Support just confirmed to me that Marketo does not support conditional tags in templates. You can add them into emails through the designer and they work fine, so it's odd that you can't just have them in the template and not have to copy and paste every time.Given how Outlook renders HTML, conditional tags are very useful to ensure that emails look great across all email clients.
Before the most recent release, proofs would use the advanced assignments from the default of PHQ. Now it will only use the default under WF, settings, review and approve, and you can only pick one default role for everyone added to a proof. I would like to see these advance assignments be chosen by the user and not one overall default. Our designers have to flip each person from Reviewer/Approver to just Reviewer if that was their previous designation in PHQ. (most of our VIP's are reviewers only so they don't hold up a time line) The VIP's are on the proof so they know what is happening and can add their 2 cents in if they want.-- I hear you saying just make them a report for that, but they are more "see picture, do picture" kind of people.
Is it possible to be given advance warning that the name of a country will be changing in front end reporting? This would help analysts, and data engineers prepare for data coming in under a new country name (which breaks any looks ups).
Migrated from Alpha--UX Flow of this page needs a little tweeking so the user knows where they are at all times and what they’ve completed. Leave rule components where they are when creating conditions (events, actions, etc) so the user knows where they are at all times. Just expand and close the window.
I'd like the ability to use a template to generate projects with dynamic durations based on urgency. The way it would work:Create Project from TemplateSet Complete Date (deadline)Set Start DateTask Durations are proportionately reduced based on the available days between the start and end datesThis would allow us to maintain a single template for all projects of a certain type that we can compress when we have an urgent version of that project.
These two core rule types do not function differently. Also, these rules do not work without turning on the regex even when i'm not using any regex to match the url.
It would be extremely helpful to view all the Open requests under Requests -> All Requests in 1 page. Currently, users can see only 20 by default under All Requests and they have to scroll to the bottom and click on "20 more" to see additional requests.
It would be great to have a campaign change history and run history tool as Marketo support has as one of their backend tools. We had a campaign member sync issue recently between SFDC and Marketo. Having this tool would've made the troubleshooting of this issue on our end much easier, without having to contact support for assistance.
