Solved

I've been looking and found a few older posts that had text code that was supposedly going to work in achieving this, but I have had no luck. At the moment they only wish to see these projects, so that they are aware of what is going on in their team. I don't know that they will want to manage these at any time, and I know that a project can be updated for that purpose. right now, I just want to build a report, or even a filter, that allows this user to see only what is shared with them. Thank you for your help.

How do you customize the logo and logon appearance for WF?

Hello. I am making a report that needs to list how many of each job role is attached to a project. The problem is that one project can have multiple tasks assigned to the same person that has a job role. So is there any way to count unique job roles per project?

I have a doubt referring to the function nowWithDelta. Can I use nowWithDelta(0, "days"), i.e, using the first parameter with the value "0"?

Hello folks! Can the Stage settings options be displayed, when creating New proof version, by default instead of having to click > to display?Users want to be able to see the Deadline options dates easily. These dates are not integrated with the Workfront project deadline. Please see pics.

Hi Community,I have a proof where two of the users have marked the stage as not relevant to them, but their proof status shows that they've commented, which they haven't. Is that normal? I've never noticed that before. Thanks!

Hi All, I have a project created with a set of tasks. I had updated duration, planned hours and assigned the tasks to an agile team. Once the tasks were assigned to the agile team, those tasks were showing up in the team's backlog. When I added few tasks from the backlog to one of the iterations, the duration of the tasks in the tasks list in the Project page got updated to very large numbers (57 days) whereas the original duration i had updated is very less ( 1 Day). Not sure why this is happening. How to retain the original duration of the task after it is getting assigned to an iteration. Please provide your inputs. Thanks in advance.

Hi,  We are in the process of building comma separated values calculated fields to map to AEM tags. Currently there are multiple fields from Workfront that need to be mapped to one AEM Tags.  In Workfront we have multiple fields for Audience, Channel & Social Identity but in AEM, those values are combined in tags. Based on this post, we will need to create a calculated field to combine the multiple fields in WF and to be able to separate those by commas: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/administration-and-setup/configure-integrations/configure-aacs-integration This is how we build our calculated field: CONCAT({DE:AudienceType},", ",{DE:Audience - Engineer},", ",{DE:ChannelType},", ",{DE:ChannelType - Adv},", ",{DE:ChannelType - Digi},", ",{DE:ChannelType - Digi - Mobile},", ",{DE:ChannelType - Event})Each of the fields we have above are multi-select dropdown fields. I am using the expression ,", ", between each fields to

Hello community! I am hoping to create a report that shows the Oldest task in a project (i.e. the FIRST task). We would like to track projects that take more than one sprint to complete and currently, we track the sprint ID on each task with a custom field. It would be okay if this is 2 reports but ideally it would be: Project Names | Oldest Task Name | Oldest Task Due Date | Oldest Task custom field | Newest Task Name | Newest Task Dues Date | Newest Task Custom field the tasks could also be on 2 lines for each project, I don't mind.

I have the same multi-select dropdown field on request, project and task forms that only wants to populate the field on the project form when converting a request to a project using a project template. The project form is in the project details section and the task form is in the task details on the project template. I was hoping that the task field would auto-populate just like the field on the project form does, but I have to manually set the selection. Is it not possible to have the selection synced on the same filed in the three different forms?

Should I put different offers into one Offer Collection? As an example:1. 5% discount - Collection 12. Free delivery - Collection 2  And then in evaluation Criteria put them in specific order1. Collection 22. Collection 1  On the other I can put everything into one Collection and then in Evaluation Criteria every offer would be evaluated based on the priority??

Is there a way to check, either via API or UI, the specific times at which my streaming segments were evaluated within the last 24 hours? I could not locate in Monitoring Dashboard also didn't find any API.

Is there any way that we can use directly to calculate the Customer Life Time Value through AEP-RTCDP, which Marketeer can directly use to find their customer's Lifer Time Value using AEP UI, I found a way using Data Distiller, but I don't think that Marketer can write so much SQL queries. So Just looking for any way that can help me to draw some business decision based on my customer's LTV.

when i open any audience including having thousands of profile qualified under the audience, it still show zero sample profile in the segment UI. I have checked for few other segments too. for most of them it shows blank screen, and for segment it shows 'check back later' message.

at what time we need to craete batch and stream audience need to create ?why only we need to evening time?

We are receiving data into  (AEP) from multiple sources via Azure Data Factory , using SFTP for file transfers. The files appear successfully in the target location at first, and we have a Dataflow set up in AEP to process them. However, when the Dataflow is triggered, it fails with an error, and we’ve observed that the source file disappears after the Dataflow running. Within our ADF pipeline, there is a step where the files are encrypted and then deleted after processing. While we’re not entirely certain this deletion is directly causing the Dataflow to fail, it seems likely that the file is being removed before the Dataflow has finished reading it.Error summary CONNECTOR-1001-500: Error in copying the data from Source.Error code: 2200Description : /mapBVToAEP_DailyEvents_20250707.jsonl.pgp is not a valid file path

Can we track Success/failure of load on a page within adobe analytics. What metrics dimension do we use to track it for reporting ?

Is it possible to schedule any Fusion scenario on a specific date of every month? ex: 10th of every month All I see is the Minutes, Time, Day and month selections in the trigger settings.

Hi everyone,  In my current adobe setup, I have AEP, Event forwarding and Adobe data collection. The use case I have requires me to send data from Websdk to Event forwarding property to Google Analytics. For this particular use case, I need to generate new google client if it doesnt exist and use the existing google client ID if it does exist. How can I do so? Is there a way for me to refer to IDs/parameters stored in AEP using rules or data element in Data collection/launch? If this can be achieved, is this near real time? What is the delay here?  TLDR; Refer to data stored in AEP using adobe launch/data collection.  Thanks for helping :))

On my env would work people from 3 different entities. I would like label datasets in that way:1. Entity 1 users - they would see only datasets with entity 1 data2. Entity 2 users - they would see only datasets with entity 2 data3. Entity 3 users - they would see only datasets with entity 3 data I did this excercise by using Labels. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/access-control/abac/permissions-ui/labels I add custom label to the Entity 1 Dataset and did not add that label to the user group to which Entity 1 user does not belong to. But this did not work. Any ideas?

Is it mandatory to enable a Primary Identity when streaming data from a website into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)? If the Primary Identity is not enabled in an event-based schema, will the data fail to appear in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Workspace?

Hi there, I have question about the incremental data logic when export dataset data: If I schedule a dataset export job to export incremental data on a daily basis, and one day's task fails when sending data to SFTP, will the next day's task resend the previous day's data, or will it only send that day's incremental data? Thanks

Data in legacy dataset is source from Adobe Analytics (lots of columns)I need to modify one column in the dataset and write out the record to a new datasetI do not want to list 1,000+ columns in my select or insert queriesI known I can use "with (schema=<schema>)" when creating the output datasetWhat I want is the select query to also reference the schema  create table with (schema=<schema1>) as select <something here to get all columns from the dataset>, <somefunction>(offending column) as original columnFrom <dataset>
