Hi All,the Q2 2025 release notes mention the new event subscriptions version. This article describes the differences between the legacy and new version.And the list of the Workfront Fusion modules describes (not vey detailed) how you can switch between the versions:This suggests that you can change/set/manage the subscription version for each of your scenarios separately.I did some testing today and my findings don't confirm this.I found that:The module "Update Events Payload Version" needs to be run only once, to set the desired version. (As opposed to being included in the scenario each time when it's running.)More importantly, when the module runs, it sets the desired version for ALL your scenarios, not just for 1 specific scenario. (I confirmed this by checking my subsriptions' data using a custom HTTP call to the subscriptions endpoint.)So it seems irrelevant which of your scenarios includes the module. You could create a new scenario just to hold the "Update Events Payload Versio

In the WF instance I manage, users are allowed to log time directly on projects. However there is one project where we only want time logged to tasks. Any ideas for limiting the objects users can log time to (in this case: tasks on a specified project), when the instance is configured to allow time logged directly to projects? 

I have a report for proof approvers (regulatory, legal & brand) that is pinned on their dashboards and keeps them on track for what is pending and gives them quick access to click the links and review & approve when they have time. However sometimes they are reviewers rather than approvers. I don't get that option on the filters. Is there a way I can add that?

I'm looking for help with best practices for a design task.  More of the time it works fine to have a waterfall workflow between user 1, 2, and then 3.  But, more often now, we're having projects where we have three disciplines that need to run concurrently on the same design task.  How can we get this setup in Workfront?

Hello -  Having a complete brain freeze on how the scheduled refresh timing works and can't find an answer when searching. If I schedule a refresh for Thursday - does that mean it will be completed on Thursday or will it occur on Thursday night and be refreshed for Friday?  Thanks! 

Hi,the upload of documents in Workfront gets stuck. Usually the first upload of the day.Can't figure out what is wrong. Closed and reopened the app a few times.Eventually started working.IS anyone else experiencing the same? 

Hello, I am creating an item report to show all action items of projects in executing and program delivery status (CUR and ZLH) that have not been updated in more than 2 weeks. I have the column "last update date" that shows the last update and there are several rows of data. When i filter the date using the "$$TODAY-2W" wildcard, not data returns in the report. What am I doing wrong? or What is the text mode I should be using for this?  I appreciate your time and feedback. Amy

Hello, I am curious if there is a way to add in more filters to the list users have in the Board view. The options are limited by default and we would like to filter out any Parents tasks. Thank you!

I need to be able to route a request queue to an email address rather than a specific user.  I suppose I could create the user under a generic name with the email address; but unsure how the request can be accessed by a CS agent and completed? Anyone know how to do this?

I must be doing something stupid because my use case is very simple. I have a single-select dropdown on a form. And if someone selects "pods" from this field, I want a message stating that Pods-based materials cannot use that queue. (This is my intended workaround against being able to hide some options on one form.) I used this simple if statement, but it doesn't work: IF({DE:Who is creating your communication?}="pods","Pods-based materials cannot be reviewed in this queue.") Is this possible?

We’re onboarding a new group into Workfront that previously used a system where they used cases (very minimal workflow steps and assignments) as projects and labeled the cases with sprint number/date range tags that were independent of the case planned completion date. This group would like to keep their sprint concept in the new Workfront workflows but we are having a difficult time figuring out how to do that, since we would like them to adjust task duration to take into account timeline or resource changes within the project, not just manually change a sprint tag not connected with planned completion dates. Just creating a custom field with the sprint number/date range options that they could tag to the project task or project as a whole doesn’t seem to make sense to me if the planned task completion and/or project planned completion doesn’t correlate with the sprint tag dates. The group has a heavy project/template workflow that didn't fit in well with Iterations when I tested that

Hi all I'm a newly appointed system administrator for our Workfront instance, which has been in use for over a decade.  We are looking to overhaul our configuration and eliminate any unnecessary technical debt.  However, we have been cautious about making changes due to concerns about the potential impact on our existing data, including historical information, permissions, reports, groups, teams and more.  If someone has been through something like this and has any suggestions, lessons learned, be careful when..., etc.  please let me know.   Thank you!

Hi Community, I'm trying to add a Primary Contact of a issue onto an hours report, but can't make it work. We are using a request queue, converting that to a project, and want the Primary Contact to show on the report. So far, I've added a calculated field onto the custom form and when the new requests come through this is correctly showing the Primary contact (not the  request entered by user). This is good. The problem is when the issue is converted to a project, the calculated field updated to to the owner of the project, which then shows on the report. This is quite annoying! Lol The calculated field I'm using {owner}.{name} and I assume this is recalculating tot he project owner. I've also tried using a collection, but couldn't get the resolvables nested statement to work. Any help will be very appreciated.ThanksMatts
