Hello,    I am using default programs within an engagement program that consists of three streams. I have 3-5 default programs within each stream.    Do the default program statuses have any impact on one another?   If a lead is given a "Clicked" status within one default program, will they not be eligible to be given a lesser status (e.g. "Send") in any other default program in that Engagement Program regardless of stream OR does that only apply when you are using email assets?

Hello,    I was charged with creating a similar form to this: Where it is presenting two options 1. either sign up for something or continue to the website.   I found the documentation example (https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/assets/forms/examples/) for form submit on non-form click event and figured that was likely where I needed to be, but am facing a couple of challenges   1. How do I make the other fields visibility dependent on selecting the "sign up" option? 2. is this java script code living in a rich text field on the form or on the page where the form exists? 3. how do I assign the element ID? is that in the CSS editing section of the form editor?       Thanks

Hi team!   Just wanted to confirm. If I see the API Call Information window in Marketo and check the request from the last 7 days. Those users would be the only active API users that are currently interacting with my Marketo instance, right?   I ask this because I saw a lot of API users created before me, but nobody knows if they are active or not, but I don't want to delete them to later find out that a partner or an external web service was using them.   Thanks!

Hello,    We sent an email out the other day. imported a list pulled from ZoomInfo. Add personalization (name in SL and company body).  Checking stats, 91% delivery rate (700) and 0.9% open rate (6), and a 0.9%(6) unsubscribed rate.  This seems off as we generally see a 20-30% open rate.  Is anyone facing the issue? Do you have any suggestions on what to do?

Has anyone come up with a way to chart based on a valueexpression in the grouping?   Or can we put a custom form on hours yet?   I want to create a custom grouping on hours for  a chart, ie if Hour Type = Task Time => Task Name otherwise Hour Type.   The grouping text mode is: group.1.valueexpression=IF({hourType}.{name}="Task Time", {task}.{name},{hourType}.{name})   but you can't use that in charts right?

I'm tryin to compose a segment where a user enters our site for the first time and then eventually (at some point in their user journey) enters our checkout process. I want to see all pages they consumed before reaching the checkout URL, but I don't think the Sequential Segment I built is giving me the correct results.   It is a Visitor-level container where the first criteria to be met is Visit Number = 1 THEN Page Name = Checkout-1 or Checkout-2.   Also, the segment is set up only to show people before the sequence. Is this the right way to set the logic up?

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to restrict the data pulled from the source connector. Currently, I have a table in AWS Redshift with approximately 250,000 profile records. However, my development sandbox license only allows for 10,000 records. Therefore, I would like to import only 10,000 records to test if everything is functioning properly. Unfortunately, I haven't found an option to limit the data during the connection process. One potential solution could be to create a new table and transfer 10,000 records from the original table, then link this new table to the AEP dataset. I'm curious if there's an out-of-the-box solution for this.

I've tried manually adding through the funnel icon in advanced settings, but the dashboard won't pull in the URL so I can't view any metrics.

Hi All,    Looking for your support on the AEP to Pega Customer Decision Hub connector. We have received the credentials(Client secret, Client ID ect) to connect with the Pega CDH and AEP is able to connect with the Pega destination when we add the credentials.  We have activated certain segments to the Pega CDH destination but we are getting the error "Authentication error reported while pushing events to the destination. Please check authentication credentials and try again"   Has anyone faced this issue before? or was able to successfully establish a connection between AEP and Pega CDH?Your response will be very helpful! Thanks  Ankita

We are migrating our website to Sitecore this year. Any tips for integrating Sitecore with Marketo? Best practices? Does anyone continue to use Marketo landing pages, or do they embed the form on a Sitecore page?

