Hi,I am currently facing the following issue. I have created a scheduled job which runs every night and collects assets which have failed and re-uploads them using "dynamic-media-reupload" workflow. When I ran the same code in a test Servlet all worked as expected, the problem comes when the workflow gets executed by the scheduler job. Is there a specific way the Workflowsession needs to be instantiated, do I need to provide some additional privileges / metadata info. I am attaching the error in the error logcom.adobe.granite.workflow.core.jcr.WorkflowBucketManager Error creating unique instance id: /var/workflow/instances/server1901/2023-02-19/dynamic-media-reupload_131javax.jcr.AccessDeniedException: Access denied.at org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.jcr.security.AccessManager.checkPermissions(AccessManager.java:71) [org.apache.jackrabbit.oak-jcr:1.44.0.T20221206170501-6d59064]at org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.jcr.session.NodeImpl$5.perform(NodeImpl.java:320) [org.apache.jackrabbit.oak-jcr:1.44.0

Hi all,  We're exporting Adobe Data Feeds information and we would like to calculate the Entry Page Type (c2). I was assuming (maybe wrongly) that this value is calculated in Adobe, taking the first Page Type (c2) of each visit (in terms of Adobe Data Feeds, when visit_page_num =1). Analyzing the information, I realized that this is not always with this condition (sometime, entry page type is even changing in each visit) Could anybody explain me, how Entry Page Type really works and how could I export this Dimension to Adobe Data Feeds export? Thanks in advance. regards.

Hi,   I'm trying to investigate spikes in the Adobe Analytics workspace. I found a UV spike around beginning of February 2023 and I found this article on investigating spikes and drops in Adobe: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/technotes/event/spikes-drops.html?lang=en   I looked at IP Addresses in data warehouse to see if there were any bots and couldn't find anything that stood out as Bot Traffic. The tags don't appear to be duplicating either.   Any ideas or suggestions?

Is there an plugin for Figma intergration with AEM

I have the below product string on purchase which currently works fine. I would like to add currency events and merchandising eVars. How can I add a sample event to the below logic?   I want to add event 1=2.3 and eVar25=”caps” for example   try { var productString = [], cleanProductString for (i=0; i<adobeDataLayer.length; i++) { if (adobeDataLayer[i].event == 'purchase') { var tmp = i; for (j=0; j < adobeDataLayer[tmp].transaction.orderItems.length; j++) { productString.push(";"+adobeDataLayer[tmp].transaction.orderItems[j].productSKU+";"+adobeDataLayer[tmp].transaction.orderItems[j].quantity+";"+adobeDataLayer[tmp].transaction.orderItems[j].price.toFixed(2)); } s.products = productString.toString(); } } } catch(e) {}

I am calling a java class implementing WCMUse in template's(page component's) sightly (.html) where I am checking something and based on that I need to forward to some other cq page. The issue I am facing here is that the content of the current page remains intact and on top of it, the content of the page to which i want to forward to is being rendered. So I see the forward page and below that I see the header footer content etc again of the current page from where I am forwarding. Ideal behaviour that I need here is like only the content of the page where we are forwarding should come and current page's content should not appear. Java code snippet written inslingRequest.getRequestDispatcher(pathofthepagetoforward).forward(slingRequest, slingResponse); Please suggest any solution or may be I am doing something wrong here according to AEM.

Hi Team,   We are following encapsulated login token mechanism. We have to extend the login-token expiration time before it expires (before an hour). As per the article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/experience-manager/kb/login-session-refresh-not-working.html encapsulated token login mechanism did not support token refresh(org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.security.authentication.token.TokenConfigurationImpl).Please let me know how to do it programmatically. We are using AEM 6.5. @kautuk_sahni  Thank you, AryA.

Is it possible, in Marketo, to have thumbnail images next to a dropdown menu? So the images would wind up embedded within the form setup? Example: a series of poster designs from which to choose from and dropdown next to the thumbnail img to select QTY desired. How would I even go about something like this in Marketo? Or, is there a workaround I should do instead?   Thank you.

