Ability to sync as Contact with SFDCDuplicate

I'd love to have the ability to choose whether I want someone to be synced as a lead or contact with SFDC.

Better Integration with SFDCDuplicate

I know this is difficult considering you are two different systems. However, it would be great if there was better connectivity between SFDC and Marketo. Specifically, I have people creating campaigns within SFDC then creating the same one within Marketo which creates duplicate campaigns. If we could get some sort of notification that a campaign name like that already exhists or somehow prevent the duplicates from being created, it would make my life and my SFDC administrator's life much easier.

Has anyone tried using a token or series of tokens to replace/override styles for a Forms 2.0 form? It seems like a great way to make 2.0 forms even more flexible based on specific needs, like a sub-brand, or product line.

SFDC Record Type Names Instead of IDsDuplicate

It would be incredibly helpful to be able to select record types based on their name instead of their ID. Names are more meaningful and would help Marketo and SFDC admins be more aligned on what's what.Please vote!

Option to save email you're working on as a template.Delivered

Often when working in an email, you build one the way you want it from a template and then wish that you could save that email as a new template.  The option isn't there—you'd have to get out of that email, go into the design tab, then build a new template (recreating that whole email again).  It would be really nice to just have an option to save the email you're working on as a template right there from the email.  The go-around is just clone the email, but it's not as handy as having a template ready.

Ability to check qualifications before each send in a CEEDuplicate

I have come across at least two scenarios that have made the CEE difficult to work with based on the single qualification step at the front end... 1) if you are repurposing content in a nurture program that is also on your website or in syndication, there is a chance that the lead has already been presented with or downloaded that offer in a different program before entering a CEE. The current logic of "not sending to a lead if they already received that specific email" does not help in this situation. We have clients that use lists to track content consumption and anytime a campaign is run that offers a piece of content, they reference those lists to make sure the same offer is not sent to people that already downloaded it....in the current CEE structure, we cannot reference those lists to make sure that someone who already downloaded the white paper in Email #2 does not get the offer again. 2) the Second scenario is when subscription management is implemented. If someone does not want to receive webinar invites, and Email #3 of the CEE is a webinar, there is no way to prevent that touch from being sent in the current structure. As a work around, we are nesting programs (rather than just emails) in the CEE so that we can reference smart lists before each send -- but this ends up impacting the Engagement Score....would love to see this as a supported feature in the CEE itself without posing any reporting issues

List Upload de-duped against Lead DatabaseDuplicate

It's frustrating that uploading a list creates new leads. It would be nice if Marketo checked email addresses in the list against those in the database and added those leads from the database to the list, rather than creating a brand new record.This would be helpful for instances when a list can't be pulled another way. For example, if there's a list of tradeshow attendees, but some of them are already in Marketo, you'd just want to upload the list and not worry about duplicates.

Quick Public Links to Registration / Invitation Lists for Sales PeopleDuplicate

Hi TeamIts very frustrating to keep having to download lists of Registrations or Invitations for Sales People. Is there a way, when we sync with SFDC, to push through the members tab or segment list with the program so that they can view it dynamically? would be a huge time saver!Many Thanks.

I am trying to use a single form that takes an individual to one of 2 subsequent langing pages based upon their answer to a single field on the form. I think this is possible with some developer work, but I havent found a concise guide on how to implement it.  Could anyone point me in the right direction?  Thanks!

Increase drop down lead selection list on Email PreviewerDuplicate

I'd like to preview an email as a Lead so that I can review the dynanic content that the lead would see in the email.  The email contains dynamic content that is is personalised to each lead in my segment (~400 leads).  However, it looks like the drop down list on top right hand corner limits the number of leads to around 350.  Just so happens the one Lead I wanted to test the email was so in the last 50.Can the selection be increased?  Ideally, it should not have a limit so you can preview the email as it would appear for any lead in your segment.

Hide "hidden" program statuses from Members tab in ProgramsInvestigating

When customizing our Channel program statuses, we have hidden specific Marketo "default" statuses.  These hidden statuses are still listed as values when filtering by specific values, causing a lot of confusion for our field marketers.  Please only show those values that are active.

