 How to put condition on a OOB schema[Not the profile attributes] attribute in Journey. Eg. I want to send the Follow up email who clicked on CTA 1 or CTA 2 after 5 days from the 1st email. Attributes like - Opens, Clicks, Tracked URL. Note: It can be achieved using the Audience for each CTA conditions. Wanted to look for an optimized approach. From the below SS, we tries to put a condition based on the time series event in the condition activity of the journey to filter Opens, click etc. Is it feasible to achieve this business logic in the journey Conditions activity. 

I'm trying to configure the capping API to limit the calls to an external system. The system create the rules but when i'm trying to deploy this rules the system give me this error:"errorCode": "ERR_AUTHORING_ENDPOINTCONFIG_2","error": "endpoint not whitelisted: please contact your administrator" How can i whitelist this endpoint?

Hi, Is there a way to access Email body in the AJO Journey? A variable/property of the email action which I can access in the custom action? I want to post the body to an API through custom action so that I could save it and make it available to the customer support staff.  I have looked at BCC but it is not a cost affective way to achieve this. BCC feature usage gets counted against entitled message quota. Is there any other way to pull out this information from AJO? Any API/webhook thanks.

I would appreciate any guidance or best practices on how to achieve this. Identify and track necessary fields such as Email Sent Count and Email Open Count.Create Segments Based on Open Rates:e.g. I have sent 10 Emails in the last 90 days. I want to calculate avg open rate per person and create segments based on it.Is there a way for calculating and segmenting based on open rates in AJO?

Hi there, What are some ways to send a push notification again in a journey excluding those who already received it? We have a marketing need where there was an issue with a journey, we need to urgently send another push out, but exclude those who already received it. We cannot wait 24 hours for a segment to refresh. Thanks.

Same event has been used in the journey and then we have condition activity after the events. This Conditions activity is used to split records based on Clicks and open. but we are getting the error as "resource used in this expression is missing".  Regards,Abhishek

Hi,  is it possible to retrieve the information from a relationship established with a lookup schema into a journey?  In the specific i have an id on a profile schema, this id is related to a lookup entity with further details, such es color, price etc. Can i retrieve the details of the lookup into a journey using for example the data in a custom action?  Then how is it possible to check that the relationship worked good?  Thanks!

Hello,  I created a Subscription List and attached it to a LP. The LP is designed to the Opt-In to a service. I subscribed myself to the list. What I'm also trying to do is once I subscribe, I would like the Language field on my profile to update - add value 'FR' or 'French' to that field.  When looking that documentation - I see that I can add an Audience Reaction that would then listen to my Subscription list and (I would choose ENTER since they will be added once they Opt-In) and then I can send a Confirmation email. I also tried to use the Update Profile activity, and that where I get a little lost. When looking at the Schemas to choose, I don't see my main schema, can someone guide me on how to get the Profile field updated on the schema.  Also - how can I view the profiles on the Subscription List. I know I'm on there, but the Profile preview always returns 0. I even tried to query my List and it still returns 0, even though the report has 1 subscrip

Hi there, We are looking to launch a push notification with personalized content using attributes from a collection array. Upon inserting the array into the editor, we noticed that there is no option to choose array positions like the advanced expressions and is returning null. Is collection not supported in Push personalization? And is there a way to fetch attributes from a specific array index with criteria? For example, return me the object with product id = 123, and return the other attributes within the object. Thanks.

Profiles are not generating for a streaming ingested dataset. I can see the data in datasets and via query service. But when I am searching for profiles it's not coming.
