There are a few instances where I've wanted to be able to remove members from an engagement program but it seems the only option is to pause them.
I find it difficult to find anything using the search box. Even if I type the exact name of the item I am searching for it often doesn't return results. This is a basic feature that would enable me to find things much more quickly.
I think that there should be an unsubscribe link option for the top of your emails. I suggest it be right next to or under the "view this email as a webpage" link.According to email deliverability best practices, it is ideal for unsubscribtion links to be included at both the top and bottom of emails.
You should be able to rename Email Programs. That way, I could clone an existing program as often and necessary, but still be able to track the individual program's analytics!
It'd be nice if all times returned from API calls were in UTC format instead of being shifted to match the caller's time zone. For instance, if we call the API to get data in India, we get a completely different timestamp on activities than if we call the API from Texas for the SAME ACTIVITY.Please change the API to return a standard (preferably UTC) timestamp regardless of caller's timezone settings.
Our landing pages and emails are populated almost entirely by tokens and it would be really convenient to be able to copy tokens from one campaign to another. For instance, it would be great to be able to copy the tokens from one of my email campaigns over to a webinar campaign so I don't have to manually type them all out again.
I wish Marketo had a built-in email validator. It would also be nice if you can easily see which ones are truly invalid vs. spam block without having to create a smart list.
Hi, I feel that it would really be good if there is a way to view in other Marketo users in the community and the ability to filter them out by area/country. This will be convenient in case we want to network and connect with them in the future. There is no user group yet in Singapore and I feel so left out that I cannot connect to other users around here!
Being new to Marketo, I have a lot of questions but have trouble finding the answers in the community. I know the information must be out there either in the discussions or help articles but the answer I am looking for never appears in the results. It would be nice to be able to use quotes around phrases you want to search specifically for (similarly to Google) because it seems like Marketo provides results for each word separately.
I would like the ability to follow specific users in the Marketo community and aggregate their activity into one consolidated stream. The concept of Following or Subscribing to another person is a core concept to the notion of an online community - I beleive this would help to improve user adoption of the Marketo community and give users quicker access to topics & discussions that are pertinent to them or ones that they may have otherwise missed.I'd love to see an Icon with a Number of recent updates that I need to look at as soon as I log in.
It would be great if in the email preview you could see to, from, subject, etc. Sometimes I want to double check it but have to go in to edit draft, then discard the draft. Annoying!Maybe also a "preview with lead" view. I know you can send it to yourself that way, but sometimes i just want to view what my dynamic fields look like (to remind myself what I put in there).
tl;dr version: Give a "NOT/EXCEPT" option when specifying mobile options when building segments.Most other segment options in RTP give you the ability to say "everything/everyone EXCEPT the following" but the Mobile section of the segment builder only allows you to specify if they are mobile. If you don't enable mobile settings, it pulls in both mobile and normal...but if you enable the settings it only looks for mobile excluding normal data. There's no current option to say, "I only want non-mobile based data" in order to prevent content from attempting to be served to/tracked for mobile devices.
It would be very beneficial if you could see how well you’re A/B test did as well as the results from the winning email separate from the test.I just completed my first email test that test 2 totally different emails. I A/B tested 50% of my list and sent the winning email to the reaming 50%. The test ran perfectly, however the reporting on the results is a bit disappointing.The reporting in the A/B test dashboard is awesome and provides all the high level details (delivered, opens, clicks, unsubs) you need while it’s testing. However, after the test is competed and the winning email is sent to the remaining members of the list, you cannot see the results of that email. All the data is rolled up into one report as if the entire test and winning email was one email. This means that in order to see how well the winning email did with the remaining list, you have back out the high level details from the A/B test dashboard from the more detailed report you get from the email performance report. Which is manually and if you want the data that is in the email performance report you will have do the calculations yourself. It would be helpful if the test data and sent winners data where separate.
When you preview a TEXT e-mail in email designer it only shows the HTML version and not the TEXT. Only way to test a TEXT is to send a sample. Idea is that when you select the TEXT Only option it shows the text version of the email and not the (obsolete) HTML.
Even though the Help Articles are very helpful for new users to follow and the courses are a great tool to get the basics for Marketo, new users like myself would find more extensive practice exercises to be extremely helpful. Are there any practice exercises from Marketo that would be more complex than the help articles? Will there be any in the future? This would be a great way to gets more hands-on experience to prepare for the exam too.
Currently, the form editor for Forms 2.0 allows users to change many aspect of the font being used on the form. This would include the font family, and the font size, along with others. What I would like to see included in the form editor, along with these capabilities, is the ability to change the font color. This could be accomplished by placing a dropdown list of general colors, along with a Color Picker for the outlying colors.
When I enter a support ticket I can A) Never remember what the different Ps stand for B) don't know where to go look for the definition. It would be nice if there was some kind of permanent key that is a reminder for the different levels of severity or, better yet, rename it so that P3=Minor and so on.Just a thought! Thanks!
There should be a feedback rating for solving customers Issues. This way Marketo would know the level of customer satisfaction received for trouble shooting and technical side There is always a auto response email once yu submit a case and always prompt saying "waiting for customer input". I think other competiors of MA Tools are doing a great job in technical feedback rating and support.
It would be nice to have a date range on the new SEO keywords list page, unless I missed it. It would be nice to choose from this month, last month or last 3 months for reporting purposes.
I would love to have the ability to add some formatting to values that are inserted into assets using tokens.For example, when I use a token for a field defined as a currency field, it would be helpful to be able to specify whether or not to add commas in those fields, specify whether or not a dollar sign is used, and whether or not to display decimal values.I.E. displaying a currency field results in something like this:1234Would love to have it display nicely like this:$1,234.00
Currently the SFDC Last Synced time stamp in the Admin (under Salesforce) is displayed in CDT, but I am Pacific-based.Support mentioned that the timezone displayed is not currently customizable. It would be nice to not have to manually convert time zones in my head every time (even if it's only +2 hrs).
When creating a filter on a date field, the "in timeframe" has no future values. Can they be added?

We have customers coming from several countries and two official languages (english and french).At the moment, it is impossible to display the unsubscribe message according to the lead's languages.Do the "Email" section in the Administration support Javascript?It is not mentioned in Marketo.If there is some place to code, I would like to put some Javascript in order to check the browser's language / or value of the "Language" field and then display the unsubscribe message according to it.Thank you
