Hi all, Campaign Templates vs Delivery Templates.1.Why do we need both of these?2. What is used where?3. Is one a super set of the other? Appreciate all your responses. Thanks,Rama.

There seems to be a latency of about 10-15 minutes for a offer to display - in my use case, I have capping set to 1. Once the offer with the highest priority is displayed, it is being capped at 1 as expected, but it takes about 10-15 minutes for the offer with the next priority to be displayed. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Tried with both Edge and Batch audience segments/AEP Web SDK is applied on the website.#AJO#Offers

Hi All, I am looking for somewhere to host a secure form. The form I am looking to build will trigger an email, based on the input.   I.e. (basic explanation).   Reciever email address: Email line 1: Email line 2:  Email line 3: Email from address:   Once this form is complete, it will build the email based on the tokens and send the email to the inputted address.    Now, hosting this form on a Marketo landing page means that if someone in the 'outside world' were to get hold of the URL they would equally be able to trigger an email from myself. I understand you can Noindex and Nofollow the web page, but if for whatever reason they got hold of the URL, it's still a risk.   Is there an option with a Marketo flow to trigger some sort of authorisation once an email is built. I.e. the email 'sender' receives an email with the preview of it and the ability to click a button to release it.    Or is there a more secure way to lockdown a marketo lan

Hi Team, I am trying to query service for a dataset 'TEST_DATASET" which has an Array field - "products"I am trying to query in Query Service -select field1, field2, field3, productsfrom TEST_DATASETwhere VARCHAR(products) like '%pencil%'  Basically i am trying to check if the 'product' field, which is an Array datatype, contains the value 'pencil'. I am unable to use the array field in WHERE clause without converting to String. I have tried multiple functions - VARCHAR, ARRAY_TO_STRING, TO_STRING, INLIN but none of them are supported and throwing an error.  Please suggest how do I convert an array field into string to be used in WHERE clause in Query Service.

Hello, everyone.@angeles_arcia and I are learning ACC. We're working on a project and we would like to know if it's possible to access a context variable created in a web form from the client side. We're attempting to dynamically render some elements from an array in the HTML source code. This is our current approach:We've added a <div> element with the id "checkboxes," and we also have an array called 'categories' that stores categories such as 'Outdoor,' 'Clothing,' and so on in ctx.vars. Although the JavaScript syntax appears to be correct for us, we keep encountering the 'ctx is not defined' error in the web console, leading us to believe that we don't have access to these variables from the client side. Is there a way to achieve this? Are we making it more complicated than it needs to be? Thank you for reading!

Hello,I'm working for a french retailer. We have an adobe console installed in french. We've got some display issue with a "double" type. Here's how it's declared in the schema : <attribute desc="Montant Agregé de la Cagnotte" label="Montant Agregé de la Cagnotte"               name="MontantAggCagnotte" sqlname="montantAggCagnotte" type="double"/> When I look at the data inside Adobe Campaign, the separator is a comma (because the console is installed in french). But when I send a email with that field as a personalisation, it's displayed with a point : From what i've seen in the community, it appears that the data stored is the one from the server. Only the display of it is affected within Adobe Campaign. If an attribute Data type defined as ""double" in ... - Adobe Experience League Community - 160591Résolu : Floating data type - Adobe Experience League Community - 328690 Our server is installed

I want to customize the autopk in our schema and start counting from p_1 like p_1,p_2,p_3,p_4,p_5.... so on and my Adobe Campaign Classic is v8.If there is any way to do this, please let me know.

I've a schema in long format that needs to be converted to wide format. I've the schema with data on the left, and I want to create another schema with data, based on the original, but in wide format (right image). Is it possible? There are other fields, but I mainly care about the ones in the image. FIXED SQL:```selectCODSECUENCIALNOTIFICACIONPREFERENCIA,codinternocomputacional,CODGRUPONOTIFICACIONPREFERENCIACLI,NBRGRUPONOTIFIACIONPREFERENCIACLI,CODNOTIFICACIONPREFERENCIACLI,NBRNOTIFICACIONPREFERENCIACLI,NBRTIPBCACLI,CODIDENTIFICADORPREFERENCIA,FECREGISTRONOTIFICACIONPREFERENCIACLI,FECMODIFICACIONNOTIFICACIONPREFERENCIACLI,STRING_AGG(CASE WHEN derivedTable.sFLGCANALACTIVOCOMUNICACIONCLI::boolean IS true THEN derivedTable.sCODCANALCOMUNICACIONCLI END, ', ') AS CODCANALCOMUNICACIONCLIACTIVADO,STRING_AGG(CASE WHEN derivedTable.sFLGCANALACTIVOCOMUNICACIONCLI::boolean IS true THEN derivedTable.sNBRCANALCOMUNICACIONCLI END, ', ') AS DESCANALCOMUNICACIONCLIACTIVADO,STRING_AGG(