Add email programs into nurture streamsDuplicate

I really like the A/B testing functionality that comes with the new Email Programs that Marketo released.I was wondering if we were able to add them into Nurture Streams. It'd be great to be able to use this functionality in all of our nurturing programs. If this is actually already doable, can someone link me to an article explaining how to do this?Thanks!

Instant UnsubscribeDuplicate

I would love an instant unsubscribe feature that still works with Marketo's reporting.According to support, it seems the only option for unsubscribing is for a person to click the link and then confirm on a form. I know there are ways to have an "instant unsubscribe" but I can't find one that works with Marketo's reporting (unsubscribes show up in clicks and have to be manually removed).This seems like a no-brainer because the majority to users who click unsubscribe just want to unsubscribe, so why make them do more work? This is especially important to us (B2C) because most of our subscribers are on mobile so if they don't have to wait for another page to load, that would be preferable.Using language like "one click unsubscribe" and "instant unsubscribe" caused our spam complaints to drop significantly. However, reporting has become burdensome.I would be so happy if here is something I am overlooking or if this feature is coming soon!

As a third party service Munchkin shouldn't be dependent on another 3rd party library.We already load jQuery on the page then Munchkin does another http request for an older version of jQuery.We want to elimate this extra http request.

Blind Form Submit on URL ClickDuplicate

Hi Everyone--I want to have a form hosted on a Marketo landing page.  If someone clicks the link to go to that page, and they have never filled out the form before, then they should be shown the form.  If someone has already filled out the form, then they should be sent directly to the content without having to go to the landing page.  Essentially the URL that a person is routed to  would be different based upon a prior form fill.  Is there a way to do this in Forms 2.0? Thanks!

Number of recipients when you hover over Engagement streamDuplicate

For basic sanity checks, it would be nice to see how many recipients you will have on your engagement program if you hover over the the cadence of a stream (which pops up the next scheduled send.) This would be helpful because it would allow you to notice if there's a large discrepancy in recipients and would allow investigation pre-send. Is there a way to see this currently that I am missing? Thanks!

Proper Case, PleaseDuplicate

Though I know that I can change the case of a name in Excel before importing into Marketo, it would be nice if Marketo had a function that allowed me to change case when placing data fields for personalization in an e-mail.  If the First Name fieldcontains BOB or bob, and my email starts with Dear <First Name>, I'd like it to appear as Dear Bob instead of Dear BOB or Dear bob.

Channel Performance ReportDuplicate

In addition to the program performance report, it would be great to have one that summarized the analytics by channel. For example, when I want to see how my tradeshow investment is performing, I have to manually tally all the various tradeshows that exist in our system, even though they all have the channel set to "Tradeshow". I would like one report called Channel Performance that gave the consolidated total of membership, costs, cost per member on the overall channel.

Sales Insight Drop Down Menu for removing or accepting new leadsDuplicate

It would be nice to have a drop down menu that a sales person could access directly from Sales Insight in order to accept, recycle, or reject an incoming lead.  Does this already exist and I missed it?  It appears that our sales team has to go directly into the contact instead of being able to do this from the Best Bets - Sales Insight screen.

Report leads by when they change their statusDuplicate

We would like to report on how  many leads we "qualify" each month.Currently, the Leads by month/week reports sort those leads by the date on which they are created, but not when they become "qualified."This would be extremely important for us, since we create leads, but it takes a while for them to convert to a "qualified" status. I would like to know how many were qualified each time period.Thanks!

Fix Ability To Send Samples With Lead To Multiple EmailsInvestigating

Currently when using the "Send Sample" function on an email a test email can be sent to multiple people if no lead is chosen.  But if a lead is chosen for the test email then Send Sample only actually sends if only 1 person is chosen to receive the test.  Please fix this so that a lead can be chosen and still be able to send the test to several people at once.

API Sync lead activityDuplicate

We would like to have a filterable action in the activity log when a lead is updated via the API. It would be even better if we could pass in a string so we could identify the source.  This would allow us to replicate our "fills out form" flows for data that comes in from the API.  Our workaround for now is to do a request campaign after the lead sync happens, but this can add up to a lot of extra calls we would like to avoid.ThanksL

A report type that will show the data points that have been filled out in a particular formDuplicate

 A report that contains all of the information that Leads fill out in a particular form.  This information is corrently housed in the Lead's activity log, however there isn't a Report or mechanism to extract this data.
