Is there a way to stop the Authoring team from Uploading Duplicate Assets and a way to Identify & List existing Duplicate Assets?

Hi, we're running a smart campaign and from the email link performance we can see that 5 people have clicked on a link to download an asset (image 1), however,  when I run a smart list to see who has downloaded the asset it doesn't return any results (image 2). There was also a separate smart campaign flow that was supposed to push any clicks in to a Salesforce campaign but no one has been pushed through that either, which was what made us question this. Can anyone explain why those 5 people that clicked aren't showing up anywhere?

I am trying to utilize the built-in search function in AEM 6.5 for searching assets. I have a few questions about its capabilities: Is it possible to search for keywords inside a text file (such as a .txt or .css file)? Is there a way to export the search results as a .csv or .txt file? Are there any restrictions on the characters that can be used in the search keywords? When searching for content fragments, is it able to search data in all types of fields within the content fragments? I have looked through the official documentation at https://adobe.ly/3JyRIwr but it seems to be limited in this information. I would appreciate any help or resources on these topics.

I need to unlink a proof. I know how to delete a proof version. I need a way to separate two proof versions OR duplicate a proof with comments and delete the proof versions. The help article says click more and select "Unlinking Proof Versions" that option doesn't exist.

We have a workflow that will activate the page upon approval from some users. The workflow sends an email to those users whenever someone requests page publication.   When a page activation is scheduled later point then we need to send that date in the email. Are there any OOTB variables just like those mentioned here in Workflow Email Notification Service that I can use in the email template?

Our app takes around 2 hours for Adobe to build and deploy to a non prod env.   The vhost files are somewhat complex, and apache rewrite rules easy to get wrong.  Most of it we do by trial and error.   As build takes so long, we are lucky to try 3 one line vhost changes in 24 hour period, which makes simple vhost change development stretch to weeks.   We heard that there is a way to deploy only dispatcher changes, which presumably is quicker.   However, if we "add pipeline" and select "web tier config" it says:   "your existing Full Stack pipeline will change Creating a Web Tier config will cause the current web tier configuration in the Full Stack pipeline to be ignored"   This makes no sense - why would adding pipeline to just deploy dispatcher changes (manual trigger) break our full stack deployment pipeline?  We should be able to run either.   When the devs push changes, it could be either dispatcher, code or both so the full stack

Hi All,   I have a website, where I am implementing the Opt-In feature using the Experience Cloud plugin via Launch configurations.   Here, when the user accepts to allow all cookies - all ECID cookies and app measurement cookies are set. Now, user changes their preference from accepting to denying All cookies. Here, the feature works fine. But, the ECID cookies(AMCV and AMCVs) and app measurement cookies (s_**) stay in the browser. If the user has already said deny, then the cookies must be deleted. Is there anything, I am missing in my understanding? Please help me here.   Thanks in advance!

Hello, I'm trying to send some data to Google Analytics using Adobe Data Collection. I'm using the Google Data Layer and Google Global Site Tag (gtag) extensions. The issue I have is that I'm not able to send items to GA.Here is the code I'm using for testing: window.onload = function () { let productPage = window.location.pathname.includes("/product/"); if (productPage) { gtag("event", "view_item", { currency: "BRL", value: 7.77, teste: "teste", items: [ { item_id: "SKU_12345", item_name: "Stan and Friends Tee", affiliation: "Google Merchandise Store", coupon: "SUMMER_FUN", discount: 2.22, index: 0, item_brand: "Google", item_category: "Apparel", item_list_id: "related_products", item_list_name: "Related Prod

Hello everyone, I would like to extract the delivery logs of a transactional message whose event date is 22 days ago. To do this, I used the formula @eventdate=DateOnly(DaysAgo(22)), like the one suggested by ACS in the advanced mode. Unfortunately, this formula does not produce any results, even though I know that there are messages sent on these dates. However, if I use the options in simple mode, the query produces results. It seems that ACS does not understand the above formula, but I need to target messages sent on that specific day.Do you have any suggestions for achieving my goal?   Thank you for your help, G Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

Hi all, I have a workflow with an enrichment activity where I add a string column (named "my_column" for example) . The issue is that this string has a length of 512 characters, and when I try to execute the workflow it gives me an error because the string is truncated to 256. How can I force to create that column in the working table with a varchar(512) data type? Any ideas?   This is the log:   ODBC error: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]String or binary data would be truncated. Hi,   I'm having trouble understanding inclusion and return criteria. I'm trying to look at users that purchase and then users that come back and purchase again? Would this be the right way of doing it in a cohort retention analysis in workspace? Also, if I wanted to look at strictly new purchases and then understand return purchase retention, how would I do that? Is that a new user segment with order >=1 in the inclusion criteria and then repeat user segment with orders >=1 in the return criteria?

Hi All, I am using Adobe Client Data Layer provided by AEM. Created a Rule name "General Page Load" in Data Collection Platform and added the below Javascript code under "Event"var pageShownEventHandler = function(evt) { // defensive coding to avoid a null pointer exception if(evt.hasOwnProperty("eventInfo") && evt.eventInfo.hasOwnProperty("path")) { //trigger Launch Rule and pass event console.debug("cmp:show event: " + evt.eventInfo.path); var event = { //include the path of the component that triggered the event path: evt.eventInfo.path, //get the state of the component that triggered the event component: window.adobeDataLayer.getState(evt.eventInfo.path) }; //Trigger the Launch Rule, passing in the new `event` object // the `event` obj can now be referenced by the reserved name `event` by other Launch data elements // i.e `event.component['someKey']` trigger(event); } }

Hi! I am trying to create a recommendations activity to show recommended articles on a blog based on the article a visitor is currently on. My criteria is to look at the current category ID and show other articles w/ same category. I believe the best way to set this up would be an items with similar attributes algo, with current item as recommendation key and the content similarity using entity.category. When I create the activity, I am unable to find/select that criteria I created. In fact, out of the 59 criterias I have, I can only see 26 within the activity even though I've made sure the activity and criteria both use the article and category page types. Please assist, thanks!

I am working on a AEM dialog multifield granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/multifield component. After adding 73 items to list and save. Dialog saves correctly but after reopening there is no add button and delete button works incorrect. Delete button removes one item but after saving and reopening dialog there is still 73 items. What could be the problem? Thanks

We have an Adobe CIF Ecommerce integration for our website. We would want multi-store configuration setup for which we would be integrating with different store configurations within Magento for the Website.   <meta name="store-config" content="{"storeView":"default","graphqlEndpoint":"/api/graphql","graphqlMethod":"GET","headers":{"Store":"default"},"locale":"en","storeRootUrl":"/content/*/language-masters/en.html","enableClientSidePriceLoading":true}">   In the above store config , we observe that the storeView always points to default but Magento could have multiple different storeviews for different locales. Is it possible to customize this tag for different storeviews  and where can we find this tag being loaded?

Hi everyone   Say I have a list of 4 projects. Each project has a custom field "ranking" and their values are 1, 2, 3 respectively for each project: i.e. Project 1 ranking = 1 Project 2 ranking = 2 Project 3 ranking = 3   Say now I have a new project created, and I assign the "ranking value" of this project to be 2:   Here is the tricky part - I want Workfront to be able to update the projects that fall beneath this rank to have their ranking value incremented. So the result I am looking for would be:   Project 1 ranking = 1 (new) Project ranking = 2 Project 2 ranking = 3 Project 3 ranking = 4   Is this even feasible in Workfront?    Thanks in advance!