So, I've a case where we need the values from "channel_of_comunication_id" from schema "comunications_preference" when filtering "recipients" schema (the OOTB recipients). I think, I have to ways to accomplish this:1.- Link "comunications_preference" schema with Recipients. 2.- Make an Enrichment in the workflow to get that column ("channel_of_comunication_id") from schema: "comunications_preference".  The field "recipients" and "comunications_preference" share is: "codinternocomputacional".While trying to use Enrichment, I don't see the table "comunications_preference" as option to select:  Question: 1.- How to make the link with Recipients?2.- Should I keed noDbIndex="true" for this case? Here is the schema's "comunications_preference" XML: <srcSchema _cs="comunications_preference (abc)" created="xxx"createdBy-id="0" desc="xxx"entitySchema="xtk:srcSchema" img="xtk:schema.png" label="comunications_preference"lastModified="xxx" mappingTyp

Hello, we have this issue in our enviroments since we did an upgrade to the latest build (almost). This is an error that appears in HTML-preview for some and also Targeting and Workflows->Workflow tab. Translation:This domain-site can't be found. No webpage was found for the webbaddress: domainname/tmp21388-0000.xml.  I was told I could check the Network in the Developers tab and see if it was Offline or Slow 3G, but that is not the case.  Not really sure on how to continue, would need some help. Best Regards,Martin

Even in the configuration of the Load activity the 12 rows are recognized, but after data is loaded, in Display target I see only 11.

I'm trying to optimize a workflow: I see this workflow loads a entire table (Carga Recipients) to then do a join with table "Leads" in "Leads vs Recipient". However, in the structure of Leads table I see it is linked to Recipients. Is there a better way to do the join without having to load the entire "Recipients table"?   Edit 1: this is the elements on the schema Lead. <element integrity="normal" label="Recipient" name="recipient" noDbIndex="true"revIntegrity="normal" revLabel="Recipient Lead Link" revLink="LEAD"target="nms:recipient" type="link"><join xpath-dst="@id" xpath-src="@RECIPIENTID"/></element><dbindex name="CODLOTEOFERTA"><keyfield xpath="@CODLOTEOFERTA"/></dbindex>

Hi, We are implementing ACC on-premise and have encountered the below error when trying to login to our instance outside of the local machine: IOB-090020 Error in SSL library:'IOB-090013 error:1416F086:SSL routines:tls_process_server_certificate:certificate verify failed (code 337047686)We have confirmed the web-server is reachble since for example https://<instance-machine>/nl/jsp/logon.jsp is accessable and we can login there (from same machine where the above error is thrown). The application server is behind a loadbalancer, with SSL certificate. We have tried installing the root CA to the truststore on the application server but still having the same issue. Any ideas what could be causing this? /Mattias

I'm working on an invalid email notification system for local Marketo users, so they would be notified if a record with an invalid email address is created and preferably they need to take action and fix it in Marketo otherwise the record gets deleted after 2 weeks (with many reminders). However, in the alert email I send them, I would like to keep the option for them to mark the record "OK for deletion" right away, so if they click on this link they are redirected to an LP created for this purpose.   On the LP, I prefilled the hidden email field from the URL (?Email=example), but here comes the part I couldn't get through:   So these email addresses are mostly broken (eg: asd@@examlpe;;com). This prepopulated value pops up an "invalid input" error message on the page (which it normally should), but in this case, I need these records to "go through"  the form submission process and get marked with "OK to be deleted". I tried doing this with lead ID, but submitting the fo

Hi I'm playing around with the PDF viewer component on AEM.For testing purpose I created the context aware configuration and added a clientID (mapped on my localhost domain) and that works fine (PDF viewer is showing and is functional). Now I want to roll it out on all our domains (talking about an AEM setup with 20+ different PRD domains no subdomains) hosted on Adobe cloun. How do I need to do this?Do we need to create for every domain a separated context aware configuration and create different keys for it, mapped to the right /content path?Or is their an easier approach (a general client ID that can be used for this)? Thanks

Looking for a delivery script wiz to help with this question: - How do I activated coupon codes from the delivery script? (Rather than directly from the delivery properties/advanced/coupon management!) The purpose behind this is to allow us to enable/disable coupon codes in a single delivery template using multiple delivery activities/nodes. One delivery activity has an inbound audience that does not need  coupons. The other delivery activity with the same delivery template applied, Does need coupons.  Thank you
