I installed AEM 6.4.5 and the forms bundle … then I install SSLwith SSL what went wrong

ok now I am working on workflow of my application.I need to create a workflow that does the following on submit:Persist the data into Dynamic CRM using the form modelCreates the DOR (pdf file)send email with pdf file attachedis this possible and how can you tell me the steps or components to drag? ENVIRONMENT: AEM Forms 6.4 connected to Dynamic CRM via Azure endpoint. the environment is installed on a VM server and on my Local Computer. I work on both. TEST CASE:Dynamic CRM updated their fields and database and I went ahead deleted the ONE table I am working with on my Model and the Added it again along with the GET, PUT, POST, DELETE services. I am working only with one record and I hard code the table to just get me that one record with a parameter. this is what I have on both environmentsand my services PROBLEM:on both my local machine and VM server it retrieves the record while testing the model object and it also retrieve the array of records in the service GET. However when binding a value into a Form my machine can preview it fine but not the VM server. how do I remove the Form data model? once it is selected I cannot choose anything else to either remove it or replace it.

I am looking to see if we can do batch processing (printing and file) of forms using Output.  In any given batch we can have multiple envelopes with multiple forms in each envelope.  AEM 6.2 Forms Help | Output Service mentions the generatePDFOutputBatch and generatePrintedOutputBatch operations of the Output service but I do not see those operations in Workbench services or in the wsdl.  The methods that I do see all take a single form as one of the input parameters?  Am I missing something or is the documentation wrong?  Is there a way to process multiple forms in a batch into a single pdf or print file?

When connecting to a data source from Dynamics CRM the documentation shows how to create an endpoint on AzureI am connecting via Azure from Office 365 endpoint to Dynamic CRM and it is extremely slow. Could this be a reason why browsing the model on the imported data source is very slow?

Open any aem form or form fragment in edit mode and modify the form. select Page Information from the toolbar. The drop down menu has the option Start in Workflow. This should open a dialog where we can specify the required workflow. This dialog is not opening.. We have requirement of modifying the form fragment and initiate the workflow manually from the form fragment edit mode. As the functionality not working as expected, please help me in resolving this issue.Thanks,Manasi

We are creating the XDP in the Designer and we are generating the PDF using Output service and the Assembler service. We have a requirement of adding Key words on the XDP so that it will be shown on the PDF document properties. Is there any way to acheive it

Is there a simple, customizable form that would send an email trigger?and we are hoping there's a core component that we could use for itthe email trigger ideally goes to multiple email addressesWe'd also like the email to have the form information all included, rather than a simple notification

Hi ,is it possible to set the items load path through Rule Editor in AEM adaptive forms ,if yes could any one share the script line for the same,to be more clear find the below scenario:i have two drop downsConsider level 1 and level 2, where level 2 is dependent on level 1 my idea is to load the level 1 and level2 drop down values through some paths (example : etc/designs/level1/levelvalue), i have achieved the level one through authoring by giving items load path as appropriate . Hi All,I am New to Adaptive forms, I want to implement cascading drop-down functionality (3 levels ex: country, sate, city)Lets say the first dropdown is county and second is the states for the selected country.so how can i get the states based on the selected Country i.e based on the first dropdown how to fetch 2nd dropdown data.similar 3rd drop-down based on second one I have implemented it in xdp and it works, I have used xdp reference and developed adaptive form but the functionality doesn't work. adaptive is not reading the xml values(non binded after initialize).Please guide the steps which I can implement cascading drop-down functionality in adaptive form.

Hi, can  anyone suggest how to create a form data model using json in AEM forms 6.5 and how to populate dynamic drop down values for the Adaptive form fields country ,state, city assuming the json contains country,state,city values,is there any way we can achieve this without using servlets.Thanks in advance,Jhansi.

I've created an adaptive form that submits to a customer service email address. What I'd like to do is collect the form user ip address and browser info behind the scenes and include this information in email template that is sent to the customer service email address.It seems fairly basic and this should be as simple as adding ${<ip_address_field_name>} to the email template, however I assume there would be some default field values adobe has built into forms yet I cannot find anywhere a list of what default data is collected about the form user. Or is this something we need to define somewhere else in the form?Any help appreciated (in plain speak please, I'm a content producer not a coder). Thanks!

I have looked through all the videos available, also the documentation. All the docs talk about working already with either We.Retail or Geometrixx website. I have not been able to find a video that does the following.Create a Site (website) inside the new editor of AEM forms (not the classic one) then create a page or how do I add the form in the page?add an existing adaptive form inside the new siteThanks

So i been working with AEM Forms and created and adaptive form from the Basic Template. The form has a model from connecting to Dynamic CRM cloud service. I need to produce a DOR (or pdf document) that has been signed using either the Adobe Sign or the Scribble component. After it has been sign then the DOR needs to be sent to CRM system.question are:what is the best way to accomplish this?Where is the DOR pdf document being saved ?Thanks

I want to set up and study the reference sites for AEM forms 6.5 in my local AEM quickstarts. I'm slowly working my way through the instructions found here and I've come to a step labelled "Override default XSS configuration." This directs me to replace an almost 4 kilobyte, painfully complex regular expression with one that's vastly shorter. Is this actually correct, or is this step left over from a previous version? Hi Mayank Gandhi,I am facing problem invoking process while invoking sub-process while rendering HTML forms. We have AEM 6.4 on Forms (JEE) setup and creating forms through workbench/designer. I carried out following steps but unable to initiate the process:1. Created xml schema2. Created xdp form in livecycle designer. In XDP form, created data connection for sub process and bind fields on the form.3. created 2 processes. one is for Main process. another one is sub process.4. In Main process, configured workspace start process activity, xdp form should be render as HTML.5. I deployed the application and tried to invoke the sub process from workspace. but it does not work for me.Kindly suggest if you have any pointers.Regards,Sunder S

    Hi All,I have a requirement to create XDP's and PDF based outputs and perform merging of those XDP's in real time through a workflow. Also I need an effective way of handling the versioning of those XDP files as well the fragments to be used in those forms.So Can I achieve those absolutely without depending on AEM workbench and AEM Designer(same as ALC designer but an upgraded one).?Is there an alternate way to achieve this without those software's.Regards,Sobhan
