it seems like hard to control the profile go into the path what I would let it come through. example above: what I understood is the path 1 is always take precedence over path2 in the order of condition node. however, as long as I move path2 higher than path1 is then opposite. one profile is eligible in both condition path1 and path2 that I was testing to understand the prioritization. on conclusion, it looks like the above path in the canvases is higher priority than lower paths not within the order of condition node. please articulate  

Hi AJO Community,I'm currently testing the Journey Entry Capping functionality in a journey that is triggered by an event. The rule is configured so that a profile can only enter the journey once per day.However, when I try to trigger the journey a second time (to validate that the entry capping rule blocks it), the All-time Report — which seems to be the only one showing exclusion details — returns the following error:"ERROR_SEGMENT_REALISATION_CONDITION_MISMATCH"I did some research and found that this error might be related to how segmentation is handled (e.g., read audience vs audience qualification), but I was expecting to see the exclusion reason as:"RULESET_ENTRY_CAP_VIOLATION",which is the one documented in the official Adobe documentation for capping rule violations.Does anyone know why I'm seeing this segment mismatch error instead of the expected entry cap violation message? Hi everyone! We use profile caps to limit how many profiles will pass through the journey, but I want to know if there's a way to set this profile limit using functions on the data source condition in advanced mode.  For example, I want to get all the users whose "Color" field is "GREEN" - #{ExperiencePlatform.CarAttributes.Color} == "GREEN" - and limit it to 10 profiles. All coded in advanced mode. Is it possible? PS: The data example is fictional.

Hi! Suppose we have an event configured to listen for new entries into a specific schema (X schema). If I have a journey published and listening to that event, will a new entry into that schema (for example, coming from Web SDK) automatically trigger the journey? Or does the journey only trigger if the incoming payload exactly matches the JSON structure defined in the event?In other words, an entry into the AEP schema (if it meets the journey event condition) won’t necessarily trigger the event journey because the journey is expecting for a different payload structure from that specific event?For example, if I upload a .csv file to that X schema and the journey is listening for new entries into that schema, will it trigger the journey? Or will it not trigger because the journey is specifically listening for the event's payload?Thanks

I have got such a journey which starts with Event A. In later stage (after few days) I would like to check if on the profile occurred Event B using Condition (?). Looking at Condition Node I am not sure if that's possible.....

Hello everyone, We’ve just activated Adobe Journey Optimizer – Offer Decisioning. We also have Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Target license.  Our website already runs Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK (alloy.js) for Target and AJO personalization, and we still surface some KPIs in GA4 for continuity. Offers are delivered via the JSON (decision scope per banner / carousel slot). Our goal is to create a single dashboard that answers:How many impressions & clicks did each offer/activity receive?Does the personalized variation outperform the default?What’s the downstream purchase rate / revenue for visitors who clicked?Optional: keep a light view of clicks in GA4 while we migrate reporting to Adobe.I looked at a few Experience League threads but didn’t see an end-to-end monitoring solution. Basically, what we want to measure :  Need                     Exampl

Hi Team, question that I create a large audience by concatenating several individual audiences. I have a few profiles overlapping to the multiple audiences. my question is does it happen on the Prioritization in the audience definition if I selected one audience above another. let's say there are A and B audiences, I selected A first above B and if one profile resides in both audiences. is the profile coming out only from A or both or B.  this is crucial concept for us to compose the audience and journey. please let me know

According to this documentation: Use Assets in Journey Optimizer | Adobe Journey OptimizerAJO is Natively integrated with Assets Essentials or Assets as a Cloud Service to store, manage, discover and distribute digital assets. We have AEM on AMS (Adobe Managed Services), and I'm not too sure if it would natively integrate with AJO to share the AEM assets & templates. Could anyone help me out here or propose a possible solution?Thanks a lot!

Up until now, it had been working 100%. Three days ago, when I created audiences and tried to preview the segment or the estimate, I got the following message: "Cannot get estimate data." Does anyone know why this happens, or why it could happen?

Hi, I’m running into an issue with conditional content and could use some input or best practices. Right now, I have the default variant set as an empty text box — the goal being that if a user doesn’t meet any of the audience/condition criteria, it renders without additional copy. However, when I test it, there’s still extra spacing showing up where that content block is. The empty text box has no padding or margin, but it’s still leaving a noticeable gap.  Has anyone experienced this or found a good workaround? Thanks in advance!

We're currently testing the Business Rules functionality in Adobe Journey Optimizer, specifically focusing on frequency capping. For example, we've configured a business rule to limit a customer to 1 email per week. In our test journey, we attempt to send 4 emails total—2 scheduled for this week and 2 for next week. Our hypothesis is that AJO should enforce the cap by delivering only 1 email this week, and then 1 email next week, holding back the others accordingly. While we do see some emails being suppressed by the cap, the behavior is not consistent or predictable, which makes it difficult to understand and trust the enforcement logic. We used the experience league documentation for reference. We submitted an inquiry to Adobe Support, but so far, we haven’t received a conclusive explanation or guidance that enables us to move forward with confidence. This issue is currently blocking the delivery of a key business feature, and we’re reaching out to the community f

Hello all, So I'm creating a Journey that's using a Unitary event to start the Journey. Once the Journey starts, there's a 2 day wait and then I need to run a condition activity to confirm if the profile has consent to send an email.  When trying to configure the condition - it only maps to the Prospect schema. Wondering if this is something that OOTB, or can it be changed so I can access the Core profile table?
