Hi All, Recently we are setting up event registration and using the smart campaign for triggering event registration. Here we are using a Trigger "Program Status is Changed" and a filter "Filled out Form", please see the screenshot below: We don't want the people who filled out form A listed in the "Filled out Form" filter to be triggered in this smart campaign but actually, the people who fill out form A still have been triggered, not sure why? Has any one had some ideas? Or should we not use "is not" but using "Not filled out form" this filter?

Hi, I would like a report showing where the visitors to a landing page where customers sign up for an event come from, the newsletter, our web site, other?   Could anyone help me.   Thanks Christine

I am trying to read a "binary" type property value with below code. resourceToRead.getValueMap().get("allFundsDup", Property.class).getBinary(); Here is the error I am getting. result = {BinaryImpl@30400} Method threw 'java.lang.IllegalStateException' exception. Cannot evaluate org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.value.jcr.BinaryImpl.toString() value = {ValueImpl@30402} Method threw 'java.lang.IllegalStateException' exception. Cannot evaluate org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.value.jcr.ValueImpl.toString()   If I evaluate below code, it returns original stream. resourceToRead.getValueMap().get("allFundsDup", Property.class).getBinary().getStream();   what I don't understand is if stream is retrievable , why does first snippet not retrieving Binary object and giving an exception. also when I try getValueMap().get("allFundsDup", Binary.class) same exception occurs.   Any inputs to understand above code.   Thanks, Sri

Hello,   We use a platform we host our website to build and host all the asset download landing pages instead of using MKTO registration landing pages. The MKTO forms are embedded on the registrations pages. However, the challenge is for each asset, I'll have to create 1 individual MKTO form.    We also have different Thank You page for each asset and I want to be able to track UTM values. Is there a way to use only 1 form for all the different asset and route them in MKTO to different programs?   Thank you!

Hi,Do Marketo offer MIME content generation feature?

Any thoughts about the change of minification from YUI engine to GCC (Google Closure Compiler https://github.com/google/closure-compiler-js) ?

Hi guys, The person before me created a custom object with quite a lot of fields inside it. These fields then show up as constraints inside another field under 'Person Attributes' when configuring smart lists except for two which are 'Created At' and 'Updated At'.As so, we want to bring those over as constraints together with the others, but I'm not sure how this is setup or what I should do next from here? These two custom object fields are already approved at the moment and data have been sent to them correctly when I view lead records. We do also have two normal 'Created At' and 'Updated At' fields (I assume these are the standard Marketo ones) that appear in the lead record info page but these are used to capture a different stream of info. And so, ideally, we just want the two custom object fields appear as constraints like the other fields inside that custom object.I also reached out to Marketo Support and they said I had to create those as link fields inside that object. However,

Hello All,   I am importing some audiences from a SFTP location and storing them in a profile-enabled dataset.   Now, How can I create a segment for this audience in AEP?   I tried creating a segment on batch Id condition, but it does not work.

I see the trigger history in the campaign and it shows the activation and deactivation timings but doesn't show which user has updated the campaign. Is there a way to find which user has manually updated the campaign trigger activation?

Could you, please, help me with following task: for example, I send out 150 emailings to 50000 people during the year. I need to find out, how many people have opened all 150 emails, how many only 70. So I'd like to group leads by the level of their interest in my emailings. I'd like to filter out the most active leads, which are the campaign members of all campaigns and I'd like also to find out, what groups of not really active leads I have in the database (for example, there are 150 leads, who has opened only 3 emailings during the year, but all these emailings are devoted to one topic - this information could be really important for me).Thank you in advance!

Hello,   The error message is    Rule "Send Tracking Beacon" is invalid because its rule component "Adobe Analytics - Send Beacon" relies on an extension not included in the build   No indication of what extension is missing. Installed are Core, Adobe Analytics, and Experience Cloud ID Service.   I'm just trying to get a MVP beacon for testing on a new site. Firing the beacon is the only rule. No data elements are configured.   Can someone give me a pointer on where to look for an answer, or what extension might be missing? I have reviewed the tutorials and 'getting started' pages and find no information on this issue.   Thanks.   mp

Hi   I'd like to understand if the term "exit" in the flow graph ever refers to either a bounce rate or to "exit from the site". In other words, can exit in a flow graph ever be interpreted as bounce rate of exit rate (from the site)?   I think that if the flow is based on a page dimension for example, building a sequence from page 1 to (any) page 2, any exit from that flow on page 1 would mean an exit from the site, i.e. an exit rate. Is that correct?   Thanks,Bernardo

Hello, I am having trouble with the spacing for a field on a form.  The issue doesn't show in draft mode.   Any recommendations?  Thanks!

