Workfront Fusion

Serioulsy - this is likely super simple. The only way I can get out of this is to go out of the scenario and back in.Anyone know how to simply 'hide' the view of the Dev Tool console after you no longer need it? 

Hello Workfront Community, A Fusion newbie here. I have an Excel file stored on my OneDrive in which I´d like to update an existing table through "Make an API call" of Microsoft 365 Excel module in Fusion but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. With my current configuration module only adds a new row instead of modifying the table content (See attachments). Could you let me know what I missed?   Thanks in advance.Samuel

Hello Community,I’m trying to create an issue under a specific task (see image below). However, the issue always gets created directly under the project instead of the task, resulting in a structure like:Project >> Issue Nameinstead ofProject >> Task >> Issue NameI can move it afterward using Misc Action >> moveToTask, but I’d like to know if there’s a way to create it under the task directly in one step. Any guidance would be appreciated!

When attempting to create a workfront to sharepoint connection I am getting an error that refers to a reply address but it's unclear where this information should be setup.  I'm assuming it's in sharepoint but am unable to locate this setting. Connection - Client ID, Secret and Tenant ID entered and continue select Error ReceivedAny ideas where to start?

Hello, Sorry that this question is very basic, but I've been in and out of so many coding languages lately that I need to ask.Can I webhook repsonse return an array?I have a test scenario where I'm creating an array but when I send that array in a webhook response, it looks like it gets flattened into a data string separated by commas.Makes me think a webhook response doesn't respect data types? thanks,Kelly

I'm working on a scenario to export one of our forms to a Word template document.    It's was working pretty nicely until it came to one of the custom fields that contains rich text.  Is there a way to have the rich text export to the Word Template as it is coded?  If not, I know it is JSON coding, and I am trying to parse it so it can be removed but how can I then combineall the collections into one variable so it can all be exported to Word as one field?Thanks in advance!!

I have a request queue that routes to Team A. Based on a custom field, I would like to reassign a request from Team A to 2 individual users. Using Fusion, I am able to assign the request to 1 individual but Team A still shows up and I can't add the 2nd individual. How can I "unassign" Team A and assign a 2nd user? Any help would be appreciated.

In Workfront Fusion, is there a field available in either the 'Read a Record' module or the 'Custom API' module that can retrieve the Workfront Issue Path?

I would like to create a Fusion scenario where, when a proof that is still pending a decision goes past the due date a notification can be automatically sent to the approver following up on a decision.  We have a standard decision due date of 2 days. I've searched for quite a while with no success, maybe i overlooked something. Hi,  We are trying to build a program request for which we will take in the request for all the contents and activation needed for a campaign. Once the program is submitted, we will want Fusion to create the required projects based on the selection of content types.  Here's how the sample of content multi-select field look like. We want to allow people to select multiple content and activation needed in one program request.  Based on above examples, the content and activation selected were infographics, vlog, content syndication and display ads. From these selections, Fusion will need to create 4 projects for each of the selection.  The flow = Request is submitted > Fusion creates project for each of the selection > Fusion to attach custom forms (Each selection may have multiple custom forms) > Fusion map the fields from Request to Project Since we're creating a project for each selection and attaching multiple forms to each of thos

Hi! Could one of you help us solve our challege below? ChallengeAs a Fusion admin I like to start a workflow only if documents are uploaded in a certain sub-folder. This subfolder is created on the project template and contains a template folder ID that can be retrieved easily. However, this template folder ID (or for that matter the folder ID in general), is not stored on the document information and cannot be extracted in the document information outputs.BackgroundWe want to create an automated process that trigger is assets are uploaded in bulk to a specific folder in the project. Once uploaded to that specific folder, the files are moved to a document folder on sub-task level based on the naming convention of the file.AskIs there a way to retrieve the folder information of the location where the file is uploaded? Such that this ID can be matched to the folder template ID from the project template?

Hi All,I've got a Workfront webhook as the first module of a Fusion scenario. The scenario is meant to run when the Home Team of an active Workfront user is updated - but it's not working.Here's how it's configured:Record type: User State: New state Filters: HomeTeamID Changed AND IsActive EQUAL true AND connection updates included Record Origin: Updated Record OnlyWhen I update an active user's Home Team, the webhook is not called so the scenario does not run.I did some testing and figured that the issue is caused by the filter IsActive EQUAL true.If I create a webhook withouth that filter, it just works fine. I am attempting to filter out bundles that do not include a certain data point. Right now I have {{sort(71.body.data; "desc"; "entryDate")}}To get the most recent update, but I only need the most recent update posted by a specific user. As you can see below, I have one bundle with many data sets. I only need to pull the data sets that include a specific owner.id. Is this possible in a Set Variable or other module?  Thank you in advance 

Workfront Project status change only visible on refresh - If updated via FusionHello Everyone I have a scenario that listens to specific events and if matched, updates the project status. eg. If a Bug Task is closed, the project status changes from "Current" to "Production Ready". This works well however the only issue is that the status change is visible to the user only upon the workfront page refresh / reload. Is there a way we can enforce this change so that the workfront user is better informed ? ThanksHarish

Hello Everyone While trying to update a request in Workfront , I may either get a success or a Failure. After Success I can call a HTTP module to send the success Acknowledgement. However in case of failure I am not able to send the Failure acknowledgement. The Scenario stops at the WF module. Even if i add a Error handler, it doesn't allow me to add subsequent modules to get the error. Can anyone suggest the way to achieve this ?

Hello, Good da WF community. How can I assign an additional user to a task in Workfront Fusion without removing the original assignee?

I am brand new to Fusion and am needing to develop a scenario that will find all the Programs that have an empty field.  I am currently using "Search", but I get this error each time I run it, "The operation failed with an error. [422] APIModel V20_0 does not support field null (Project)".  Any suggestions or tips are greaty appreciated!  Thank you!
