Adobe Experience Manager Forms

Hi Experts, All of sudden I am getting the below error when I access HTML workspace. It was working and able to access the applications in workspace. May i know the reason and fix? 

Hello Together, I am curently working on the topic of AEM Forms and connecting it with Adobe Campaign Classic. I have already configured the connection succesfully for the capapility of sharing e-mail templates from AEM to Campaign Classic, this works totaly fine! Even with selecting personalizations fields with variables out of campaign. Now, we also want to use to get the data out of an AEM Form directly into the Campaign Classic database. I have configured the cloud service propertie for the campaign configuration on the page of the form, and I can also see and select the Adobe Campaign components for the form. After adding the specific campaign component to the page I want to map them to the campaign variable. But if I click on configure and select Adobe Campaign, everything is greyed out and I can not select anything... Maybe someone else has any idea how to solve this problem? Thank you in Advance! Regards,Felix 

I need to run through a bunch of XDPs (on a filesystem) and convert them to flattened PDFs (for print).We have AEM Forms (OSGI).I have been reading here but, I cannot find any reference to OutputService.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/forms/document-services/output-and-... I am using the Adobe Archetype for creating custom Servlets, workflow components, etc.  I also have the the client sdk in my pom: <artifactId>aemfd-client-sdk</artifactId><groupId>com.adobe.aemfd</groupId> Is there a quick tutorial that will show me how to use the OutputService to take an XDP and generate a PDF? Thanks, 

Hi folks,  Need some suggestions over this. What would be the best way to store forms data? 1. Inside crx some node 2. Sql database 3.any other?  I have seen some articles where most of the people suggested storing the forms data inside crx is not good idea ? Is that so? What's the reason behind it?. Please tell me some kind of real time scenerio where storing to some 3 rd party would be best idea? 

How do I force a total field to add the displayed value sums of rounded fields? My display pattern for all the fields involved is this: num{zzzzzzzzzzzz9.9} so if the user types in 10.56, the field displays 10.6. Then in the second field the user types 10.285 but displayed as 10.3. The total (sum) is 10.8 because its adding 10.56 + 10.285 which equals 20.845 but rounding to 20.8. I want it to actually add 10.6+10.3 to equal 10.9. Do you see what I'm looking for? I need the formula to only add the displayed(rounded) value not the typed in value.Thank you!

Hi All - I am new to Adobe Forms and I created a very simple form with Adobe Sign integration. On form submission, i want to invoke a workflow ( which does nothing for now). This setup is working fine in author and i am able to view DOR and submitted data xml file in workflow under /var/fd in author. Hi, I have replied to my previous question and have not received an answer so I'm reposting my issue here because I'm not sure if my replies are being seen by anyone. My issue has not been rectified so please let me be more specific about my issue.  On my form, I have a drop down box listing choices.  The item chosen from the drop down list is populated into a floating field which is in the header of a table.  When the table flows to the next page, the headers of the table flows to the next page as well.  My problem is that the information that is in the floating field of the header on the first page does not move to the next page.  The header box on the next page is empty.  The answer I received is still not working and I have additional questions.  Maybe this explanation is better and will result in a fix.  Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi All, I have created a new document using AEM Forms 6.3. When I publish the document to our testing environment I am seeing a dropdown list of previous entered information. Doesn't matter if the field is a TextField, DateField, or NumberField. Just some information that may help you assist me. We use an xml data connection, I am binding all the fields with either ExtraFields.string[5](update array numbers) or ExtraCheckBoxes.boolean[3](same updated array). I am attaching a picture if it will help. I am hoping to get rid of the "dropdown" list so that it doesn't get out of hand the farther I go down the document. thanks for any assistance you can provide, I will take any suggestions.

Is there Javascript code I can embed to Reader Extend forms to allow for attachments to be added? 

Hi,I am trying to achieve below use-case:1. create custom client-libs for validating field objects. Main events are validate, value commit and click.2. I want to invoke functions written in client libs to validate the fields without writing function call or use rule-editor at all. May be via events.3. Also, we don't want to hardcode object name in client Libs and it should apply at whole form with field type. So that we can re-use it on other forms. I have created client libs which has a function test(){ if(val>10) return true;} else false; How can I map this field to form object without field name and without rule editor and bind it to numeric box validate event.

I have an adaptive form and a workflow that I need to export.  I followed the instructions here:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/forms/manage-administer-aem-forms/impo... After uploading and installing the package on a new server, the workflow is not appearing nor is the Adaptive form.  I "downloaded" the adaptive form from the UI and that worked but, I still am unable to export the workflow.  Any advice (or point out what I overlooked) would be great!  Thanks. Filters are:/var/workflow/models/CentralCribRequestProcess/conf/global/settings/workflow/models/CentralCribRequestProcess/content/forms/af/ia/centralcribrequest

Hello, THIS IS URGENT: It is been quite some time now, I am trying to sort out a problem I am facing with repeating headrow of a table. I have tried almost every forum in adobe, and a lot of google links on the subject but does not seem solve my problem. Your help on this is greatly appreciated.PROBLEM: I have tables on my form that I need their headrows to be repeated on subsequent pages (not limited to second page). On the preview of the Adobe Livecycle it works fine, however once I open it with Adobe Acrobat 9 to enable "Extend Features in Adobe Reader" to be able to save information on the form, things get messy. After enabling the Extend Features in Adobe Reader, I open Adobe Reader to type information, and my table goes for three pages long, and after I am done typing I save it and close. When I come back to reopen the form, I see that the heading row has repeated itself 3x on the first page, and the rest of the document it is fine. Why it is repeating itself 3x on the first page

I'm trying to add form field to the barcode but in the list of fields in the barcode setup the field itself is grayed out as an unsupported node.  Is there any way around this "unsupported" issue?

Hi ,     When I trigger a work flow and add a comment under the comment section I am able to see those in the inbox in classic UI but that is not the case with Touch UI if I want to do that is there a possible solution? Thank You,Sham.

I have a form which has both text fields and drop downs that are required to fill out.  The problem is people can still save the document even though the required items are left blank.  How can I prevent someone from saving the form and not leave any of those requirements blank?

Hi, in a dynamic form i am catching all user fired print events in the Form::prePrint event with xfa.event.cancelAction = 1, change the print settings to my defaults and start a print job. Until here it works fine. But: Triggered by xfa.event.cancelAction = 1 Acrobat opens a messagebox "Print canceled" before it starts my print job. I can dismiss the messagebox and the code runs like planned, but this messagebox is very anoying. Does anyone know if there's a possibilty to surpress that messagebox? I have a form with 103 items, when I had about 50 - I had not problem with selecting the item in the drop down and it filling in the remaning information for the selection. Now the selection does not populate when I select the item. Assistance appreciated.E
