Hi everyone, How can I get the clicks and cancels events of an Inapp since Queries? I was using the variable _experience.customerJourneyManagement.messageInteraction.urlID, but when someone edit the text of the "Interact Event" in the edit mode of the campaign, all the information changes, so I need to know what variable or column give me the real numbers of the events that click and cancel. If I'm not clear, please tell me,Thanks for your attention,Regards,Diego P.

I've been investigating the below dispatcher issue. Can you please provide pointers on the below.I have a cq:Page titled 'index' and under this page there is 'xyz.html'. This is only visible to group "xyz1" and not visible to group "xyz2" configured on the publisher. Initially when cache is empty a user in group xyz2 will see a 404 - Not Found error for the following requests made in the browser: 1) http://dispatcher-hostname.com/content/index.html, 2) http://dispatcher-hostname.com/content/index/xyz.htmlWhen a user from group xyz1 requests URLS 1) and 2) above, the docs are cached separately in docroot and are seen in the cache as the following: 1) ../docroot/content/index.html and 2) ../docroot/content/index/xyz.html as expected.When user from group xyz2 requests the cached documents they are able to access http://dispatcher-hostname.com/content/index.html which is NOT expected. However the user still gets a 404 - Not Found error when they access the 2nd URL: http://dispatcher-hostna

Wondering if anyone has thoughts on the Google Sender Guidelines posted that those sending to 5000 or more google accounts have to comply to by 2/1/2024. We are reviewing our email sends to ensure we are compliant to all of the requirements before then. One thing that has come up is the one click unsubscribe. Currently we have a subscription preference center, and are hesitant to use the one-click link broadly as we have seen email tester software scanning our emails and links which inflates email metrics as is. We don't want to add inaccurate unsubscribes to the mix as well. Marketo hasn't offered a solution or work around and states these google guidelines haven't came up yet. Curious if others are aware/can weigh in here if experiencing similar.

We configured Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as an OAuth 2 client using a custom provider and setting up the Adobe "Granite OAuth Application and Provider."Overall, the configuration is working fine, but we have encountered a couple of challenges related to the access token payload and cookie encryption. We would appreciate your guidance on the following matters:Access Token Payload:We would like to access the properties present in the access token payload. Could you please provide us with information on how we can access the access token payload within our AEM implementation? Any guidance or code examples would be highly appreciated.Encrypted Cookie:We attempted to save the access token in a cookie for further usage. However, we noticed that the cookie is encrypted. We would like to decrypt the cookie to extract the access token when necessary. Can you please advise us on the appropriate method or steps to decrypt the cookie and retrieve the access token?

I have sent an email in waves, and instead of sending 10% every 10 minutes its sending 10 emails every 10 minutes... this is a problem as their is over 25k emails to send. Is there a way to force delivery all deliveries? Or do I have to cancel the delivery and send to those not delivered? Thanks

Hi,I have some customers in my profile store and has some attributes to it.I ingested some data in particular datasets, that will change the values in customer profile.Do i need to wait sometime, to reflect the changes done in dataset to reflect in profilesOr is there any API that we can fire to update the profile of any customer or dataset

I have an email that looks like this where we want "hello.world" hyperlinked (for example): Please go to the hello.world website to see the buyers guide. You can also check the hello.world website for the sellers guide. The 1st link should go to 1.com and the 2nd link should go to 2.com. However when I go to link the 2nd instance of "hello.world" it automatically shows the 1.com, but it should go to 2.com. If I change it, it changes both. They appear to be connected even though I want them to go to different links. How do I accomplish this?

How can I reset ECID on a certain trigger. In my case I want to reset to a new ECID after a click on a certain element in the page. I can't find any OOTB functionality for it or method that I can use within the Web SDK.

Adobe Experience Manager, Version 2023.8.13099.20230810T160553Z | (I followed this method to check the version) Hi there!  I've been running in circles for weeks with this problem and I don't know what to try anymore, so I'm hoping to get some answers here. PS: I'm very new to this What I want to accomplish: create a servlet that lets me update my model/component via an external payload (postman). I have a model with the fields "name" and "age" and they should start empty, and should update with the name and age I send via postman.  Lastly, I want to create a scheduler that updates it every 30 seconds, clearing the content that was sent via servlet, but I'm not there yet, first I need to make the content actually display on the page with the servlet.   This is all for learning purposes.   First, see how my AEM page is displaying right now: https://i.imgur.com/GwzC6dY.pngIt's showing a null value for both fields. If I double click and ma

 I am trying to integrate MS Teams with AEM. For example I want to send a notification for below events, Some of the basic events,When a page gets publishedWhen a code is deployed or package is installed I came to know this can be achieved through Adobe I/O but I could not see any any single event for AEM events when I login into https://developer.adobe.com/console/projectswant  In above screenshot I could see events for Experience Platform, Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud products. I dont see AEM product and it's related events. Am I checking it in correct place ? Is there any other interface there to see the list of available AEM events? Ref - https://developer.adobe.com/developer-console/docs/guides/services/services-add-event/

Adobe Target Recommendations is not showing up which was working perfectly fine from 2 months on the home page. I tried to debug with "mboxTrace=window&authorization=872390ab-b52f-4332-8584-beec2948a0ec" and it shows no-content in the response. When I downloaded recommendations data in CSV file, I see there is data in that file {"Unsatisfied Criterion Algorithm Request": {"Criterion : Algorithm - Criteria Recently Viewed" : {"cause" : "nothing to recommend, unable to locate user.viewedEntities"},}} Payload:"execute": {"pageLoad": {"parameters": {"icid": "","xcid": "","pageType": "home-page","entity.country": "us","entity.language": "en"}}}

I'm somewhat new so I may not be doing this correctly... I'm using two custom forms, a Request Form usable by our sales team to capture the initial project specifics of their request, then a custom Project Form when we convert their request to a project for completion and add additional details. I need to see the info in the Request Form first in Project Details, but the system shows the Project Form first. Is there a way to change the default project settings so that Request always sits on top?

