Hi Everyone, I'm experiencing an issue related to Sling Jobs in AEM as Cloud Service. I have a scheduler set up to trigger an archive Sling job.When the job is triggered, the corresponding job node gets created in /var/eventing. However, almost immediately after its creation, the job node disappears without any traces of execution.There are no exceptions or errors logged in the system.I have observed that the creation and finish dates of the job are almost identical (refer to the attached screenshot for details).The scheduler is configured to run exclusively on the Leader Node, ruling out potential complications from a distributed cluster setup in AEMACS.Interestingly, the same job executes and completes without issues when triggered by an Event listener.Could anyone please assist or provide any suggestions for the above?   @kautuk_sahni @arunpatidar 

Can this integration be created? If so, how? Is there documentation to create using API, etc. 

There are a few spots in AEM 6.5.18 where users can delegate a workflow to other users. With our custom path based participant chooser configuration, the delegate piece doesn't work and we want to disable that feature. I am able to disable for users that can approve from the inbox (only complete, step back, open, and payload are available). In page editor, I am able to locate the statusbar information but I cannot seem to find the individual options "complete, step back, delegate, etc...). Some of the paths look like they may be deprecated but I'm not sure if I'm in the right spot.

Does anyone know if we can brand the header bar in Assets to be our brand logo, colors and fonts instead of Adobe's. I know there are some options for branding in the Brand Portal but Adobe's logo is still the main one at the top and that top bar is still black and the fonts are still Adobe fonts. Any user in this system should feel like they are working within our brand when in the DAM or Brand Portal but I have not been able to find a way to configure the system to do that. Has anyone done that with their system?

Hi All,We have a requirement where we need to stop showing some workflows in the create button that comes in the top in AEM Author instance when multiple assets are selected in our certain DAM path.So, when we select Multiple assets those workflows should not be visible but when we select a single asset then it should be visible.We run AEM 6.5 on premise.Thanks.

Hello everyone, I've a problem with the asset manager where the Card view (ONLY the Card View) is not showing all the items, just two folders but I've more assets that if I set another type of view such as Column or List I see all the assets.My instance:AEM 6.2 SP1 (previous to install SP1 I've to install cq-6.2.0-hotfix-12785-7.0)cq-6.2.0-sp1-cfp-5.0cq-6.2.0-sp1-cfp-9.0This happens even with an admin user with this groups assigned:administratorseveryoneWhat could it be happening?

Hi Team      I am facing a really strange issue. I am trying to look for the page.html file which renders the WKND pages (or any page for that matter). The wknd/components/page has sling:resourceSuperType to core/wcm/components/page/v2/page. In the latest version of AEM , this is present under /libs. So ideally the page.html should be loading from this resource. But whatever I tried , it doesn't seem like the files are getting picked up from this path. But the page properties are getting affected if I modify this path .   I am not sure if I am missing anything here. But with whatever I know about sling resolution so far , I cannot think of any other path from where the page content is getting loaded. Am I missing something here ?    PS:- This is specifically for Cloud version but in my local system. Not really in the cloud environment. I know in Cloud /libs is readonly and we cannot edit it. But will that be the same case with the JAR in our local ?

I am having a JSON model locally and I want that JSON data into my sling model and upon request to that sling model it should send the whole JSON data to my sightly. I'm trying to understand the difference between the processes for the Language Copy Wizard and the Create & Translate process under References. They appear to go through the same workflow, but the metadata for Language Copy Wizard has several options that are not passed through with Create & Translate, specifically srcPathList and languageList. The only place I'm seeing any reference to the language(s) selected for the Create & Translate process is in the Workflow Title as Translation of "PATH/TO/PAGE" using new project "TITLE" in "LANGUAGE". We are having issues with experience fragment paths not updating when translation is started using the Create & Translate option. A previous developer had written a process step which was added to the workflow to pick up the srcPathList and languageList options from the workflow metadata, but as stated, those don't exist for Create & Translate but do for the Language Copy Wizard. Hi all,   I am working on AEMaaCS and need to make some changes to the page component. Basically I have to add some html structure to the footer section of the page component. My proxy page component is referring to the v3 of Page component. Hi All,Recently we have migrated from AEM 6.2 to 6.4,when we upload an image/asset to DAM, renditions/original thumbnail view is not showing up instead it is showing up ".thumb.319.319.png" thumbnail view. Is there any way to use renditions/original for DAM assets without overlay/overriding OOTB code.We are using below versions in POM.xml but when i check in felix console, cq-dam-commons version is 5.11.182 and cq-dam-api version is 5.11.70com.day.cq.dam.cq-dam-commons - 5.6.8 versioncom.day.cq.dam.cq-dam-api - 5.6.6 version

Suppose In my DAM I have two folder /content/dam/us/en and /content/dam/us/de I want to create option filter predicate for /content/dam/us/en which should not reflect on /content/dam/us/de DAM asset path  Question 1. Can we add filter predicate for just  /content/dam/us/en dam path?2. Can we add filter different for  /content/dam/us/en and  /content/dam/us/de which should not reflect in one another?

This is strange. AEM displather has 2 dirs under conf.d:available_vhostsenabled_vhosts What we have found is AEM ignores all xxx.vhosts files in enabled_vhosts except for one called default.vhost. in avaliable_vhosts we have 3 xxx.vhost filesin enabled_vhosts we create a symbolic link to each.only default.vhost is actually used. Our workaround is to put all our vhosts in into default.vhost, but its not ideal. Anyone else have this issue? All our vhosts look like this: <VirtualHost *:80>ServerName "somesite_com"ServerAlias "oursite-dev.ourdomain.net"ServerAlias "oursite-test.ourdomain.net"  

Hi Guys. Need help with groovy scripts.    I have a property String[] which has tags stored in it. I want to move the tags to cq:tags property specifically.  I am able to create the cq:tags property but the data is not getting stored in cq:tags property I tried creating another property name other than cq:tags called "xyz" , and then I was able to store the values. is property cq:tags protected? how would I store tags to cq:tags via Groovy script? Have also tried - https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/how-can-i-update-multi-valued-property-using-groovy/td-p/566330 but does not work for cq:tags property. We also tried few other ways including Valuemap and Node objects.

Hi Team When I have given some text for i18n translations in sling:message it is printing twice when I give in <a tag. /apps/i18n-XXX/XXX/en_us/alert_message sling:message: <a href="https://www.google.com" target="_self"><b> Shop </b></a>, knowing  Result: Shop, knowing shop knowing When I remove <a tag then it prints only once but my requirement is to use <a to display hyperlink. Any inputs, please advise. Thanks in advance.

In my application, the user fills out a form (Non-AEM) from a different platform. A webservice takes care of submitted data, this data from webservice is given to a PDF form template, then we generate a pdf out of it, which is sent to the user back. Now the AEM form template (We use a pdf template that is uploaded to AEM forms for templatization) that we use, is kind of large in size (more than 3MB, approx. 13 - 15 pages). This form after being filled (end user consumable generated pdf) becomes heavier around (9 - 10 MB). We do not use any custom font apart from Arial and no images. Any heads up as to how do we reduce the form template size?
