Has anyone had any experience creating an email in Dreamweaver and bringing the code into marketo? I am interested in hearing some of the issues as well as the positives of using Dreamweaver for coding an email. 

In my experience, the Munchkin documentation in various places (which are easily searched and found) is causing some people to be confused.It looks like Munchkin used to have a jQuery dependency, which it no longer has. Hey, we have purchased the ABM add-on for MKTO (referred to as TAM). We have set up scoring so that account scores are mapping to person scores. However, when I go into the TAM dashboard none of the accounts are displaying scores, even though people associated with that account have person scores.   How can we get the account scores to populate?

Marketing team logged an interesting moment for a lead A in Salesforce MSI tab with company name as X after few week the company name get updated in Marketo to Y but in salesforce MSI tab still the company name shows as X .   Does, the changes happen at contact or lead level not in MSI tab when user company name updated?

Hello there! I am fairly new to marketo and currently wondering if there is a cool-down period that is pre-existing in Marketo for MQLs. Meaning if a person submitted a lead and qualified to an MQL and then proceeded to submit another lead within the same month or week that once again qualified for another MQL (maybe considered an re-mql at that point) does marketo allow this? or is it more of after X amount of days need to pass before scoring for the same lead?  Is anyone aware of any documentation of the 'cool down period'. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you!

Morning!Got an interesting scenario I'm curious on how to work around: We've got the potential for multiple different leads tied to the same email address. Working on changing the de-duplication to account for this by changing to: 1) Email Address 2) Customer Unique Identifier (random generated string assigned to each individual customer even if tied to same email)Now, where my problem lies is with this scenario: Let's say I have Bob and Sue Smith that are individual leads both tied to Bob.Smith@gmail.com. I've got two emails I am looking to send: 1) Account-specific email that needs to go to that email twice - 1 per individual account as Bob and Sue have separate accounts 2) A promo email that is generic and only needs to go once to that email as they don't need two copies of the same email   Can this sort of designation be done in the Smart List?  

Hello all. When I send an email through Marketo Engage, does it throttle the deployment, so I don't wind up dumping a ton of emails into circulation all at once and ruining my digital reputation? If there a way to verify this and possibly adjust it Thank you very much. Best wishes, Adam

Hi All,I am currently in the process of doing a bit of tidying up of my Marketing Activities.  A lot of what I am doing is moving things about so that navigation is easier and an option that comes up is the ability to "archive" and I can't seem to find a simple answer to what exactly "archiving" does and why you would bother to use it?  From all I can see archiving things just makes them more difficult to report on as you have to make more effort to select them. Would be great to know if anyone has any great use cases, reasons for or against archiving and maybe hidden benefits I am not seeing.Thanks.

Hello, I have a Smart Campaign inside a Program that syncs all Member changes on that program (status and data) through a Webhook flow. The issue is that the "Data Value Changes" never triggers for "Updated At" attribute, it only triggers for attributes that I can edit on an input.   How can I fix this? I don't want to add dozens of "Data Value Changes" triggers on my Smart List to sync the data. Thanks.

When we hide forms for returning visitors, we lose the ability to capture UTM parameters in the hidden fields. This creates discrepancies in conversions when we look at Marketo numbers versus Google Analytics. Is there a way around this so that the UTM parameters still get picked up?

I saw an old post (from 2017) regarding this which said Marketo is not PCI compliant hence cannot be used to capture e-signature. Has anything changed since then? Can we capture e-signature using a marketo form now?

Hello! I made a Marketo form that includes checkboxes. This form is on a landing page on which people will fill out the answers. I did a test run, and I can't seem to find the survey results in the backend. It tells me how many people filled out a survey, but not what their answers were.   Can someone help guide me to where I can see and download my results?  Thanks!

Anyone else experiencing an issue using the filter Unsubscribed from Email in a Smart List? I regularly create a simple Smart List to see who unsubscribed from a specific email, just Unsubscribed from Email, select Email is = email name. Always works.  Today I see the Email Performance Report shows 2 unsubscribes: The Dashboard for this program shows 2 unsubscribes: But a Smart List with Unsubscribed from Email, Email is, Email name says 0    

Hello,    We are struggling to push UTM parameters through for lead source and lead source detail. Essentially, parameters appear to work if the visitor is immediately deposited on a form page, BUT, if the visitor moves around the site, then lands on a form page, no value is captured for lead source and lead source detail.    For reference we are using a Wordpress site, we use Marketo for marketing automation and SFDC as our CRM.    Appreciate any help you may be able to provide.    Thanks in advance!    Sarah 

Hi all. We are in the process of creating new instances based on region. However, we would like to be able to share leads that may find themselves in the wrong instance. Say if someone in America fills out an APAC form and vice versa. It seems like would be able to set up a webhook and push the the correct instance based on country or region. Or even a custom API.    I would love to hear the best way to do this. I did see an article referencing form fills for this reason, which is great. I just was not sure the correct url (soap API), etc.   Thanks!

hi all, apologies in advance if this is already somewhere. have had a look, but might be under a different name. So, my organisation is currently migrating all operational emails to the platform... so, how come, when creating these, in preview, they always still have our privacy policy/ preference update info with links? shouldnt these be removed from operational emails, hence the tickbox function?   thanks all.   KR Mike (blatant newbie)  

Hi, I've searched the community threads but cannot find the answer. We need to require 9 digits in a form field to ensure customers enter their account number correctly. Most account numbers begin with a 0. I'm able to set the Max Value to 999999999 but when I try to set the Min Value to 000000001 or variations of that, Marketo defaults back to just 0.  So if a customer enters 8 or less digits, they will be able to submit the form which we do not want to happen.   Any ideas would be appreciated!

We recently implemented Marketo and left the Person Source data management program inactive while waiting to also implement a new CRM system (we didn't have one before). My question is this: Is the reason for having batch and trigger to schedule a one-time fix for historical with the batch and then activate the trigger for all new sources?   We are now configuring SugarCRM and we want to clean up. To date, we have used Person Source in a few forms, but we understand that should also stop going forward. I've read the other articles, but I didn't see one covering the batch campaigns. Lessons learned appreciated.   Thanks in advance.  

Hi - I am facing an issue while creating a snippet using segmentation. Our segmentation is defined for countries across the globe and there are 79 segments including global. But I want to use only 2 segments (to create snippet for two countries). But when I am using the segmentation I created with 79 segments, it is not allowing me to use only 2 segments, can anyone help me know if this is possible at all.   thank you!