Hi,  I am trying to generate AEM site from ditamap, but the site generation is getting failed because of OutofMemory Error. In DITA OT Profiles, I even increased memory allocation from 1024m to 3072m. Also increased the AEM heap space , but still the same error. @divrajsingh @AswiniLakshminarayanan

randomly, instead of some json, we get the following HTML back from one of our servlets: We are looking in the logs, but wondered if anyone has seen this type of response before?  <!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en"> <head> <meta charset="utf-8"> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1, shrink-to-fit=no"> <meta name="description" content="AEM Cloud Service"> <title>AEM Cloud Service</title> <link rel="icon" href="https://errors.adobeaemcloud.com/favicon.ico"> <link rel="stylesheet" href="https://errors.adobeaemcloud.com/src.status.css"> </head> <body> <noscript>AEM Cloud Service.</noscript> <div id="root" status="500" backend="bb78d8242935e149ab12d9d14ebbb908--F_Skyline_Origin_Ingress_Publish"

In a project, I use a dropdown filter of Product Categories to filter metrics in a table such as Carts, Orders, Cart Rate, etc. However, when filtering by category in the panel, the Cart Rate (Carts/Unique Visitors) seems inaccurate from what I'm expecting. How can I create a formula that considers the selected category in the panel dropdown and provides an accurate Cart Rate for that specific product category? I can manually create a custom metric that successfully returns the Cart Rate for a specific product category and have it return the "correct" value (somewhere about 2.5%), but the problem occurs when I try and use a panel dropdown to filter my table (it then returns about 20%). I know I could just create many custom metrics based on my categories, but I'd like to give my users the ability to see many metrics by product category in the same table by using the panel filter. Examples are Cart Rate, Checkout Rate, Order Conversion Rate, Abandoned Cart Rate, etc.   Thanks in ad

Hi AA Community, I tried to look at the AEM site performance report in workspace and everything is getting populated except data related to visitors. Those visualizations are mentioned below. Who are visitors to my site? How do visitors get to my site? What do visitors see and do on my site? How well do I retain my visitors? Steps to get this report: Workspace - Reports - Engagement - Adobe Experience Manager - Site Performance Overview - AEM site performance overview I was hoping how to get this visitors data in site performance report? Thank you!

Hello, OOTB AEM leverages jQuery 1.12* version. However, we want to use jQuery 3 instead of this default OOTB version. Most of the documentation seems to point to /etc/ for customization and is outdated. We're planning to use a different namespace/variable name/object name for this custom jQuery 3 so they won't conflict. Any ideas on implementing custom jQuery version on AEM? Thanks.

We are trying to connect ReactNative Mobile App with Assurance. We have the deeplink which opens an App. After connecting to Assurance, all analytics beacons in "Tracking Event" shows "Post-Processed Status" as "No Debug flag". As the document https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/aep-sdks-documentation/blob/master/beta/project-griffon/troubleshoot-project-griffon.md suggest, we have the latest AEP Assurance(v1.0.3) and Adobe Analytics (v2.2.18) extensions added to the Launch property. The Mobile App also has the latest versions iOS:pod 'AEPEdgeIdentity', '~> 1.0'pod 'AEPAssurance', '~> 3.0'pod 'AEPAnalytics', '~> 3.0'pod 'AEPTarget', '~> 3.0'pod 'AEPCore', '~> 3.0'pod 'AEPIdentity', '~> 3.0'pod 'AEPSignal', '~>3.0'pod 'AEPLifecycle', '~>3.0'pod 'AEPUserProfile', '~> 3.0' Android:implementation 'com.adobe.marketing.mobile:target:1.3.0'implementation 'com.adobe.marketing.mobile:griffon:1.2.1'implementation 'com.adobe.marketing.mobile:userprofile:1

Hi,  What approach should we take to fulfill the requirement of extracting data from CSV file, displaying row data on HTML page and converting CSV data into JSON to publish it to external systems?   Thanks,

Dear all. I was trying to replicate the following Adobe Analytics segment in Adobe Data Feeds Extraction: This is how I wrote in SQL to return the visits in for example, august-2022:     select distinct post_visid_high||post_visid_low||visit_num||visit_start_time_gmt as visit_id from daci_privatespace.adobe_datafeeds where exclude_hit = '0' and hit_source not in (5,7,8,9) and "_corrupt_record" is null and upper(page_event_var2) in ('SAVINGPLANIMP','A/B TEST TRACK','SAVINGS PLAN NEW ELIGIBLE', 'SAVINGPLANELIGIBLE', 'SAVINGS PLAN RENEWAL ELIGIBLE') and visit_page_num =1 -- Hit Depth and upper(post_prop47) like '%/CHECKOUT/PREVIEW%' and reference_date >= date('2022-08-01') and reference_date <= date('2022-08-31') --Test       The thing is that I see a big discrepancy in Adobe Visits vs. Adobe Data Feeds Visits. (around 4% of discrepancy) and I realized that it is because I'm replicating fine the Hit Depth in Adobe (I remov

Hello,   We are trying to create XDM Schema Design for the following data:   Table A: Contact_details Column Datatype person_id String first name String last name String   Table B: Account_details Column Datatype account_id String person_id String account_person_asc String account_type String   Relation between both the tables:   One person from Table A can have multiple accounts in Table B. It is basically a one-to-many mapping between these 2 tables.    We are trying to create a complete profile of a person with all the details corresponding to their accounts. We tried creating both the tables as Profile class as below:   Table A: Profile Class       Identities: PersonID --> person_id Table B: Profile Class       Identities:               AccountID --> account_id              PersonID --> person_id
