Hi Team,This is related to marketing channels classificationone of my client opted to clean up a few of the Marketing Channel classifications, but only the specific values that were not needed were removed, which left holes in the Index Values (e.g. Index #2 was deleted, so the first value we visually see in the UI is actually index #3 and not index #2).They have one global report suite and new report suites were duplicated from the Global one, so for newer ones the index values begin with #1 and increment without the holes. So for the newer report suites, Index #2 is the same as Index #3 for the majority of report suites dues to this they were not able to make any type of classification update across all report suitesSolution i recommended to them is to delete all Marketing Channel Classifications and re-creating them, and they were able to update the index values tied to the classificationThe challenge with this solution is that all previously classified keys still reference the inde

In snowflakes while doing  units and Price calculation we are getting the alphabetical character .However if we put the below condition we are not getting the alphabetical character.SELECT rows WHERE event_list EQUALS TO 1Is this mandatory condition to give for doing the price calculation? 

  Hi Everyone I have a question if anyone can advise  something here:    We have implemented Adobe Analytics through web sdk. For every page view , we get the eventType as web.webpagedetails.pageViews:       For every link trackig, we get eventType as web.webinteraction.linkClicks :         In network it seems fine , however when we check in reports the data is incrementing for Page view when link tracking action is done. Ideally, Page view data should not be incremented with link tracking.With each action of link click , data is incrementing at two places > in page view report data and click tracking data   Is there anything we can do to fix it? or is it currently expected behaviour ?any help on this will be very helpful.

I've got a quick question about the import file header for Saint classifications. I've looked through the docs, but I can't find an explanation for what these two numbers that i've highlighted refer to. The blue one always stays the same, but the red one changes between each account.  Do they have an impact on the FTP saint upload process? 

Is any API available to automate the Adobe IMS login to fetch the auth code? I am looking to see how can I automate the process of fetching the access token for adobe analytics reporting API 2.0 I place I am stuck is the bearer token use to expire and I want to refresh the token dynamically. Is there a way out for this?  

Hello,If a purchase event is passed on a hit, without the other variables that are expected - products, revenue, and so forth - would that purchase event increment the order count, and essentially pass a null value (like zero) to the other elements that are not found? We have a case in which the traffic is being sent to two report suites, one of which has an order count nearly twice that of the other, but revenue is exactly the same for the two.  Thanks.mp

I understand Adobe is discontinuing collecting analytics from 15th October 2024 on its online dashboard but my document published approximately a month ago is already showing no views/visitors. How do I retrieve the existing data that has been collected up to now? 

getTimeBetweenEvents plug-in is not available for web SDK implementation, is there an alternative to it for web SDK implementation? I need to find the time spent by the users between two events:A particular use case would be the time it takes for a user to go from adding the first item to the cart to clicking "confirm order."

Hey I got an ask to extract data at GUID( similar to login ID) level from adobe analytics. What are steps/ways we can acheive this. What questions I have to ask. Should i use warehouse or feeds? Or any inbuilt API's/ 2) they are trying to integrate with EDP. What questions should i ask stakeholders about this. i have frequency, what cdp, volumes in mind for now.   I'm completely new to this. I couldn't find a clear answer in the documentation- but what are the number of breakdowns supported by Reporting API 1.4 and Data Warehouse API 1.4?

When I copy data from a Workspace table and try to paste it into Excel it is not pasting correctly. It seems to paste percentages instead of the raw number. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I know this was an issue a few weeks/months back, but seems to be back. It worked as expected this morning and do see any reported maintenance/issues documented in the system status portal.

Hey there, We're trying to create a calculated metric in CJA to match the audience that has been in AJO using a date function like DOB less than MMDDYYYY, but it's not available in CJA. I have also looked at functions available in CJA. Example - Create a calculate field in CJA where Birth Date(YYYY-MM-DD) occurs before 18 years ago. Do you have any recommendations on how to handle this date-related calculation in CJA? Also, do you know if bringing in audiences in CJA that were created in AJO is possible?  I would love to hear your thoughts!