Hope this finds everyone doing well. Wanted to ask what the best practice might be for the following scenario: Scenario: Ever changing tailored homepage banners for different audience segments. Banner 1 - Segment 1 Banner 2 - Segment 2 Banner 3 - Segment 3 Now, we can create a single XT activity containing all three experiences, I know this. However, every week, sometimes even daily, new requests come in to add more banners for different audiences. To keep adding and deleting experiences from the same XT activity seems problematic, because we'd have to pause the activity to allow an editor to add new experiences, which isn't ideal. But to the contrary, creating a separate XT activity for every experience sees us having 40 different XT activities to maintain separately. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have the workflow that insert a personalized string for each recipient, based on the provided value. Personalized strings and values are columns from the table xxx:userStrings. I wrote the function getRandomID(value) which looks for all records from userStrings table with provided value, adds their IDs to an array and then randomly returns one of IDs. After IDs is returned, the flag @used is set to be true.   function getRandomId(val) { var q = xtk.queryDef.create( <queryDef schema="xxx:userStrings" operation="select"> <select> <node expr="@id"/> </select> <where> <condition boolOperator="AND" expr={"@stringValue = '" + val + "'"}/> <condition boolOperator="AND" expr={"@used = 0"}/> </where> </queryDef> ); var results = q.ExecuteQuery(); logInfo("-------------Query results: " + results); for each (var a in resul

Hi all.   I've seen the videos and gone through the product documentation and I'm still confused about the distinction between dynamic and predictive content and where they're used (e.g., email vs. landing page or both).   The IBM product formerly known as Silverpop has a dynamic content function where you can insert different portions of copy into an email based upon preset rules. Is the synonymous Marketo item the same...or is it purely AI, using present data to inform future decisions?   My client's instance doesn't have this functionality set up, so perhaps if some kind and patient soul who has access to the mechanisms would Zoom or Teams with me to show me what it's all about, I'd be profoundly grateful. Thank you.   Best wishes, Adam

Hello Team,Custom Replication Handler is not triggering intermittently. It triggers for some time and does not trigger for a while and all those activation events are lost. To explain it better page is getting activated on to the publish instance, but activation event handler is not being kicked in.We have a functionality of sending activated page information to third party system and there by third party system triggers an email to the subscribers. But due to this intermittent nature, replication event is not triggering at times and losing the activation of the page events, there by subscribers are not getting the email notifications. Here is my replication listener code.@Service(value = EventHandler.class)@Component(immediate = true)@Property(name = "event.topics", value = ReplicationAction.EVENT_TOPIC)public class GlobalReplicationListener implements EventHandler{private static final Logger LOGGER = LoggerFactory.getLogger(GlobalReplicationListener.class);@ReferenceResourceResolverFa

As per documentation, I'm not able to insert an adaptive form fragment to an adaptive form even I follow these documentation steps. The adaptive form fragment(without using any form model) that I created not appearing in the Adaptive Form Fragments tab of the AEM content finder. Can anyone help me on this?     I installed "aem-service-pkg-6.5.12.0.zip" and "adobe-aemfd-osx-pkg-6.0.640.zip" packages.

Hi,  I would like to know if there's a feature or - a way around - to avoid that more than one editors modify the same assets when being worked on. As of now there's the manual option to Checkout an asset to lock it BUT when it is being worked on on an asset, the asset should be automatically locked so another editor cannot go in and overwrite the other’s work.   Also, when an asset is locked manually until published (scheduled publication) is there a way to unlock it automatically after the publication so that after can be edited by other editors?   Is there a way to achieve that?   Thank you so much in advance, Tina

Hi,   Am looking to get average time spent per visit for a particular sales funnel on a website (path = from product discovery to purchase page) for scenario where a purchase has been made in same session. This so as to determine the average session time for users who make a purchase in a visit.   Am also looking to get data just for users who visited the pages within the dedicated sales funnel (which has a unique dimension) and not to include visits for users who may have entered funnel, left and visited other areas of site and then came back to sales funnel and made a purchase.   I have created a segment based on visits scope using  the dimension for the dedicated channel and where booking exits but this understand this segment would include visits to other areas of site that outside of  required sales channel.   Segment Questions If I need to just get data for users that have just visited required sales channel, would I need to add a container to segme

How to install Adobe root CA certificate on servers?   Is there any relation between Adobe reader credentials and Adobe root CA certificate, If yes how are they connected?

Is it possible to implement the AJO extension in the Adobe Experience Platform Mobile SDK plugin for apps in Flutter?

As above.   I checked package manager and I cannot find any package that might be related.   Thanks for the help.

Facing issue with the layout resizing for the components. When using the Drag-and drop functionality i.e. using the blue dots to define the position of the component in the responsive grid, the component is being dragged as well and the changes are not being saved. Not able to see the save tick button after the resize as well.    Once the page is refreshed, the changes disappear. This is being a big blocker and this is happening only in the 6.5.11 instance which we have created.    Any help in finding the root cause for the same would be great.

We are using OOTB Processing Profile for watermarking of AEM Assets, however some of the assets are large and hence the watermark image is not covering the entire width and height. The issue would be resolved if I can add the watermark png position as tiled on the image. How can we Add watermark image as tiled image to another asset?
