Hi All,I'm currently exploring the capabilities of Adobe Journey Optimizer and its integration with push delivery. I'm curious to know more about the push delivery send time and the guardrails associated with it. Can anyone please provide insights into how Adobe Journey Optimizer determines the optimal push delivery send time considering ideal behavior from FCM/APNS? Could you also provide any information on  throttling limits associated with Push Deliveries in AJO.

Hi, Have anyone worked with webp format image for headless AEM cloud? We have trouble with retrieving the image from our solution via GraphQL. We do not have Dynamic Media with AEM. Do we have to get Dynamic Media so that we can use webp images in our solution.

We have a journey with streaming audience and are using a condition split for control group (90:10), however not sure what will happen when the counts are as low as 1. Will the journey send 1by 1 to target until the 10th person will go as control group ?  Is there any best way to build the control group?

Hello, We are looking for way to render to more than one offer in a given placement. Considering the scenario, a placement has a decision scope with an collection that has 6 offers in it. A profile is qualified for 3 offers out of 6 and we want to display all the 3 of them in the placement. Is there a viable solution for this? Thanks in advance.

Hi everybody.I'm new to AEM and experimenting with headless mode. I was wondering if there is a way to "attach" a third-party API on a Content Fragment Model making its content Data Driven. The reason to make something like this, is that i want to customize the resulting content JSON, based on the user accessing the page.Is there any light on the end of this tunnel? Or the Content Fragments will always be static after authored?I could also misunderstood the concept involving headless mode. If i do, could you point me to right direction? Thanks in advance.

I'll do my best to describe what the workflow would look like.  Scenerio 1 - A request will be submitted via WF and be converted to a task. From there I would like to create embedded requests within that newly created task if specific fields are NOT blank and map just the fields associated with those specific fields. So I might have up to 5 embedded requests mapping approx. 8 fields to each and leaving approx. 9 blank fields to be populated later. Scenario 2 - would be the same but coming via a web hook. Currently this is set up to come in as a request in WF. I expect it would be the same flow as Scenario 1 just coming in via the web hook. In both Scenarios the information for all of the embedded requests would be exported to cross reference and add content for those 9 blank fields via an outside source (Excel) and then be imported back into WF via Fusion to populate fields on the embedded request form that had not been previously mapped. I hope this explains e

Hi All, I have uploaded a HTML file in HTML content from my local computer but if displays blank on clicking on preview as shown in below image. Any reason why this happens?   Thank you,Rutuja Kelkar

What are the possible reasons for a delivery to get cancelled?

Hello,We are currently working with Adobe Campaign Classic OnPremise and we believe that after the upgrade we did from Neolane (old version) to Adobe Campaign Classic the public key of the product has been modified or somehow it has expired. How can we access to update it or just get it to modify it in our DNS record so that the emails with DKIM signature are sent correctly? Thanks in advance!

Hi All, I am having an issue with extracting a sling model variable in Sightly. Here is the code:<sly data-sly-use.utilModel="mysite.UtilModel"/> <div class="image-title" style="background-image: url('${utilModel.imageRef}');"> === Output ===<div class="image-title" style="background-image: url('');"> But if I do the following, I will get the value of the variable:<sly data-sly-use.utilModel="mysite.UtilModel"/> <div>${utilModel.imageRef}</div>=== Output ===<div>/content/dam/camera2-3.jpg</div> I tested a few cases, it looks like the `style=...` has an impact on it. Can someone explain how to extract a value within inline style? Thanks!-kt

Hello, We have a need to register an Enterprise application (and an application) in Azure AD and configure AEM to use it.  If it is supported by community efforts, that's fine too.  I am ok with trying SAML too however, the instructions online are outdated.  Azure has changed a lot since the instructions were written. Can anybody point me to documentation where I can accomplish this? Thanks,Charles

Hi Team, I hope everyone is keeping well! I just had a thought on iOS 17 policy that will be released in September or early October. As we know that the link tracking information will be removed from the links users share in Messages and Mail, and the links will still work as expected. This will have an impact on Marketo's tracking paarameter mkt_tok as well.  Will this have any impact on Zoom Integration and Marketo forms that we use for webinar registration? We also use Marketo Landing Pages on our website. Will this have any impact on it? Happy to hear your thoughts or correct my understanding.   Kind Regards, Vidhi

I would appreciate if you could please clarify the inherent reporting capabilities of the Adobe Experience Platform, Real-time Customer Data Platform, and Adobe Journey Optimizer without Customer Journey Analytics. We currently utilizes Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe Analytics. With the addition of Adobe Experience Platform, Real-time Customer Data Platform, and Adobe Journey Optimizer, but not Customer Journey Analytics, I am seeking to understand what specific functionality Customer Journey Analytics provides that will not be available.Your insights into the distinct features of Customer Journey Analytics absent from the other Adobe solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Team, We are capturing the Tracking Code/Campaign pages with Query String Parameter(CID) via data element and setting up under the campaign variable through all pages rule. I believe if the page is loading with CID ( www.example.com/?CID=anyvalue ) then the value is going to be store under the eVar0 but if it is not loading with CID (www.example.com/) then without value data categorize under "Unspecified"? Seeing more data under UNSPECIFIED. Any other alternate solution to avoid "Unspecified" ? Regards,Shane

I have created a segment at the hit level using product codes, but when I run a product code report it returns thousands or results for product codes not in my segmentSo I tried creating a hit level segment of just one product code and even that returns hundreds of product codes It is not just junk data of 1 or 2 visit either, on the one with multiple product codes the Top 10 returned product codes include 4 product codes not in my segment

Hi Community Members,Is there a method to modify the package filter mode directly from the Package Manager without having to download the content package, update the mode, and then repackage it by zipping?

