and reports until the predecessor task is actually complete and the current task can start? I've attached a picture that demonstrates what I am trying to explain!

Hi All - I am trying to establish global content download forms hosted on our website however, each download is a different piece of content.  So I thought the next best thing was to build a global TY page however, I am not quite sure how to set it up where each submission goes to the right content.  How is this best achieved?  Please help.  The one workaround I can see is cloning the global form for each asset and the direct after submission goes to the PDF.  Is this the only option?  I would love to know how to build one global form but set up the follow up page based on the asset type.   Any recommendations are welcomed.

Hi Everyone, I am trying to implement cross-domain tracking on AEP using Data Collection and both domains already implemented with Web SDK. May I know how can I to implement cross-domain tracking to ensure ECID remain the same when user navigate across domains? Thanks a lot! 🙂Zac

If I have a page path of /content/country/us/oregon/portland/homepage, how does AEM look up this path? I know AEM JCR database is No SQL, so there won't be any primary key or foreign key involved.

Mxtoolbox is able to identify SPF records for two of our subdomains however google is stating the SPF success rate is 0% for these two subdomains. Is there something we need to do on marketo's end for google to find the SPF record for these two subdomains?