Hi guys!I'm trying to get rid of a couple of emails that shouldn't receive my email, so I created an "exclusion smart list" with all records I want to exclude. Then I used that smart list as "person not in" and set my exclusion smart list.   If I check my exclusion smart list, I can see the records I want to exclude, I see test@test.com with the name Pedro. Then I checked the Qualified People of my campaign and I saw again test@test.com with the name Mike.   So yeah, I have test@test.com duplicated in the system with different data, but same email. So I want to exclude the email from my send, it is possible to do that?   This is just an example, but I have a couple of duplicated records and I need them to be excluded from the send.   Thanks!

Hi all,For the Marketo instance I inherited, I see there are field dependency rules set between Lead source and Lead source activity in Salesforce. This rule results in sync errors when the lead source and activity values don't match and gets difficult to debug. I wanted to know if this is common practice, and if yes what's the real benefit of doing this? I need to rework the dependencies as a lot of them do not make sense, but before I start that exercise wanted to check if it makes sense to have these rules setup in the first place. Any help is appreciated.  Thanks,Shweta.

Hi Team,I have a question, Adobe Experience Platform shall support a Maximum Tolerable Period of Disruption of 1 hour including staged recovery.Could you please share Adobe Experience Platform SaaS Model Documentation if available.Thank you.

Hi All, We are planning to capture redirect data in Adobe analytics when there is traffic going to vanity URLs that redirects to our marketing site. For context, this is required to provide clarity to sources of traffic that currently appear as “Typed/Bookmarked”. Below is the reference guide followed.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/technotes/redirects.html%3Flang%3Des I have tried updating the rewrite rule used for ACS Redirect Mapper feature. But this is not helpful.  Basically I want to preserve HTTP Referrer when using a 301 Redirect. Please share any thoughts or pointers here. # Add authorable RewriteMapRewriteMap usredirects "dbm:/etc/httpd/conf.d/redirectmaps/us.map"RewriteCond ${usredirects:$1} !=""RewriteRule ^(.*)$ ${usredirects:$1|/}?originref=%{HTTP_REFERER} [L,R=301]

One of the great benefits of using the AEM archetypes is that they're already setup at the component level to update the adobeDataLayer, but that doesn't seem to be the case when going through  the WKND SPA example. Does anyone know if there is a convenient way to modify the setup to automatically populate the adobeDataLayer without having to re-write the sling model for all of the SPA components? Thank you,J

Hi, We have the ability (highlighted in the image) to add metadata properties to the created output when generating the JSON file in the output preset. However, the metadata properties are not added to the output file after selecting this option.  To obtain the metdadata properties on the created output file, do we need to make any further configurations? Regards,Manoj

Hi !I created a loop to extract all the product prices.I need to use those values in math calculations.What is the right syntax to achieve that ? {{#each profile.productsInCart}} This price = {{this.price}} <!-- This price = 22.88 (Working) --> This Price + TVA = {{ 1.7*this.price }} <!-- Not working --> This Price + TVA = {%= 1.7*this.price %} <!-- Not working --> This Price + TVA = {%= 1.7*{{this.price}} %} <!-- Not working --> {{/each}} I can see the value for {{this.price}} , but I cannot use in other context (eg helper functions).Thank you!

Problem Statement:We are trying to implement SPA Editor using VUE3. As per recommendation from adobe we have used @mavice/aem-vue-editable-components provides the integration layer between AEM and VUE components. However, the @mavice/aem-vue-editable-components is not compatible with VUE3.  https://github.com/adobe/aem-project-archetype/issues/766 GIT REPO for VUE2https://github.com/mavicellc/aem-guides-wknd-spa/tree/Vue/create-project-start  https://www.npmjs.com/package/@mavice/aem-vue-editable-components Can anyone suggest an alternative plugin which can be used for VUE3 instead? https://github.com/mavicellc/aem-vue-editable-components

I have a Java model that populates my react component. The model can take an offset value to return the next 10 newest items which I am passing via a query param (?page=). Right now I am using ModelManager.getData to fetch the json with ?page=2 to return 10 new items. I have this working now by setting state on the whole props object for the component and updating state on click. Im curious if theres a better design pattern for updating java models via query params and then refreshing the front end model in AEM? Or maybe I'm already on the right path. export default class BlogFeed extends Component { baseCss = 'BlogFeed'; constructor(props) { super(props); this.state = { blogFeed: this.props.blogFeed }; this.handleClick = this.handleClick.bind(this) } handleClick() { // Pass param to component model directly const componentPath = this.props.cqPath + ".model.json?page=2"; ModelManager.get

We are looking for a way to allow our associates to build their own "store" microsites in AEM Cloud. Has anyone done this? Specifically, we would like for our associates to be able to: Choose a store theme from a set of themes created by my company;Upload a photo and write textual content, which will be published to the microsite after my company's approval;Highlight specific products on the microsite.It would be many thousands of microsites.