When moving content from Non-Cloud AEM instances to a Cloud-hosted AEM instance, we can utilize the Content Migration Tool. Is it possible to use this for synchronizing content between different AEM environments?Could someone kindly share the documentation link that outlines the usage of the Content Migration Tool specifically for content synchronization purposes?

Hi Team,I cleared my certification exam (ADO 600) on 9th August 2023. I have not received my certification yet on certmetrics. Could you please let me know by when will I receive same.Regards,Santosh

Hi all,I am trying to add a 3rd party library to our AEM java project. This project is build in Maven. My Maven build runs successfully, but when I import it in AEM, it crashes and cannot find dependencies that come with said 3rd party. My question is about my build. I included the 3rd party library as a dependency,<dependency><groupId>com.fasterxml.jackson.dataformat</groupId><artifactId>jackson-dataformat-xml</artifactId><version>2.9.0</version></dependency>and even add the .jar file as an <Embed-Dependency> package in the pom with <embed-transitive> set.<Embed-Transitive>true</Embed-Transitive><Embed-Dependency>jackson-dataformat-xml;scope=compile|runtime<Embed-Dependency>This embeds the 3rd party .jar file into my AEM bundle build. When I import this package and install into AEM, my bundle doesn't start and shows the below error, which basically says that all the dependencies for my 3rd party library

Hello guys, I have the following situation here: I'm trying to obtain the content of each page, in order to index it to solr documents. This will be used later, so when searching on the site for a word, the client will get the page which contains the text inside page body, for example. Now, the problem is that, while reindexing the content to solr (which means reading page content), I'm getting a certain desynchronization between solr and what the page is actually containing, more exactly: multiple solr documents, contains the same content.Even more details:-> for this implementation I used : SlingRequestProcessor and SlingInternalRequest and they do not have any possibility for synchronization (like wait for response) - SlingInternalRequest seems offer more options for synchronization, but is just an appearance.-> the actual result looks something like this: the result (page content) coming from the request is used for multiple solr documents, instead of each

Hello team, I need to create a 'Next page exists' segment in AA so I can see the percentage of users that had a next page in their visit (not necessary a list of pages that they visited) when I report on a single page or a list of pages in the table format. In AA we have two ways to create a view of pages that users visit after a specific page ('Flow visualization' and Next of Previous item' panel). So to create a segment, I made a copy of the segment that Adobe creates when using 'Next item' panel for a specific page and then updated the logic in the segment to be high level without a specific page URL in it. Would this set up work/make sense? I compared some data points and overall the numbers weren't that far off if I used Adobe's Next item panel vs. applying my segment in the table. But wanted to get an opinion. Can you please take a look?  Thank you!

Note: this is a question on getting these datapoints from historical data and not how we could capture it moving forwards   Hello all,    Why do I want to have this? I am trying to backfill data for a new field - Last Lead Source (with a new process behind it). As many of you probably have Lead Source/Last Lead Source set up, the field values are calculated based on UTMs primarily but with fallbacks when UTMs are not available. We do use Program channel > Status change quite a bit and certain forms submitted also in some source calculations.    To backfill Last Lead Source I would need to get the latest program channel > Status change for each contact that lacks Last Lead source data.  Similarly, though less important, getting the latest form that was submitted by contact. Ideally I'd want to get to this level  Contact name/ID Latest program channel > Status change Latest form submitted Person A Hosted Webinar > Attended Glo

We are planning to migrate our assets from our AEM instance to the Scene7 server. Our images are scattered across various folders and we have decided to run the migration in batches since we have quiet a lot(>10GB) of assets to migrate. Scene7 BatchUpload was one of the steps we came across which will do the buk metadata write back https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/admin/about-image-video-profiles.html?lang=en#:~:text=In%20the%20workflow%2C%20select%20the,select%20Configure%20in%20the%20toolbar.&text=On%20the%20Batch%20Upload%20to,for%20the%20job%2C%20if%20desired. However there was a recommendation to use it on folders , and this come as part of default dam update asset workflow which we dont want to rerun since we have customization done on the same .Can we take this Scene7 Batch upload step and create custom workflow or do we have any better approach to migrate individual assets in batches to dynamic media w

I am looking to recreate something in Marketo that was possible in systems like Eloqua. Basically I have a list of 300 email addresses that I want to load into a Custom Data Object, but I do NOT want them to create contact records in Marketo. I want to use this Object to exclude this list of emails from a Smart List in an email send.    Is this possible in Marketo?
