Hi Team,Current Scenario - Working on multiple AEM implementations. Given most of the implementations have huge number of assets, we want to have a centralized/Enterprise DAM implementation. 1. What are the use cases for Enterprise-DAM ?2. Best practices for planning, governance, taxonomy, workflows etc for Enterprise DAM ?3. How would AEM and NON-AEM systems refer the assets from E-DAM?

Hello All, In AEM core components section, do we have Audio podcast component? If yes, please guide me. Or else, how can I create custom component from scratch. Thanks in advance.

My dispatcher website, 10.0.0.4/content/.., is missing the down arrow for a dropdown menu that is visible on the publisher website, 10.0.0.5:4503/content/.   Here is the source code for the element: <a role="button" tabindex="0" aria-selected="false" aria-expanded="false" data-guide-toggle="accordion-tab" data-guide-id="guideContainer-rootPanel-panel-parentHowDoesItWorkPanel-howitworkspanel__"><span class="guideSummary" data-guide-id="guideContainer-rootPanel-panel-parentHowDoesItWorkPanel-howitworkspanel__">How does it work?</span></a>

We want to enable basic authentication to access servlets at the /bin/<project> on author instances. This approach is working perfectly fine on Publisher with some dispatcher config updates. What configuration would be needed to allow /bin/<project> with Basic Auth on AMS author environment?

Hi All, I'm trying to send a CSV report attachment via delivery. It works fine for some days, and some days the report is getting triggered as a blank CSV file, even though my workflow has count. If I trigger it again, I'm getting a proper report. Why is this happening? Any solution to this issue would be appreciated. This is happening in Adobe campaign classic version 7  Regards,Sujith kumar

Hello All, I am preparing for MCE & came across below question. I am confused on the correct answer as the key say option B is correct. Can someone guide how is option B correct.   An Adobe Marketo Engage expert is tasked with creating an operational email compliance campaign that needs to update the “Unsubscribed Date” and the “Unsubscribed History” fields. The “Unsubscribed Date” is a custom date type field created to log the person's date of unsubscribe and clear out the field when a person re-subscribes. The “Unsubscribe History” is a custom text area field created to store the dates when a person's “Unsubscribed” field changed to the True value. How should the campaign be set up to ensure that both the custom fields are updated for all the Unsubscribed people created or updated?   o Smart List - Use "Person is Created" and “Data Value Changes” triggers. Use the “Unsubscribed” field is False filter. Flow Step 1 - Use "Change Data Value" step to update the "Unsubs

I am using the create SF task flow step in several campaigns and assigning them to our reps in SF.  One of our reps left the company temporarily and then came back.  Rather than reactivating the old user record in Salesforce when he returned, a new user record was created.    The Marketo create task flow step is now only detecting the old inactive user record in SF and is erroring out and not creating tasks because it's registering him as being inactive.  What's stranger, is it's doing fine assigning leads to the correct SF user record.  When setting up the flowstep, I only have one option for the "assigned to" user on the task.  Any ideas on where I can troubleshoot this connection or how to go about fixing the issue?        **Salesforce does not allow the deletion of a user record, so that is not an option, and this is a SF user not a Marketo user so deleting and creating a new Marketo user will not fix the issue either.  T

I have an engagement program with four active streams and need to make some changes to the emails. Do I have to turn the program off AND deactivate each stream? Or do I just have to do one or the other?   Plus, I wish to avoid making any changes that would impact the current state of the program/not interrupt the leads as they go through the stream.    Thanks for any suggestions!

Hello,I've been using this document to setup the Web sdk extension on my Tag -AEP web sdk-Ingest streaming data .In the section-Add web sdk extension,it asks to set the CNAME. I'm using AEM cloud to check the results of my tag property-https://author-p14003-e30147.adobeaemcloud.com/content.   instead of luma website-enablement.adobe.comNow as per the document, they have configured data on the domain enablementadobe.com because of which they are using data.enablementadobe.com as the CNAME . I tried using data.adobeaemcloud.com but i got "405" as the response in the header. Then I tried author-p14003-e30147.adobeaemcloud.com  but then I got "403" as the response. I'm unable to get the web.webpagedetails.pageViews results due to this. Can somebody help me on giving the CNAME while setting up the Web SDK extension.