Hi all, I'm at my wit's end trying to figure out why a relatively simple tag is firing twice on the page. It's a gtag (google analytics tag) that fires on click of an anchor element with the telephone attribute. (see pictures below) This is the script inside of the action 'Tag: GA4 telephone_click event' try{var e = this;let linkText = e.innerText.trim(); let href = e.closest('a').href; const regex = new RegExp('tel:*')//capture the url by getting everything AFTER the 'tel:'const link_url = href.substring(href.indexOf(':') + 1); if(regex.test(href)){gtag('event','telephone_click', {'link_text': linkText || undefined,'link_url': link_url || undefined});}}catch(e){satellite.logger.error('[GA4] telephone_click error: ',e);}When I check the network requests and data layer however.. I see the 'telephone_click' event two times. I don't know why this is happening. I'm also including a picture of the html code for an example of an item I'd be clicking.   After just one click this is how

Hi Team, One of colleague have the Administrator rights to Adobe Analytics, still cannot access to reports on workspace. Under administrator section on https://adminconsole.adobe.com/ I can see  Products -> Adobe Analytics, Administrative Rights -> Product Administrator -> Adobe Analytics these rights already given.   Any suggestions.

Hi Team,   I have implemented the Opt-In feature (Using oneTrust) on one website and I can see that at_check gets created even if the user didn't provided consent - on page load. It means that the at.js gets executed before the oneTrust script executes. In oneTrust, we have configured at_check as an analytical cookie.   NOTE: I have enabled opt-in in the adobe target extension in data collection.   My query is: Should the at_check cookie be considered as an analytical cookie OR an essential cookie? Also, how does opt-In work with Adobe target on the website?   As per the documentation, I found the below info -  at_check: This cookie gives us the ability to test which content is more relevant to you, and show you personalized content based on your behavior.   Any information on this direction will be highly appreciated!

Does implementing SDID impacts analytics data? Has anybody observed any weirdness in the data post implementation. What I am seeing in my dataset is that Overall cart additions do not match with hit segment where cart addition exists + occurrences as a metric. Earlier the data used to match but post implementation it's not. Can Target calls post SDID implementation have an impact on analytics data i.e. impacting out of the box metrics?

I’m using the adobe average time on site metric with the month dimension in a table and I have a total number of 4 minutes and 0 seconds but when I look at the same metric paired with the Page URL or Page dimension the total of the average time spent on site is significantly lower (approx 1 minute). Can somebody explain why these are different?

We are making a static website with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and javascripts. Later we have to move this static site to AEM. we are asking that will it be as simple as we do it in WordPress or Drupal where you easily move a static site to CMS? Or no, in such CMS it will be very different. What considerations to keep in mind during static site development knowing later it has to move to AEM"

I have a dot net application which is wrapped in Xamrin build. I can see analytics traffic from web, but not from Xamrin app. I can see windows object is created and data is build in required structure. But no traffic is going to analytics dashboard. Can someone suggest any solution or any way to debug any points. I tried to get XHR requests initiated from page, but as Analytics request if a 'gif' so I am unable to capture that.

Hello, after integrating AEM with Analytics I can't see the data in Analysis Workspace. What I'm sending to Analytics is the pageName. I can see that in debugger the pathname is shown in the pageName variable, also, when I use /ss in the console network I can see the pageName value as well.   But when I check the Report Suite that I'm using for Stage there is nothing there. Any help is appreciated.

I am building an evergreen email sequence. After a period of time I want people to restart at the beginning. The only way I can see to achieve this is to create two custom fields, one which is Email Number and one which is Email Send Date. These get filled with the relevant email number and send date of that email. This would allow a query to be run where if Email Number = Last Email and Email Send Date > X Days Ago then reset these fields, this would allow the first query that splits the emails to pick them up again and start at the beginning. However, this seems a very long-winded approach and I am wondering if there is a simpler solution I have overlooked?

Hi,   AEM form on a page does not even load when running in debug mode. But when same is loading when working on non-debug mode.   I am setting below JVM parameters. Removing the JVM debug parameter loads the page on the page. Adding it back loads the page but not the form, while other components on page I am able to debug. I need to debug some backend functionalities implemented in project's AEM forms.   set CQ_JVM_OPTS=-Xmx1200m -XX:MaxMetaspaceSize=512M -agentlib:jdwp=transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=n,address=3000   Requesting someone to help on the same.