Hello, I develop an hybrid application with capacitor. I have adobe analytics. It runs on Android but on iOS each page has a new idvisitor, so each page is a new application visit. I've got an error in log: [warn] - [alloy] [Identity] Identity cookie not found. This could be caused by any of the following issues: * The org ID [My org id]@AdobeOrg configured in Alloy doesn't match the org ID specified in the edge configuration. * Experience edge was not able to set the identity cookie due to domain or cookie restrictions. * The request was canceled by the browser and not fully processed. I initialize my adobe like this: this.alloy = createInstance({ name: 'alloy' }); await this.alloy('configure', { datastreamId: [ADB_DATA_STREAM_ID], orgId: [ORG_ID] });  My version:  "@adobe/alloy": "^2.20.0",  can anyone help me? thanks 

Assuming that customer has 50 millions page views per month. Additionally there can be some additional events connected with search, add to cart, transactions and lead generation events.If I have lookback period of 30 days there might be 60 millions rows. How you determine such an assumption? Do you have any hints & shortcuts? 

@61380 what kind of search experience is this in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)?Why would a query such as URL return results where any sequential occurrence of the letters U R L return in the results?This makes no sense from a search use case perspective. Is this a bug and where can it be reported?    

Hello Adobe,I’m facing an issue with marketing channels where the tracking codes are not being attributed correctly. I have reviewed the configuration multiple times and cannot find anything wrong. All configurations are set within the "Classification Rule Builder," the channels are defined in the "Marketing Channel Manager," and the rules are within the "Marketing Channel Processing Rules."The correct attribution for each of the channels should start with the following tracking codes:Paid Social → psOrganic Social → osPaid Search → semDisplay → dsEmail → mlQR Code → qrAs shown in Image 1, the attribution is failing, and we’d like to understand why.I hope you can help me with this.  

Hello everyone, Has anyone used adobe's app measurement "s" variable and mapped it to the "_data" variable in WebSDK ? I have successfully done the above part using the method Rajdeepsingh posted https://medium.com/@rajd33p/web-sdk-for-adobe-analytics-the-best-possible-way-to-collect-data-6a54a965fe54 , however now I would like to send this to to AEP through a datastream so that I can eventually use it in CJA. I do not want to use the Adobe analytics experience event template schema, rather want to use something custom schema but wasnt sure how the product string and other variables would be designed. Has anyone successfully implemented anything of this sort ? Any suggestions will be appreciated.Thanks

Hi, We are working on an app using the latest AEP Mobile SDK ReactNative with Edge Bridge extension. The appendVisitorInfoForURL API is used for visitor persistence between the mobile app and the web view. In iOS, the API call always return “timeout error” (Android is working fine). Anyone has encountered the same issue and is there any way to work around it? Thanks,John 

I was wondering that in the Lead Velocity Dashboard in Marketo Measure, how are we calculating the velocity for each stage as I do not see a specific datetime field for each stage. Also, there are multiple fields in the same stage so just using the last modified date wont work as it keeps on updating. I was wondering if there is any other way to do so? Thank you so much 🙂

I've checked in several different company logins, and they're all showing "(unknown version)" in the Browsers Report for what I assume are the latest releases of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Assuming that report requires some sort of backend mapping of user-agent strings to simplified browser/versions view, it looks like that process might have broken. Is anyone else seeing this issue? I've searched the forums and haven't found mention of it.

When working on a report, the performance of all the actions I attempt is slow. For instance, after adding a 'DIMENSION,' there's a 2-second delay before it pops up, and the same applies to any other 'METRICS.' Even when successfully adding them to the report, modifications take 5 to 10 seconds to register. The most frustrating part is that even scrolling up and down incurs a delay of a few seconds. I've searched various forums for similar issues but haven't found any helpful solutions. I've tried some remedies, such as changing browsers (I use Chrome) and deleting cookies, but the problem persists. Please help as soon as possible, as I'm unable to work on any projects as a digital analyst. 

Hi Team,   We are already passing unique event ID for the scOpen event. but now our Mobile App and  Front End Team has recommended to pass the hex characters to be used as the eventID so that web and mobile app generates  the same number for eventID. They have given us the code to generate the uniqueEventId in form of hex characters. I see in beacon it is coming as empty :    Any suggestion in this regard will be helpful.
