Workfront Fusion

I'm working on a workflow to reset users to default values when their accounts are disabled (it's quite common for people to leave the company and come back in a different capacity).I have an 'Update Record' module that does most of the work, including setting their Home Group to our default group. Then I have a 'Custom API Call' module to clear the collections, including Other Groups.What I'm seeing is that everything is working except that their old Home Group is remaining in their Other Groups, even though that's no longer their Home Group.Any thoughts on how to get around this?

For testing and hypercare we are capturing issue logs in excel files. Is it possible to read the data from excel files which are stored on sharepoint into workfront via Fusion and post information back into Excel?

Hi Everyone, I am trying to retrieve audiences from AEP by creating a connection using the Adobe Authenticator and the GET method with the audience ID. I am then using another Adobe Authenticator module to update the output from the previous module using the PATCH method.When I manually paste the output from the preceding module, the scenario works fine. However, when I try to map the fields from the first module, I encounter a 400 error.Please suggest how I can achieve this. Regards,

The tl;dr: How do I utilize an HTTP or Custom API Call module in lieu of a download doc module so I can get this info? The reason: There's a piece of data in these response headers that I want to utilize in an automation which isn't available using the regular ignore error handler.   I'm guessing to get this info that I'd need to use an HTTP module or a custom API call module. I just don't know the syntax for this. Help?

In Workfront when you click on a timesheet profile, there is a setting for who becomes the approver for any generated timesheets.This field is not available on the timesheet profile TSPRO object. I have looked through many other objects and cannot find where this field is available over the API.How can one query this field from Fusion or over the API?Ultimately I need this field for generating timesheets in a special way using Fusion.

Hello! I'm building a Fusion scenario in which there's a trigger field in a custom form attached to a project. Once that trigger gets flipped (and a number of other Fusion actions take place), I'd like Fusion to mark a specific task from the project as complete.    Where I'm running into trouble is how to reference the Task ID for the specific task within the project.  I've got the array of tasks from a Read Record module in the scenario (and the name and Task ID for the task is within that). The Name of the task should always stay the same, so I could filter using that.  The project is created from a template and so the (project) Task in question will be created from a Template Task with a consistent Template Task ID. Not sure if that's useful in finding the Task ID. Ultimately, I want to end this scenario with a Update Record module, and update the Status of the Task to Complete, but I need to be able to point that module to the right Task. I feel like with

Greetings! I'm a newbie with Fusion and I just built my first successful scenario! WOOHOO! But, what I need is to build a webhook or event to listen for the scenario and run when an Issue's Status changes to "Ready for Fusion". Can someone help me create that? I'm not sure where to start. Thank You! Deb 

I am running a scenario that copies a set of Template Tasks over to a project after it's initial creation, but the last task of the Template Tasks I am copying over is excluded as I only need that task once in the project. Currently after flipping my project I am left with that has that "end/last" task, but it lands earlier in the timeline than it should (due to the original project conversion and subsequent Template Tasks being added later in the scenario).Is there a way to target an individual task on a project and then set that task as the last task in the project?Any help is greatly appreciated!  Thank you,Eric

Currently, when setting up a Workfront connection in Fusion, personal user details are being used for the service account connection. While this allows the Fusion scenario to execute successfully, it creates an unintended issue: any newly created request form in Workfront defaults the "Project Owner" to the user ID associated with the connection setup.  How can we establish a true service account connection that avoids relying on personal user credentials and ensures the correct ownership for newly created objects?

Thanks to previous guidance I have been able to successfully create new Planning records from Issues.  I've come across a new problem (one I suspect is probably a simple fix and rookie mistake) where after searching for issues and comparing them against existing records the scenario then successfully creates the new record over and over.  Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Hi everyone, Quick question that might be a bit basic: In Workfront, I’m trying to set up Fusion to trigger as soon as a custom field is set to "Yes" (e.g. "Ready to trigger" = "Yes").From what I understand, the Watch Events module is the only one that can start a scenario instantly, so I assume that’s what I need to use here.If that’s correct, I’m wondering how to set up the Watch Events module to monitor the "Ready to trigger" field. I see it involves using a webhook, and I’ve set one up, but I’m not sure where to use the webhook URL in this context. This might be something really straightforward, so thanks for bearing with me and for any guidance! Cheers!   

The issue is when trying to add hours to the billing record. You can add hours and it allows you to select the hours you want to include in the billing record. The billing record shows the correct amount when we save it, but when you go back in, there are NO hours pulled in. There is an error message that says "Where'd everything go? Looks like you might need to adjust your filter" even though it looks like the hours were pulled in. Then when you try to add hours they are still sitting there waiting to be selected. Does anyone know what is causing this? This is time sensitive as we're in the middle of year-end billing. Any help would be appreciated!

Is it possible to create an instant webhook that triggers when a certain custom form is updated? I suggested adding a checkbox on the form for this exact purpose but this solution isn't optimal in our case and we were looking for other options.

Has anyone been successful in adding a recipient to a proof via the API when the proof uses an automated workflow?  I can add a recipient to a proof using the API but it creates a new stage.  I need to be able to add them to a specific stage on the proof. 

Hi all,My scenario is an bulk upload from CSV to create new project and I'm getting error messages for invalid date for my custom form mapped fields.  I've ran this scenario in the past few weeks and didn't run into any errors and today it's not working.  Has anyone experienced this error?

My add/replace a record is not storing the data.The record is created, if a provided key or not.but the fields are not being stored.any light?