We created a mobile property for Launch but it does not work correctly. In Charles I can see only these path URLs which don't look right to me https://assets.adobedtm.com/17abb0d42a9b/b951414f1e35/launch-dc5ac5a17ed1-rules.zipI enabled Mobile Core, Profile and Adobe Analytics. However, it seems that something is missing.  How can we troubleshoot? We do not use AEP, we have standalone Adobe Analytics product, so we implement as SDK integration via solutions-specific endpoints.

I know how to track link click using click event  using css selector in adobe launch. But I am trying to get a custom code that can be used in adobe launch to listen for link click and then get link name from that link and store it in evar and prop and custom link name. Can somebody throw a code just link that? Actually I am challenging myself to make use of custom js code.

We create snippets from mobile in our template for sections we use frequently e.g. a mobile app snippet. This is great as it allows us to update it everywhere if it becomes out of date. I usually do this by mostly using the code build in our email template, which has worked fine but we have a media query in the template telling paragraph text to increase in size on mobile. Is it possible to get the snippet to listen to the template media query? I have tried adding in style tags to the snippet but marketo seems to automatically remove them.

Hi Everyone, I am trying to do a POC on email marketing in AEM. I am trying to follow the below document: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/classic-ui/personalization/classic-personalization-campaigns-email.html?lang=en  My AEM version is 6.5.18. There is no default email newsletter template so i am trying to add my own template. I have extended the mcm/campaign/components/newsletter/page to create a template.Using this i can create a newsletter but i am not able to add content to the email. Is this the correct approach? Any suggestions would be helpful! With this template i am able to create a news letter but i am not getting an options to add components/contents to the email.

Hello, I have a popup that is shown after 10 seconds or if the user scrolls to the bottom of the page. What I need is to know who sees the popup. In the event configuration I don't see any event type to do this. Does anyone know how I can do this? Thank you for the help!

Hi Community,   I am studying for the Marketo exam and recently took the practice test.   I missed a handful of questions and have been reviewing the correct answers but am not sure why they are correct.   I will not post the actual questions from the practice test, but similar ones that I've recreated in Marketo.   Please see one of my questions below:   Which two activities allow a person to qualify for the campaign below? (Choose two.)     Email is delivered and the person filled out Email Status update form but not Webinar Form. Email is delivered and the person did not fill out Email Status update form or Webinar Form. Email is sent and the person did not fill out Email Status update form or Webinar Form. Email is delivered and the person filled out both Email Status update form and Webinar Form.   Correct Answer: A & B   I answered D.   My thinking was that the person would qualify if the email was delivered to them AND the

Hi everyone    Our company has decided to use Gotowebinar landing page and form to manage registrations for reporting reasons (we are not able to sync fields other than First Name, Last Name and Email Address to GTW).    However, I cannot figure out how to process registrations in Marketo when the landing page and form are built in Gotowebinar - it doesn't seem to sync automatically when I 'refresh from webinar provider', even after a 24 hour wait:      If a smart campaign is required to process registrations, what would be the best trigger?      Thank you!

We have moved our pages to AEP WebSDK on some pages and for us to implement below, we would need to know where in XDM would the Referrer be? https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/technotes/redirects.html?lang=en

Hello everyone,   I'm currently in the process of trying to deprecate our use of Segment (an event-handling framework) and move towards a more API-focused approach to working with custom activities. But I'm unclear if I can just use the primaryAttributeValue to index our activity, or if we need to somehow get the leadId to trigger this.   For more specifics, let's say that we want to give people an option to opt out of marketing emails for GDPR compliance. During signup, we would get an email and (our internal) customer id, but I don't know if we've created a lead for them in Marketo yet. In Segment (docs) I would get the Custom Activity ID, determine what field is the primary key, and upload whatever other information is pertinent. So if I know that "myself@me.com" doesn't want an email, I assume that there is something that can figure out which lead has that email and do the necessary actions.   However, when looking through some API documentation (this doc, this ref),
